Negative experience: Went in there to book some overseas flights, because i wanted a few simple question answered. Instead of answering the questions , I just got given other options which i wasn't asking for. The girl clearly didn't know what she was doing and on top of this, she was too busy saying what time she goes to lunch. So, after a few minutes there and not getting the information i asked for, i assume the sales girl could have lunch, and i was reminded of exactly why i just book travel online now. So I went home and 15 minutes later had booked $8k of flights direct with the airline.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Do NOT book flights through here!!! They will get all details wrong and you will spend most of your holiday trying to figure out how to get home. Disgusting the way the way the speak down to you while trying to deflect any responsibility and won't offer any resolutions even though that's litterly there job. When I get back I will definitely be speaking to someone higher up about this.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with entry requirements for an international flight I was taking the next day. The staff extremely helpful and fixed the problem I had and completed all the paperwork for me. Excellent . Then I lost my mobile phone with all the details they had just entered. They were extremely helpful in trying to find my phone. I did eventually find it. Happy Traveller here I come

Fantastic experience: Jacob has been an absolute Gem with organising all of our trips overseas and our recent trip to Uluṟu. This destination should be on every ones bucket list. Jacob booked us into a beautiful resort and as always, has taken care of all needs. (In the desert if you please )

Negative experience: I tried to pay for a trip but because it was bought over the phone they couldn't take my money.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC that Shane would spell my 2yo Grandsons name Jagger as Gadder!! No drama you would think, until my daughter turned up at the airport last night only to be told they can’t board their flight due to the incorrect name spelling They can’t change it either, only Flight Center can! BUT GUESS WHO WOULDNT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! So my daughter wasn’t allowed to board their flight THANKS SHANE!! Let’s hope you have someone do this to you when you have a young toddler travelling with you! If you are unsure of how to spell someones name in future how about you ASK THEM!! Needless to say they will NEVER use Flight Center ever again PATHETIC! Great job SHANE!

Fantastic experience: Sarah king is the most awesome travel agent ever. We had some teething problems for our trip to Europe in 2018 but when Sarah took us on as her clients we never looked back. She was so enthusiastic and took care of so many details so expertly. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Sarah really cared about what we wanted out of our holiday and made sure every single detail was covered. We just love her. We have booked another small holiday with her in July and will be booking all our future holidays with Sarah. Thank you Sarah for all your hard work and dedication.

From the first trip we booked with her, we knew that she was absolutely in-sync with our travelling needs and personal travelling style and requirements. Never have we been given reason to doubt her tremendous ability to do her job well, or to be there as our backup and travel advisor. We have been so pleased with her, that we have followed her to other Flight Centre branches and now back to Capalaba, and we will continue to use her and Flight Centre as our travel consultants long into the future.

She always listens and offers many constructive suggestions which have helped us to enjoy our holidays much more than we had hoped. Her abilities to source answers to our many questions showcase her many skills and she is always very positive and enthusiastic. All the staff at Flight Centre Capalaba always have a smile on their face and if Emma is not available when we call in, they are always very helpful. The same for when we telephone. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and the team.

I travel over seas every month and can say I have never had a problem that any the team can't fix. Some times I have had to call the team from over seas to change my flights and found that they are faster and more affiant than the airline I am flying with. Over the year of dealing with the Capalaba Central team I have found all there staff to be fantastic and are willing go that extra mills to make sure you have a trouble free trip.
