Fantastic experience: LoLo organized my wife and daughters much anticipated Overseas trip to Montréal, NYC and Washington. Everything has been absolutely first class from her planning, recommendations, communication and ease of doing business. Fantastic experience: Kylie spent a lot of time with us before our holiday to make sure we were able to fit in everything we wanted to do. We had accommodation in London, Paris, Rome, Florence and Venice. We also did two Mediterranean cruises and a bus tour of Ireland. The accommodation was perfect and flights etc fitted in beautifully. Nothing had been overlooked and we felt that Kylie, after talking to us at length, had arranged our trip to suit us and our circumstances perfectly and seamlessly.

Fantastic experience: Anytime we are considering overseas travel, Lolo is our first port of call. She is efficient, cost effective and always adds value. Our most recent trip was to the UK to meet up with family followed by several weeks in the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. Changes in circumstances required alteration to the airport and timing of flights from the UK. Lolo handled these changes with a minimum of fuss and cost. Having Lolo on our side certainly takes a lot of stress out of travel.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic trip visiting the most remote islands of Fiji’s Northern Lau. Snorkelling, swimming, kayaking, sleeping, reading, eating and the occasional cocktail. We saw sharks, turtles, dolphins, whales and everything else in between. The staff aboard the MS Caledonian Sky were amazing as was the service we received from Lolo - again!!

Positive experience: We gave Lirian the challenge of organizing flights/accommodation to meet up with family in Jamaica for a wedding combining Mexico (Cancun/Isla Majures) for a few days on the way home which was on our wish list to return after 5yr visit previously. She did a wonderful job of coordinating 8 flights in total and accommodation in Jamaica. There was some frustration with flights (I would avoid American Airlines like the plague where possible in future) outside of Lirian’s control however the overall trip was amazing and Lirian’s communication was excellent. Fantastic experience: We took our Canadian friends on a trip to the NT - Darwin, a 2 day trip to Kakadu with AAT Kings and then the Ghan to Adelaide. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed everything about the trip. Kakadu was amazing and was our first time with AAT Kings - would definitely recommend. We had always heard good stories about the Ghan and the experience was awesome. Great crew and food, and the off train experiences exceeded our expectations. The whole holiday was fabulous! Fantastic experience: Joe was amazing! This was our first overseas holiday together and it was made enjoyable largely thanks to the seamless way that Joe put it all together. We had one big hiccup on the day we were due to leave, though… we were due to fly to Hawaii to meet up with a cruise, and the the airline cancelled our flight! And the new flight the airline wanted to put us on would have had us miss our cruise. Fantastic experience: Brad Sward organised the most amazing holiday for my husband and I, along with four friends, who did parts of the 4week trip with us. So he had 6 people to deal with and coordinate which he did so very well. From meeting with Brad for the first day of planning, right through to the departure day, we had the most positive experience. He is so knowledgable, informative, patient, calm, supremely organised and available for queries which he answers promptly. The Viking River cruise we did was on Brad’s recommendation and is without a doubt the best week of holiday I’ve ever had. Fantastic experience: We just returned from an incredible holiday throughout central Europe and Scandinavia whereby thanks to Lolo and her thoughtful and detailed organisational skills everything went smoothly. We had some unusual requests (particular activities) that we wanted to experience in Norway and Finland and Lolo was able to incorporate these into our holiday with ease (nothing was too much trouble). Minor changes to our itinerary e.g; transport timetable changes were also communicated effectively and promptly. Hotel selections were spot on and centrally located. My family has booked two holidays with their help to date and both have been very well organized, within our budget and suited to our family. Fantastic experience: Last week we completed a wonderful family trip to Vietnam with six people. Lolo arranged the air flights, which included handling reschedules by the air lines, hotel bookings and travel insurance . We are usually independent travellers but in these unsettled times it was reassuring to know Lolo was behind us. It was also so much easier having someone with expert knowledge putting the plan together that we think that is the way for us in the future.

Fantastic experience: It was so good to be really out of lockdown and travelling in Europe. After having a trip cancelled, they did a great job getting as many credits and refunds possible. This trip on the Danube, train to Belgium and London required good coordination which they did as well as quickly addressing any minor hiccups that are bound to occur. I thoroughly recommend them.

We have used Lolo’s services for a number of years and she has never steered us wrong. Our accomodation this time was faultless - the perfect location within walking distance of attractions, restaurants and bars and was set up ideally to cater for 4 couples. One of the highlights was a Milford Sound trip that Lolo recommended. The tour guide, bus and boat trip were 5 star. I cannot recommend Trendell and Turner more highly.
