Fantastic experience: Rangina , she was exceptional.The way she managed my mother flight tickets was truly amazing .The flight got twice cancelled by Quantas leaving us no option other than returning back however Rangina she called the other flight operators to make sure my mother get on the plane which made our stress goes away.I couldn't believe she was doing all that on her day off.It was only for her I sent my mother safely to her country.I would have never get it done if I booked it online.Thanks Rangina for your great help really appreciated .

We once had an issue with our flight tickets in another country due to the airline error (not with our tickets) and we called Rangina and she helped us solve the problem and it was at 2am in Sydney time. Especially once I contacted her from Istanbul for a small issue while she was teaching in college, she went out of her class to answer my call. This is called high class service. Other agents don’t even remember you once they get your money. I wish Travel Direct will achieve worldwide recognition which I believe it will as long as Rangina will be the Managing Director.
