Fantastic experience: Saigon Star is a Top Notch Travel Agency. We booked for a 3 week private tour through Vietnam and Cambodia (Oct/Nov 2024) with Ly Tran at Saigon Star Travel. Ly was so warm and friendly and so knowledgeable. She booked our flights, finding great fares and working out the logistics, advising us about visa’s and, for our ground tour, engaged with an Agency in Hanoi, Asia Top Travels. We were given suggested itineraries including options for hotels, destinations, day tours, street food tours, historic sites. We then looked at their suggestions, tweaked it a bit before settling on our choices. Both Agencies were brilliant, easily adjusted as a result of our feedback and the whole tour went of without a hitch, with personal driver and English speaking tour guides in an air-con car wherever we went. They also made suggestions that we would not have known about. This meant that we were experiencing the food, culture and wonderful people 100% of the time, not wasting time arranging tours when we were there. We cannot speak highly enough of both of these agencies, so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave us WhatsApp contact details and were in touch to ensure that we were happy, saying that we could contact them at any stage if we needed help (which we didn’t!) If you are looking for great intelligence and know-how and need some help planning your trip to Vietnam or Laos or Cambodia, we would thoroughly recommend Saigon Star travel. We will definitely use them again, maybe even just to arrange our flights to Europe next year. Top Notch, 5 stars. Happily recommend Saigon Star Travel.

Fantastic experience: IF you ever plan to go on a holiday go to Saigon Star Travel in Springvale. The staff are polite and friendly. They have very good insurance policys for lost or stolen and if you get sick and need to go to the hospital. My cover covers me for everything and unlimited hospital cover at a very affordable price. They also look after our tourist visa. Very amazing staff and will now only go to Saigon Star Travel for all my future travel. Nothing but the best thanks girls. Yours sincerely, Paul & Lena

Fantastic experience: I would give more stars if I could. Nhu was great in dealing with visa applications for Vietnam. She went above and beyond also to secure a last minute visa on the eve of lunar new year (when everything is basically shut down in Vietnam). It meant so much to us as it was for someone to had to travel unexpectedly but urgently. Keep up the great work team!
