Fantastic experience: We did a Cambodia and Vietnam tour organised by Tiffany. I'm writing this review because Tiffany and the team have been nothing short of amazing. Tiffany is super efficient, communicates promptly and even gave options when there was a choice of hotels or cruise ships. She made all the necessary arrangements for my elderly mum (who had had a fall in the weeks leading up to the trip) and everything went exactly as planned. She even got us out of trouble with my dad's visa (I had made a mistake and forgot to update it till just before the flights).  We've been so impressed with this company and were thrilled to learn they do other Asia tours in addition to Vietnam. Will definitely be using ATA travel for our next trip! Extra special thanks to Tiffany and all of our local guides and drivers who were fantastic. In Cambodia, Nin and our driver Mr Kong were truly fantastic. Informative, professional, reliable, friendly and helpful. In Hanoi our guide, Hoang, and driver were equally fantastic. I would highly recommend ATA and look forward to our next adventure with them!

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, but I received such exceptional service with ATA holidays, that I feel I need to share. Living in the United States, it is always daunting paying an overseas company a large sum of money for a trip. After reading other positive reviews, I took the leap, and I am so glad I did. This was the trip of a lifetime for my husband and me. In the planning department, we worked with Tiffany, and she has excellent communication and organization skills. Tiffany was extremely prompt with any questions/changes, and she made the seemingly impossible happen when we had a visa issue that was my fault. We had a private driver AND private English speaking guide the entire trip. Our hotels and the golf courses far exceeded our expectations, and the company seemed to think of any possible need we might have in advance. Many of the golf courses we played were designed by famous golf course designers, and the hotels were really exceptional. The guide waited for us the entire time we played golf, and made communication seamless. The guide was also helpful in making restaurant recommendations and giving local history explanations on the drive to the golf course. We did the ATA Vietnam Golf Adventure package (10 rounds), and we even extended our stay 2 days to have time in Ninh Binh and Hanoi, which ATA holidays organized at a very reasonable cost. ATA holiday had many special touches….like complimentary fast-track through immigration services in Saigon. Upon arrival we were escorted through special passport control, while lines of several hundred other people had to wait. The skill of the drivers provided are an adventure in its own right (you will understand if you have ever seen driving in Vietnam). Many of the hotels were carefully chosen, and really added to our experience. We will recommend this tour company to all of our friends who want to travel to this area!

Fantastic experience: I just returned from a 5-day trip to Cambodia with family and loved every second of it! My second trip with ATA Holidays! We went to Siem Reap and had the chance to visit all the famous temples, including Angkor Wat, with a very experienced and enthusiastic tour guide booked by ATA Holidays. The itinerary was well-planned. Some of my favourite activities were visiting APOPO to learn about landmine detection rats, watching the incredible Phare Circus and shopping at the night markets. Loved getting everywhere on the tuk tuks as well - very convenient and affordable. Thank you ATA Holidays :)

Fantastic experience: Last April ATA Holidays organised a tour to Vietnam for me and some of my friends. The tour was a bespoke tour, ATA designed the whole tour packages specifically just for us. Every details of the tour were carefully considered and planned in the most caring and professional manner. Our tour guides in Vietnam were very helpful, professional and full of knowledge, making the tours not only enjoyable but also insightful. The drivers were safe and were great with navigating through the small city streets as well as on the big highways. All the accommodation chosen by ATA were of high standards, the food was great and other activities such as cooking classes, day tours were all amazingly and thoughtfully planned. The highlights for me were the stay in Mai Chau Avana Retreat and the boat trip to Ha Long Bay. I highly recommend ATA Travel. They are amazing and caring tour operators.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany was exceptional… when we booked our Vietnam holiday with her at ATA she was patient & offered many suggestions until we got exactly what we wanted… she then proceeded to provide constant updates on flight changes, car hire contacts & anything else… we are seasoned travellers but I have never had a travel consultant so attentive with exceptional customer service!!!

Fantastic experience: We've just come back from an amazing seven nights staying at Premier Village, Phu Quoc. Tiffany looked after our booking and was so helpful and free with advice and answering all my questions. This resort truly lived up to the photos and videos on the website. The villas are huge and very well equipped with all the bedrooms having a balcony and ensuite bathroom. The villas also have their own private pools with gorgeous outlooks. Two beaches, one perfect for standup paddle boarding and kayaking. Plenty of sun lounges available. The main pool is set over many levels and was great to explore with bridges, in-pool lounges, bar stools, water jets etc. The breakfast smorgasbord was amazing with many, many dishes to choose from and the two restaurants for lunch and dinner were superb. All the staff across all levels of the resort were very polite and helpful. A highlight had to be happy hour margaritas and tapas on the beach. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: I was also a part of the group of friends who went to Southern Vietnam for 10-days. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we did on the trip. The destinations were all incredible. We loved the serenity Phu Quoc Island provided, the relaxing city of Can Tho and the bustling nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City! All the hotels booked by ATA Holidays were excellent as well, they really took into consideration all of our needs and preferences and booked us awesome stays at Pullman Phu Quoc, Victoria Can Tho and Caravelle Sai Gon with free upgrades at Pullman and Caravelle! We did all of the recommended activities as well and especially enjoyed going to the cable cars and waterpark at Sunworld and the night market in Phu Quoc, the floating market in Can Tho and bargaining at Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City. Quick and reliable customer service; our flight to Can Tho with Vietnam Airlines got cancelled but Harry promptly booked us a flight with Bamboo Airways which made everything very hassle-free! Meticulous planning and detailed itinerary. Truly made our trip extra special and memorable! Thank you to Harry and the team at ATA Holidays! High recommend and will continue to use ATA Holidays in the future!
