Fantastic experience: We had the best time at the Atherton Tablelands Waterfall tour with Marcio. Marciò went out of his way to show us everything and was very encouraging and helpful in assisting with anything we needed. The sights were beautiful and although I’m not a good swimmer, I was in the lake Eacham, life jacket and all. Went in the waters of the waterfalls. Simply had the best day all thanks to Marcio for giving us the confidence and guidance we needed. Simply the best Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The entire trip was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful time exploring the waterfalls and lakes while learning a lot about the tropical rainforest and wild animals. It was a very relaxed and fun day with a small group. We were very well taken care of, with morning tea (the tea is locally produced, highly recommended to try) and a nice lunch with lots of fresh fruit. If you want to have a fun-filled day, I highly recommend using this company for your tours.

Fantastic experience: Marcio was an excellent tour guide for the Waterfall day trip. He kept us on schedule, informed and made sure we had a good day out. Morning tea and lunch was great and so were the swimming locations + the lookout over the Tablelands. So splendidly beautiful and picturesque (Babinda Boulders, Josephine Falls, Milla Milla Falls and Lake Eacham). On my particular day trip, their bus wasn't working so they hired one for the day and were about 20 mins late for morning pickup, but they were ringing to keep us informed prior to departure and realistically that delay had zero effect on the schedule for the rest of the day. Good to know that the tour operators are flexible and resilient to figure out solutions like this as required and ensure smooth experiences for their customers.

Fantastic experience: We went on the Atherton Tablelands trip today with Andrea and Spencer. Fantastic experience: WATERWONDERFUL experience it was. My husband booked well before to show me Australia steadily and its really worth the booking. Thank you, my hubby. Fantastic experience: Excellent day with Andrea. He was lovely and the timings of the day were perfect, the day never dragged but we certainly weren’t rushed either. It rained at times but that really didn’t detract from the tour at all considering we were swimming at most of the stops anyway!

Fantastic experience: Can not express how amazing the tour was. Our guide Andrea was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Considering that the tour was a bit cheaper than some of the other options we were really happy with all of the locations we went to and the knowledge of our tour guide. Bonus: Their gluten free and dairy free options for lunch were great and we appreciate the effort they went to to accommodate our dietary needs.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I did the Atherton Tablelands full day tour and we had a great day from beginning to end. Our tour guide Marcio was awesome and so much fun. He was very knowledgable and took us to some cool spots. Lake Eacham was our highlight. He did such a good job and we were very lucky to have him! We got snacks and a full lunch and drinks too. 100% recommend this company for your trip into the rainforest

Fantastic experience: Just completed our Atherton Tablelands tour. We stopped at lakes, waterfalls and walking tracks. Spotted Australian wildlife and had a great lunch with snacks provided. The highlight of the tour was our guide. Marcio/Mario. He catered our tour for our groups needs and was very knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend this company and guide Marcio!

My tour guide Rohan was exceptional, he definitely made the tour even better with his super friendly enthusiastic attitude. Fantastic experience: Our tour was guided by Rohan, who was so knowledgeable about the area and its interesting history. We had a bit of a rainy day but it didn't stop this tour being incredible. We had the chance to swim around awesome waterfalls and areas that if I hadn't been with a tour guide, I might have been unsure about (i.e. clueless about where is safe and where is dangerous). Plenty of bathroom stops as it wasn't too far from place to place. Would definitely recommend this company! They are smart to hire a guy like Rohan who made it so enjoyable for us all.

Fantastic experience: Today was amazing. Russell took us to so many beautiful spots and gave us lots of information about Cairns and each shot we went to. The lunch was yummy and lots of snacks through the day. Would recommend 100%, the Josephine Falls was my highlight as you could slide down.

Positive experience: I came to Cairns on a short 3 days trip and booked a day-long activity with Barefoot around two weeks ago. But unfortunately they cancelled the event at the last moment because of not meeting the minimum number. I got the email just the previous night and I didn't even have time to plan for the next day. It was so disappointing since I had very limited time in hand. Most wiredly, in the next day they sent me an auto generated thank you mail for joining with them! Also sent the download link of the tour photos which actually never happened! They should have dealt with these things a bit more professional way.
Hi Hossain Joki, With covid in place I am sure you can imagine tourism is all over the place and we use to have a 95% market of international travellers that we no longer have... Our Terms and Conditions have changed since 23 March 2020 to cater in such things... Our T&C's through agents state that we have the right to cancel up to 8pm the day before, if minimum numbers of 4 (during covid) haven't been met - Although an alternative would be to book one of our gauranteed departures instead... We always contact the agent first with an alternative & try to let them talk to you first, then we contact you directly via email (as agents don't usually pass fourth a mobile). In this case you didn't respond to us when we emailed you, so we weren't able to discuss other options, or ofer you an alternative tour and your ticket remained open. Later we called Get Your Guide who advised us you were not interested in an alternative tour or alternative date and you wanted a refund, which was then provided. Once again the last thing we want is our guests missing out and hence why we always have a back up option (usually two) for when we have to cancel due to covid numbers but if you don't respond we aren't able to help any further and it's a shame as the Cairns Region is an absolutely stunning area to explore. I hope you will take into consideration these things when travelling/booking during this period, and remember small/local pasionately run businesses do care about your travels, we are here to help and offer solutions and we do really appreciate a response from our guests... I am sorry you don't feel like this hasn't been very professional from our end. Glad to see you have had some other great experiences whilst in Cairns and near the Goldcoast area. Fantastic experience: We came to Cairns for my husband’s birthday and wanted a tour to sum up what the area is about and this experience was second to none mostly due to our guide, Russell who was vastly knowledgeable an provided us with all kinds of information about Cairns in terms of its history and about its contemporary facts. I loved that he touched on the Aboriginality aspect of Cairns and he did so with the outmost respect and reverence. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to look after all tour participants. As a former cruise ship crew member I had the chance to go as an escort on many shore excursions and tours and to rate the guides and provide feedback about the service quality and I can say that Russell is up there, on the top. It’s not just his wealth of knowledge but also the fact that you could tell he was very passionate about the area in general and particularly rainforests.

Fantastic experience: We did a day tour of cairns falls. Russel was great driver and guide. Accommodated every one's needs. He even took us to Barron gorge which was not part of the plan. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Flexible and adjustable schedule, friendly and informative guide, educational tour content, beautiful places with on-site prepared morning tea and lunch. The guide even added 1 site extra since we finished each site earlier because of the rain. Thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Lovely day out and Terry our guide was excellent, very informative and obviously has a real love of the rainforest. A special commendation too as we were severely delayed coming home due to a road accident on the highway and Terry worked hard to find out the situation and give us options. In the end we were three hours late arriving back but still upbeat from a great day out. Thanks for looking after us!!
Thanks Sara, Ahh Terry told me about the road accident ahead of your bus - such a shame for them and thankful they all survived reasonably okay.. I heard you ended up getting a little bit of a star gazing tour from our Japanese exchange student, which is a cool bonus whilst waiting for soo long. Thanks for your patience that day and I am glad you still arrived back with an upbeat, positive attitude. Terry was considering turning back around and doing the tour backwards to get to Cairns (thankfully that didn't have to happen!)

Fantastic experience: The best day of my Australia travel so far! With Australia's vast distances, it was great to have transport to all of the beautiful nature sites we visited. My guide was Russell who had a relaxed, easy going dimeanor. It's a packed day of sight seeing, yet he makes it feel easy as and flexible to how we want the day to go. I enjoyed getting to know other travels while on the tour and by the end we were all having a laugh with each other. Company picks you up where you're staying in Cairns and feeds you throughout the day. Great deal and great way to see the area!

Fantastic experience: The sights we saw were definitely 5 stars - the Millaa Millaa falls were my favorite and it was amazing to swim right up to it! The other stops were also great and I loved seeing all these sights. The tour itself was good as well but I felt like it was missing something - while it provided everything it advertised, it felt like it was missing a certain “wow” factor. I think it was a combination of my group being pretty low energy and our tour guide, Gabs, being very new to this position - she was still amazing (great voice and ukulele skills!) but was still figuring things out a bit. Overall still very satisfied and glad I went on this tour!

Fantastic experience: Literally had the best day with the best guide - Daryl, he is such a legend! It rained all day but it was still great, he took us all over and knew al about the history which was great. The views and waterfalls are breathtaking. I would highly recommend anyone coming to cairns to do this tour! Lots of food and snacks through the day! I would do it again in a heartbeat! ❤️
