Fantastic experience: Took a school group of 27 students plus 4 teachers to Italy where we visited Roma, Amalfi Coast, Florence, Pesaro and Lago di Garda. We are so pleased we used Vita Italian Tours/Pronto Travel. Their local knowledge of Italy was the reason we chose them in the first place, and the reason why we are so happy afterwards. Their choice of accommodation, the internal transport and restaurant options were all great and they built an itinerary that allowed students to explore the most well-known places in Italy, but at the same time allowed them to explore Italy with an abundant of free time and enjoy authentic experiences at their own pace. This was something the students loved. Tour guides which Vita Italian Tours ensured were great and knowledgeable. Inclusion of Pesaro, as our 'off-the-beaten track' experience, was amazing and gave teachers and students an authentic experience where they saw parts of Italy they'd ordinarily not visit. Here they were forced out of their comfort zone linguistically and we were guided by a very knowledgeable and experienced Pesaro local. Dealing with Gianni and Mario was a pleasure. They were so organised and there was never any stress or unnecessary work in preparing this trip on our end. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again when we plan our next trip to Italy. Grazie mille!

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from their wonderful 'Spectacular South' tour which was led by Mario and Gianni. The itinerary is very well thought out and took us to some wonderful places. It was nicely paced allowing time for the obligatory coffee breaks and lovely leisurely lunches in beautiful locations. There was plenty of flexibiliy with our small group of 13, allowing us to experience some unexpected treats. Highly recommend this small boutique agency, they know Italy so well and Mario is extremely knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Dear Mario & Nina, Our apology for taking bit of time to give you our feedback after our wonderful tour of Italy in May with Pronto. Things were a bit hectic after our return to Australia. We want to say a big thank you for giving us such a memorable & lasting experience of Italy which we had always wanted to visit. Both of you are legends - so knowledgable and experienced about every aspect of the country - its food, history, religion and people. Throughout the trip, you took care of us so well that after the first couple of days, we thought we were traveling with a couple of old friends whom we haven’t seen for a while. Upon our return, we tried to tell our friends the highlights of the tour but we couldn’t. The whole tour itself was full of highlights. We thought we had seen the best, but the next destination was just as good if not better. We frequently shared with our fellow travellers our exclamations and excitement in seeing so many marvellous architecture, paintings & scenery, and sampling much delicious food, especially the gelato ! We were also very fortunate to have travelled with a group of very friendly Aussie travellers who looked out for and supported each other during the tour. This made the tour even more enjoyable and memorable. We’ll be saying to all our friends and relatives if they’re thinking to visit Italy or other parts of Europe, they should contact you first. Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently travelled with Gianni and Mario on their Spectacular Southern Italy tour and it was indeed spectacular. The tour was superbly organised as was the accommodation. The restaurants we ate at offered local produce and it was all delicious. The towns we visited, and the included tours, captured the beauty of this part of Italy. Gianni and Mario were excellent hosts: friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: This was our second tour with Vita Italian Tours our first tour took us to the "Northern lakes and the Dolomites". This time My wife and I travelled with Vita Italian Tours on their "Spectacular South Tour" taking in Puglia, Abruzzo and Matera, it was truly amazing. Our tour leaders Mario and his son Gianni were very knowledgeable and always professional. Our accommodation in every town was very good, Mario and Gianni's choice of eating venues lived up to the Italian reputation of great food and wines always ensuring we got to taste local specialties'. We visited some absolutely outstanding villages such as Trani, Polignano, Alberobello, Lecce and Matera to name just a few. All in all we had a fun time with some lovely people. I would definitely recommend this small family Tour company to anybody contemplating overseas travel. They booked our airfares, train travel and organized private drivers when necessary. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have just completed our 4th tour with Mario and crew and the last was as fabulous as the first. We had previously experienced large group travel for our first overseas trip and found it very unappealing. Fantastic experience: 2016 with Vita was great, so too has been 2022. We travelled with them on two small group tours to the incredible South then through the middle of Italy, including superb Tuscany. At all times we were treated to expert information from Vita itself or local guides, as well as delicious local food and wine at all times. Some food experiences were exceptional. Accommodation often felt very special and spacious. Our whims and desires were catered to, especially the little stops for shopping or culture. The wonders of Italy were fully opened for us to enjoy thanks to Vita.

Fantastic experience: Vita Italian Tours / Pronto made my Italian holiday a wonderful experience. Pronto asked what I wanted, read me like a book and totally provided the best experience catered to me. Travelling by myself for the first time was a little scary but not so with the seamless bookings for accommodation with sensational views, train travel, ferry travel and guided tours. They made sure my accommodation was in central locations and close to everything so I had the best experience. My trip was custom made and fairly last minute. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: The Spectacular Tour of Puglia, Abruzzo & Matera was the trip of a lifetime! We experienced every day the expertise of Mario and Nina’s knowledge of history, locations and great food. All delivered with enthusiasm, humour and efficiency. It certainly surpassed all our expectations. We could happily do it all again! We feel privileged to have had such a wonderful time with the dynamic duo of Mario and Nina together with Gianni in Melbourne booking our extra flights in Europe. Fantastic experience: I used Pronto Travel to help plan my month trip to Italy in August 2022. Mario and Gianni were ever helpful and knowledgeable about where to stay and how best to travel. Their advice to hire a car in Puglia was excellent advice, they were also able to book the car hire for us. We also wanted an authentic cooking experience in Puglia and they arranged a wonderful experience in the countryside for us. All transfers from train stations to hotels etc were reliable and high quality. Their advice to stay for 10 days at one hotel in Sorrento and ferry around the Amalfi Coast saved a great deal of stress not having to move constantly. Gianni even connected with me on WhatsApp in case I had problems whilst away; above and beyond in service! I’m hoping to travel to Sicily in 2024 and will definitely be going back to Pronto Travel to assist with my next travel adventure!

Fantastic experience: In June 2022, I along with four friends took a tour of Northern Italy with Vita Italian Tours. After traveling independently for over forty years, I decided to try a small group tour. Vita Italian Tours was perfect. The hotel and restaurant choices were expertly curated. Our itinerary was a perfect balance of interesting, important sites and activity level. Our tour leaders, Mario and Nina were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic experience: Mario and Gianni were fabulous to be involved with in the planning of our trip. They listened intently, and made many really good suggestions. They have travelled to Italy so many times, and all recommendations were very worthwhile. Fantastic experience: The first time we travelled to Italy, my husband and I did it alone. Fantastic experience: We discovered the most amazing travel agents/tour company Vita Italian Tours / Pronto travel . We are so grateful for all the hard work they put into our special family holiday . Every little detail was planned , researched and explained to us by the wonderful charismatic Mario and his gorgeous son Gianni . Nadia also needs to be mentioned as she also had input ! Our family of 15 took our mum to Italy to see her 2 sisters after 45 yrs living in Australia . It was the most amazing experience ,all because of the smooth running itinerary organised by these guys . Fantastic experience: We have just returned from the most amazing family holiday to Italy. Being such a big group we decided to use the services of Vita Italians tours and we are so glad we did. Our trip was seamless. From Venice to Sicily we had amazing accommodation, fantastic transport services and all the tours we booked were amazing. The service from Mario, Gianni and Nadia didn’t end when we left for our trip, but continued whilst we were in Italy with great recommendations for places to visit and places to eat and then with follow up on our return. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Gianni who organised a private tour of the Le Marche region for my husband and I. Arriving in Ascoli Piceno from Rome we relaxed into our 16c Hotel Palazzo with beautiful frescoes and a historic court yard, setting the scene for the historical sights and unique experiences ahead. Riccardo was our local guide, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his region. We travelled with ease to Pesaro, Urbino, San Marino, San Leo, Gradara sampling local produce and wines along the way. Travelling this way enabled spontaneity (we turned left, had a beautiful lunch in a country restaurant with a cellar that was built into a cave just below Mussolini’s hotel room!) and in each city Riccardo knew to inform my husband of the local caffe corretto inc., caffe Meletti, Moretta Fanese, Completo etc., We really enjoyed every day and evening - thank you !
