Fantastic experience: Tricia and I needed expert assistance towards our October holiday in Paris, Bruges and Rome. It was very much a late decision to travel but Pronto Travel rose to the occasion. They found us some amazing apartments right in the heart of the best areas and also made arrangements for private transfers and plane bookings. Our various requests were dealt with professionally by the Pronto folk who really know Italy backwards and we really thought Pronto went "above and beyond" for us. Sensational service! They did an exceptional job helping us put together a very comprehensive itinerary for a trip of over 2 months. Fantastic experience: I recently travelled for a month in northern Italy. I initially had a list of towns and cities including attractions that I wanted to visit. Pronto Travels listened to what I wanted out of the tour and meticulously planned for the travel which also included adding must see places based on my initial conversation. They have a very good and reliable network of hotels and guides which made the travel a success. Every step of the journey such as hotel reservations, train tickets, museum vouchers, restaurant recommendations were all provided for prior to departure. They also checked in with me during my holiday to ensure everything was going to plan. They were also interested to hear from my experiences to improve their offering. Fantastic experience: Gianni and family booked the itinerary for our trip to Italy: Rome, Naples, Positano, Matera, Puglia. This included flights, transfers, multiple accommodations, rental car and excursions. The entire thing was completely seamless and the accommodations were amazing. Fantastic experience: Pronto Travel took all the stressful guesswork out of planning my overseas trip! As a woman travelling solo I took great comfort in the organised details like transfer from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night and knowing that the hotel came personally recommended. I was given great tips on how to get around in big European cities, including the best phone apps for public transport. In Rome all tickets for the major tourist attractions were booked in advance which saved me from wasting hours waiting in queues. I won’t hesitate to call Pronto Travel when I’m ready to start planning my next trip.

Fantastic experience: Spent 5weeks travelling around 5 different countries and Mario who we felt with organised it perfectly. He listened to our requests and didn’t fail us. He ensured that we check the itinerary twice and went through the trip twice with us. When we travel back to Europe we will see Pronto travel again.

Fantastic experience: The "Wandering Spain and Portugal" four recently spent four weeks in Spain and Portugal. Nina booked the hotels, internal transport and some tours while Gianni booked the Qatar flights. Every hotel/apartment was very well situated and comfortable and close to great food. The trains were first class, on time and it is so convenient to arrive in the centre of a city feeling relaxed and ready to explore. Pronto Travel promise 24/7 service and we know they deliver. A tour bus didn't collect us one morning....Nina was contacted and an alternative arranged, resulting in a wonderful day. We are booking with Pronto again for next year. Fantastic experience: Nina organised our perfect holiday in Puglia, with personal tours with private guides to amazing sites, wonderful hotels booked in iconic locations and the whole trip designed especially for us. A fabulous holiday!

Negative experience: After receiving my travel itinerary and quote I did my own research and found prices quoted were heavily overpriced as much as hundreds and thousands more. We saved over $7000 doing it ourselves directly with the hotels. Even domestic flights from Paris to Rome $500 was added to the real price. I am so lucky I did my research.

Fantastic experience: Gianni put together a unique and amazing itinerary for our recent trip to Italy. My husband, Ross, and I travelled by train and car from Bologna to Puglia, through the regions of Marche, Abruzzo and Molise. We stayed in beautiful country and coastal towns, enjoying picturesque scenery along the way. The accommodation Gianni recommended was excellent and well located. We had such a wonderful holiday. Fantastic experience: I had nothing but a great and positive experience with Pronto Travel. From the moment I reached out to just days before I left, Pronto Travel were super helpful and attentive to my needs. They were also very prompt with their responses, patient and kind with any alterations I had to make. I was also very appreciative of the follow up call post my return home to ask about not only my trip but how the overall experience was with the airlines wen booked. I will not only continue to use Pronto Travel in the future but recommend them to my contacts for their travel needs.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Took deposit and prepared a draft and incomplete iternary. We then requested a couple of minor changes which Gianni agreed to organise. Many weeks passed and after several follow up calls and emails we were then told they were too busy to proceed with booking our holiday. We lost over 6 weeks of planning and they refused to refund the deposit on the basis they prepared the draft itinerary which we can't use because accommodation suggested is now booked up. It also did not contain suggestions for half of the planned trip duration. Do not recommend, book yourself or go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Gianni and his dad at pronto travel made our experience so much easier than we expected! They booked everything for our Europe trip, gave us ideas on places to go, and eat. The places we stayed at were amazing and the service from Pronto Travel was great!!! They know the ins and outs of all of Europe! We will definitely be booking with them again!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of a wine tour through the Macedon Ranges with Gianni and I couldn't have been more impressed. Gianni's knowledge of the area was 1st class and he was super easy to chat with. Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking him up again next time I'm in the state.

Fantastic experience: We had a great day out with Gianni & Mario at West Gippsland. Wine tasting at Cannibal Creek Winery was a great experience & we have since gone there again for lunch. Hogget Kitchen was a real experience plus great food. We would love to do a trip with them to Italy when we are able to travel again.

Fantastic experience: We recently enjoyed the King Valley Wine and Food Tour. Despite not being food or wine aficionados, we thoroughly enjoyed every part of the tour and learned a lot about wine from the various vintners we met along the way. The food was abundant and delicious, the wine was excellent and we were warmly welcomed at the vineyards we visited. Mario and Gianni were excellent guides and we enjoyed the company of our fellow participants – it was as if we were away for a weekend with a group of friends.

Fantastic experience: Incredible service by Gianni and the team. They had every detail covered from obtaining permits for driving within the stunning city of Florence to organising a safe and affordable car garage within walking distance of our accommodation. We put our in trust in such a knowledgeable team and they exceeded our expectations. These guys will be planning all future holidays. We cant thank them enough :)

Fantastic experience: Travelling around Italy with Gianni and his team was an amazing experience I would highly recommend. The itinerary was fabulous and Gianni's knowledge of history and fun facts made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially liked that Gianni had a lot of local contacts in each destination and it felt more like travelling as part of a family rather than a travel group. I would do it all over again in a heart beat.
