Fantastic experience: The service provided by The Snow Concierge is outstanding. Marnie has helped plan and implement a number of our family trips and each time has been a dream. The most impressive, was a last minute vacation to Tokyo and Appi Kogen, during Chinese New Year. Recommendations, accommodations and communications were fantastic. Everything went like clockwork and with no stress or hassle. I highly recommend their service.

Fantastic experience: The Snow Concierge helped us with various aspects of our most recent trip to Tokyo/Nozawa. It's not just their on-the-ground practical experience that helps, there is a real passion about Japan as a destination, especially as an awesome place for snowsports. It's certainly not impossible to organise your own ski trip to Japan, but I wonder why you would when you can lean on these good folk to make it special!

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from an amazing trip to Tokyo and skiing in Appi Kogen organised by The Snow Concierge. I have to say it was the best organised and smoothest travel experience and exceed all expectations for me and my family of 5 everyone is raving about it. The knowledge of Japan, Japanese Culture, getting around and the ski location and hotels were perfect and I would recommend The Snow Concierge for all travel to Japan and particularly skiing in Japan. Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness!!- cannot recommend highly enough! Marnie planned our trip to perfection, with so many thoughtful touches, so well considered and only possible due to her extensive knowledge of Japan due to her decades of travel there. She's fluent in Japanese too, which is amazing. She took what was a daunting "idea" and translated it in to reality for our family. Made everything so easy. If you are seeking a trip to Japan Marnie is definitely your gal!

Fantastic experience: Marnie arranged an amazing trip to Yuzawa Japan. Yuzawa is east to get to but English is not spoken so having a tour arranger speak japanese(ie Marnie) was a Godsend. The whole experience was authentic Japanese, the snow was so good and the private onsen in my room was heaven on earth

The snow concierge kept in contact with us the whole trip to help us overcome any inconveniences, like delays in flights. 10/10 would definitely recommend using the snow concierge for all travel trips whether it’s surf trips, ski trips or just travel trips.

Fantastic experience: Marnie did a fantastic job of arranging a complicated travel itinerary with lots of moving parts! She reacted very efficiently to the constant swerve balls thrown by airlines altering their schedules and communication throughout was excellent: we were never in any doubt as to where we needed to be and when for the next connection. Fantastic experience: Marnie was amazing. She organised the surf trip of a lifetime for a group of us using local knowledge to recommend the best spots , hotels, restaurants and so on. We were under tight deadlines so the connecting flights were all arranged perfect and Marnie even kept us up to date with any flight delays or changes even while we were away. Couldn’t recommend her more highly

Fantastic experience: We had the best trip organised by the Snow Concierge. Complicated things were made very simple for us in a country where we didn’t speak the language and had very little experience. I would definitely recommend using the Ski Concierge to organise your ski trip.
