Fantastic experience: I purchased a JR PASS online late night and requested pick up from the Market St office. Was able to call the next morning to confirm pick up was possible. Staff was very helpful and experienced and gave great travel tips. They seemed genuinely interested and excited for me to travel to Japan.

Fantastic experience: Cheapest JR pass online and professional Japanese service that is courteous, efficient and thoughtful. I received my JR pass two days after I ordered online just using their standard registered post! They also volunteered to offer me a discount in postage by lumping my two separate orders of JR passes as one package. (My total of 6 passes exceeds their website allowance of 5.)
