Fantastic experience: Paul managed to organise an amazing family holiday to the snow, sourcing accommodation and all the extras at a much better price than we were able to find ourselves. He was also amazing at helping us navigate all the changing COVID restrictions too, and made what could have been a really stressful process quite easy and simple. He was also great at clarifying cancellation policies etc in the lead up to our departure. If you're thinking of booking a holiday but nervous about what may happen if it gets cancelled or if there are COVID restrictions or lockdowns, do yourself a favour and let Paul guide you through it and do the hard work for you.
