Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently returned home from an amazing European trip from Prague to Budapest with Travelmarvel. We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of the Travelmarvel team and of Nicole at the Travel Boutique who arranged everything for us. We had fun to the max in the most scenic of locations whilst being accommodated in a comfortable and spacious floating motel. The food, entertainment and activities were wonderful. We did some additional travel in the Netherlands and Belgium with Nicole’s helpful input. Nicole has been assisting us with travel adventures since 2016 and her suggestions, responsiveness, attention to detail and thoughtfulness is of a premium standard. I heartily recommend the Travel Boutique to intending travellers.

Fantastic experience: Trek Larapinta- Inspiration Outdoors. Trip and travel arranged by Nicole from The Travel Boutique. The trip was amazing, very smooth travel arrangements, even change of dates was accommodated with no additional cost to myself and my travelling companion. The landscape in Northern Territory is nothing short of spectacular. I would highly recommend this trip and both of these companies for this experience. The hot air balloon at Alice Springs is also a must have experience if you can stretch your budget to accommodate this. Travel to/from the airport is best managed by the shuttle bus available. It was efficient and hassle free. The Mecure Alice Springs is comfortable accommodation. It's about 1km from the centre of the Alice Springs township, a comfortable stroll if you need grab anything from the supermarket. Thanks Nicole for helping me arrange my bucke list trip. I will definitely be coming back to you to arrange my next holiday.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned to Geelong after a wonderful seven week journey through Egypt,Jordan, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Turkey which was organised by Greg of The Travel Boutique in Newtown. Fantastic experience: Thanks Greg for all your help with our last travel plans to USA. We were all set to go and Qantas cancelled our flight (Melbourne to Dallas) the day before we were to travel. A quick call to Greg and within half an hour we were rebooked to Dallas via Sydney. He was even able to get our Premium Economy seats locked in. He then rebooked our onward flight to Lexington on the later flight so there was no upset in accommodation plans. We have always used Greg Cooke for our travel plans as he is effective in getting the best deals and super responsive in fixing any problems that occur along the way. Negative experience: The delays it took in getting an itinerary back increased the family’s air fares (6 people). Then 9 months to get a letter to claim for insurance. Appreciate how busy the travel sector is but honestly I would have done better to book myself as there was no value add provided. Terribly disappointing

Negative experience: I visited the store in Waurn Ponds, and I spoke to Nicole. She said she would put a package together for me and my wife. Three phone calls later and at the time of writing, 5 weeks have passed without anything being produced for us.

Negative experience: Rude, uninterested staff, why would you use, whe the staff across the way at another travel company are both friendly and help full . Whatever your budget.
