Fantastic experience: Like the Japanese branch, the Cairns branch also has staff who respond kindly and carefully. It's very reassuring to be able to ask any small questions or for directions. While I think there's joy in independently arranging accommodations and searching for places to stay when traveling abroad, the peace of mind in leaving it all to JTB is immeasurable. I will definitely rely on you again next time I go abroad!

Positive experience: オプショナルツアーの予約や支払いなどが出来ます。 JTBだけあって、周辺レストランのお得なセットも用意されており、店選びで迷うような方は席の予約も含めてお願いできるので便利です。 トイレも借りられますし、冷水も飲ませてもらえる他ペットボトルの水も買えます。 各種クレジットカードを持っている方は、それを提示するだけで粗品がもらえます。(自分はコアラのチビぬいぐるみでした) スタッフの方も明るく丁寧で、もちろん日本語なので安心できます。 観光や食事等、全般的に相談できるのがありがたい。
