Fantastic experience: We had a complex trip consisting of Sydney - San Franciso - Houston - Quito - Guayquil - Galapagos and return to Sydney and asked Peta to arrange all the flights and buy extra legroom seats both ways for my wife and I. Its so nice to receive the full itinerary and one invoice and to have a real person to speak with, and Peta also validated my hotel choices. On realising that my bother lives close to Los Angeles, Peta routed us home via LAX with a ten hour stop over so we could have lunch together. Nothing but five stars from me!

Our annual conference had people flying in from all over the country.. the usual dramas unfolded with staff needing to change dates etc.. our travel agent Tanja had it all sorted without me having to do anything apart from hit the approve button!
