I initially enquired about a Qatar fare to Toulouse and return in 2025, and she worked tirelessly to find a suitable package with Qatar and other airlines so as to realise our fairly complex plans. Just after the Christmas break Donna, still thinking about us and how she could make it happen, found and proposed the perfect combination of flights at a very excellent price - which we of course grabbed!! I can't speak highly enough of Donna. She is totally professional, tenacious in sourcing alternatives and solving problems, and absolutely charming. Fantastic experience: Great flight to Europe via HKG and HEL. We purchased a separate ticket HEL to CPH, our ultimate destination. With only 90 mins in HEL, we were a little worried time would be short. Despite having separate tickets for tge two legs, Finnair transferred baggage between flights without our involvement. Both First Class.com.au and Finnair are highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Booked return UK flights with Cynthia at FirstClass almost a year ahead of travel, and it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Six months before we travelled, we needed to change our return date to stay in UK for the arrival of our son's first child - our first grandson. Cynthia took total control and within 2 days (including her Saturday day off!!) we had new flights organised. Can't thank her enough and recommend First Class to anyone travelling.
