Negative experience: Me and my wife was in Perth for 9 days and had signed up for a number of day trips covering all the major points of interests, including Pinnacles, Margaret River, Wave Rock etc. Then, we had one free day, which we decided to fill by taking this full day Yanchep tour with cave and visit to Hillarys. We were a bit apprehensive at first because the price was quite hefty, AUD$200+, that doesn't include any meals, or expensive entry tickets. Nonetheless, since we had time to kill, we went for it, hoping for the best. The tour didn't start well. I tried to call and confirm the pick up time and location, and also inform Aussie Perth Tours about a potential road closure at my hotel. Nobody bothered to reply to my message and calls were engaged all the time. The driver came to pick us up at 9am. We were shocked to learn that we were the only 2 customers. That didn't bode well ...... As it turned out, this is the most over-sold, and over-priced tours I had in Perth. Along the way, commentary was minimal, almost non existent. The places we visited were anything but interesting. The cave tour was boring, very badly lit, and the guide was basically talking to himself most of the time. Then, the driver dropped us at a spot in Yanchep Park, telling us to roam around for 15 min, without telling us anything else -- eg the significance of the place, or what to see or do. So we wondered off, trying to spend the 15 minutes meaningfully. Basically there is nothing to see or do. We went back to the van, and the driver wasn't even there. 8 minutes later, he returned to the van, with his breakfast. I guess the spot was chosen so that he can get his breakfast? Then, a short distance drive later, we arrived at the Koala place. All the koalas were all high up in the trees. Nothing to see there. Then, the driver said to drive us to another place, without saying what is there. I thought we were supposed to have some kind of bushwalk or something or see some kangaroos in the wild, like what the tour description said .... but no. We arrived at this park. Again, he dropped us off, and told us to roam around for 30 mins, again, without offering more information about the significance of the place, what to do, what to see. Again, we had to try to spend 30 minutes of our time meaningfully at this park, which we failed. After the agonizing 30 minutes passed, he drove us to the Hillarys. After telling us there are food places in the mall, and there is this Aqua place we can visit (tickets not included), he again dropped us off, without any further information. He then said another van will pick us up and return us to the hotel at 3:30pm. If we ended up earlier, we can call them to send a driver early. The marina was nice, but the mall was very run-down. Nothing to shop there and nothing much to eat. Again, we had to somehow stretch our time to fill up the 2.5 hours we have. Again, we failed because there is simply nothing to do there. (The Aqua tickets were expensive. We are not doing to spend more $$ after spending $200+ each pax for this useless tour). After lunch, we couldn't stand it any longer and called them to pick us up at 3:15pm. In summary, this tour is the worst !!!!! DO NOT sign up for this tour. This is the MOST OVERSOLD and OVERPRICED tour. Considering the fact that a full day Wave Rock tour (by another agency) costs $200+ person, covered 10+ hours of driving (this tour only covers 2+ hours of driving), and included lunch (this tour doesn't include any meals. The only entry was to Yanchep which is just A$17 per vehicle).

Negative experience: Booked a half day tour of Yanchep National Park on Viator, leaving at 9am, and set my hotel as the pickup point. Waited outside my hotel for over an hour (starting at 8:30), no show, called the office multiple times but even after their official opening time of 9:30 just got a dead line tone. Finally contacted Viator support, only to find out that they had cancelled and refunded my booking without telling me anything at all, and the support person - not me - was told that they couldn't accommodate me because I was going alone. If that's the case, why did you not set a minimum on the listing and allow me to book it in the first place? Extremely frustrating, I'm only in the country for a few days and I missed my opportunity to see some Australian wildlife. Suuuuuper cool.

Negative experience: Wreakless driving, no prior information that lunch was not included in the tour. Aside that the tour was pleasent.

Fantastic experience: This is a great way to experience Perth, would recommend. We went to Caversham Wildlife Park which I got a photo with a Wombat and Koala, two wineries with tasting, chocolate factory, and the spectacular Pinnacle Desert.

Positive experience: Fantastic experience in Caversham Wildlife Park and Swan Valley. Mary of Aussie Perth tours gave us possibility to fully appreciate Wildlife Park according to our interests. We also had possibility to have good wine and chocolate tasting in two farms of Swan Valley. We suggest to do this tour with Aussie Perth tours.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money on this company.Ive got reasons to my opinion; We went on a full day wave rock and York trip today; - Despite of “ Live commentary “which was supposed to be included in our package; we did not hear a word from the driver. He just drove the minibus as a driver with toilet breaks . There was no guide on this trip , no words that where we are , where is the next stop , how far is the next stop, let alone of any information about the place we visited. It felt as you were on a TransPerth bus . First stop , he just dropped us at a local children playground with toilet facilities in York , which was close to the Main Street of the town . We had a brief dropout at a look out to take photos as second stop. Then we went to the wave rocks after a coffee. I am not sure what the tour manager means as a “ National park “which was included in our list but never happened. - At wave rock , we were dropped off with no info or guidance to say where to go or which parts are best to check out within our short time (13:15-14:00) , so we missed the yawing hippo and the look out at wave rocks which would have taken 20 minutes to visit all. - The temperature within the “ air conditioned vehicle” was either too freezing cold or too hot ( we were literally sweating). - in the morning we were at the meeting point in time. However the driver was 20 minutes late, I had to contact the company to make sure he had not forgotten about us. We were expecting a quick courtesy call from him just to tell us he was going to be late ! Off course there was no apology what so ever from him. - The price compare to other tours to wave rocks / York was very expensive ( other tours to wave rocks , and actually with more items included such as including lunch, cultural places, and more comfortable bus with proper guide are 245$ per person ) we paid 290$ per person for this trip !!I was expecting much more from this. So this tour was definitely very expensive AND very low quality, they did not provide the necessary listed items which they advertised for this trip and were supposed to be included. People spend time and money , and for a very long and tiring trip like this , there are minimal expectations which unfortunately were not met with today’s trip . Definitely a big NO to this fraudulent business. This was the worst day tour I had ever been on. An absolute waste of money, Thank you for reply Perth tour !on 10/09/24. I’m writing in response to your comments about my dissatisfaction, 1- There was no coach captain dear. If you were supposed to provide a “ Coach “ captain “, there was only a driver who was the most silent person I ever seen , no coach, no captain!! Having said that, the Live Commentary was again listed on this specific tour. If you advertise something and can’t provide it, this is an absolute scam. Also your driver told us , there was usually a guide on the bus but on that day , he was sick. There we go ! Witness ! 2-if there was no national park on this tour , then you should take this off your list on this specific tour. Again, if you list an item on a tour, and you can’t provide it or it’s unreal or it’s unavailable, then you should remove it from the list, otherwise it is called SCAM. 3- if you use your brain to answer questions, you won’t be that rude to ask people if they felt cold and sweat at the same time . The aircon temperature was changed from very cold freezing to very hot and very uncomfortable everyone became sweaty. So , I wonder if you first think then talk . Or just say whatever comes to your tongue about hot and cold. You should be proud of your tour which hits the worst spectrum of the quality. You tried to call me at 7:00 am in the morning on the day after the tour completed, can I ask you what for ?! Wasn’t your call to make sure people wouldn’t post the real issues about your dodgy service??I’m sure you wouldn’t call people at 7 am to get there compliments about yourself , would you ?! Easy to know how dodgy is your service.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant and knowledgeable driver who we spent 4 hours with driving Perth Fremantle. Allowed extra time at our places of interest, stopping for photo opportunities and coffees. Extremely helpful with local transport and travel hints. Thoroughly recommend. Turned our day into a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: We did a series of trips with Aussie Perth tours in the week we were in Perth. We went Tom the South West Tour ( Albany, Margaret River etc) Busselton, Mandurah, Rottnest Island and Yanchep Caves. All tours were great and Fred and Fiona made us very welcome

Fantastic experience: I had been with them for Pinnacles & Margaret River Cave & Jetty tour with my family. It was a great experience & we really had good time. They really have knowledgeable & enthusiastic guides who gave us brief explanation about tours & few parts of WA. Overall it was fun!. Would highly recommend to book tours with them, especially the one's visiting the city for the first time.

Negative experience: They cancelled with no notice and were totally rude about it. The attitude is one should be grateful they allow a tourist to participate. Having trouble getting a refund. I feel scammed. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Aussie Perth Tours is a professional tour operator, highly punctual and knowledgeable. They offered various choices for sightseeing, routes, and venues. They went above & beyond expectations — special credit for not cancelling the tour even though they had only two members (me and my partner) booked.

Negative experience: I never did this tour because they told me that I was the only person who had booked, they offered me another one of which I never received details, so I requested the cancellation and the return of my money. Thank you.

Positive experience: The Caversham Wildlife Park Tour with Wine and Chocolate November 29 2022. Our Guide was Kea. Very Knowledgeable and polite. Attentive to our needs. When booking this tour I would definitely recommend him.

Negative experience: WARNING: BE AWARE THAT AUSSIE PERTH TOURS DOES NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY (FINANCIAL) KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE A REFUND Aussie Perth Tours lacks the necessary (finacial) knowledge to make a refund through the credit card used to pay or via a bank transfer. Explanation: I live in the Netherlands. English is therefore not my native language. Apologies for any mistakes. I will try to make the story as short as possible, it covers many months. Before covid broke out I had booked in 2019 a tour in 2020 through Australia for my partner and me. I had paid for all transport, all hotels and all excursions. Due to covid I have had to cancel that trip twice (2020 and 2021) I have asked all organizations to put the paid amounts on an account for the future. Many complied with that request, but a few preferred a refund and did so through the credit card I paid with. Aussie Perth Tours agreed that the two booked and paid excursions could be rescheduled. Through repeated emails I have asked to reschedule the excursions. Because I received no response for a very long time, I called the number mentioned on their website several times (26X) I did not get an employee on the line. Finally I turned to the CPA (Consumer Protection Australia) and after many email exchanges, the CPA indicated that I was entiteled to the refund, but that they didn’t have the resources to enforce the refund. (complaint reference No. 214362) Aussie Perth Tours informed me that they have tried to refund the money through the credit card, but that this was unseccessful, and they sent copies of those attempts. I have been in contact with my bank who was surprised that it had not worked out. The bank provided me with all the necessary information for a refund through the credit card, which information I forwarded to Aussie Perth Tours. I also indicated that a refund was also possible via a bank transfer and that I would pay the associated costs. This can be indicated when making a bank transfer: who bears the costs. I also provided all the necessary data for the bank transfer (such as the name of my bank, de the number of my account, the BIC/SWIFT Code) This happened well before we left to Australia. Before leaving to Australia (our trip: November 22, 2022 to Januari 24, 2023) , I found out that I still had not received a refund. Because their office was located – according to their website – in Perth and our hotel (Pan Pacific) was only a few hundred meters away from that office, we walked there. On the door was the message that the office was no longer located there and that Aussie Perth Tours only could be contacted via the website or by telephone. Because our bad telephone experiences in the past, I sent Aussie Perth Tours an email, in which I explained in which hotel and how long we were staying in Perth. I didn’t receive any response on that email. To date I have not received a refund. Remarkable detail: only when CAP contacted Aussie Perth Tours, I immediatly received a somewhat angry email from them. I repeat again: other organizations were able to do a refund through the credit card or bank transfer. (Royal Carabian gave a refund via a bank transfer when they had cancelled the cruise leaving from Sydney on January 9, 2023; I had paid them too via a bank transfer) IN SHORT: BE AWARE THAT AUSSIE PERTH TOURS DOES NOT HAVE TE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE A REFUND Bernard The Netherlands, June 26, 2023.

Negative experience: Perth Freemantle Swan Valley and Wildlife Park. Shop around and book early to avoid this over priced, disappointing day. Our driver/guide tried very hard but was inexperienced with these tours but was very entertaining. Arranging and confirming bookings was challenging.

Fantastic experience: Wave rock tour: The tour guide was very engaging and shared interesting facts about the tour. We absolutely loved the countryside. It was refreshing and relaxing. The wave rock and the yawn hippo cave were the main highlights of the tour. I have never seen anything like wave rock before. It is very unique. Margaret River and cave tour: I must say thank you to Aussie Perth tour for making the tour possible inspite of only 3 of us attending the tour. They mentioned that they would go ahead with the tour even though they needed at least 4 people for the tour. It was very kind of them. The cave was mind blowing. We saw Stalagmites and stalactites in real. We had fish and chips near the Margaret river. We visited the dairy and chocolate factory. In future, if I come to Perth, I would definitely book tours operated by Aussie Perth Tour. Good job, guys and keep it up. Thank you for making my Perth trip a memorable one.

Positive experience: Looking for day out trips for cooler areas in Perth we requested Firoze from Aussie Perth tours to advice on location and he guided us to go to Collie, lake Stockton, black diamond lake, drive through Mandurah, Harvey, warlop. We booked the visit with his company and visited the said place with lovely crystal clear water in lakes and pristine picnic spots. The bus transport we utilised were well maintained and the friendly driver cum guide was very helpful and educative. We plan and intend visiting other tourist spots in W A as well and choose them as our first priority tour operators.

Negative experience: I would not recommend or use this tour agency again. I booked a tour to Rottnest for this weekend. What attracted me in the 1st place was the courtesy coach pick-up. I made the booking and paid on Wednesday. On Thursday morning I called to follow-up on the confirmation mail which I had not received. On the same day at 11.06 am, I received the confirmation email. At 11.10 am I received another email informing that they cannot provide the courtesy pick-up as the coach is booked out and I now must find my way to Hilary’s Harbour. The person I spoke was not helpful at all and claimed that both emails were sent out at the same time. I understand it’s a COURTESY pick-up, they have tried to get a boarding from Barrack St. Jetty for me and I cannot cancel without losing 100% of the payment at this late stage. But could they have done better? Definitely. Inform your customer of changes BEFORE confirming the book. Not AFTER. I’ll stick with Adams Tour the next time. Thanks for the unpleasant experience before the tour even began.

We went on a official tour for 7 days and all the transfers were handled by them only and operationally they handled it very well. Operationally word used here as they provided us the services many time in a short notice also and never felt cheated on price although it was a last minute call from us on sudden planning of ours after the office work. Negative experience: I booked a bus and driver for a group of 10 of us and when the day came for us to be picked up at 7am there was no bus. I called the company and they knew nothing of my booking although i had been sent the paperwork. They made excuses and told me first that the driver had mechanical problems and hadn't let them know, then they said the payment had not been taken although the girl i paid over the phone to said it had gone through. It was one excuse after another. This was a work trip and we were over an hour and a half late as we needed to get to Bunbury. When i asked to be compensated for this, i was told there would be no compensation. I would never use this company again.

Negative experience: A frustrating experience. Phone calls not returned, emails not answered, texts not answered. Paid for a tour - sent an email telling me it was pending. Had to continually ring to find out what was happening. Told not enough people had booked so might be cancelled. Less than 24 hours out from the tour's departure and still ringing them to find out what is happening. Again noone could tell me what is happening - more promisespof will ring you back. My money had better be refunded!! Don't waste your time and money with this lot. I am now also missing out on something I wanted to see since my time is limited and I have already organised activities for my remaining days.

Fantastic experience: Dear Aussie Perth Tours Our recent 4 days Kalbarri, Monkey Mia and the Pinnacles tour organised through your company was the most amazing experience we all had and all credit goes to our driver and guide Graham who did his utmost to show us all the heritage and national parks as well as the mind blowing gorges and much more. That accommodation and the breakfast and dinners were well catered for and as a host Graham always joined us. I would be happy to recommend your tours to all my family and friends. Fantastic experience: It was a good experience with this company , they were very co operative and with good experience guides. We had fun and enjoyed every ride, surely will visit again and recommend others about it !!

Negative experience: UNRELIABLE!! Booked two tours with this company over 6 weeks ago totalling about $600 and emailed them to confirm hotel pick up etc which was all confirmed. They then emailed me a few days before our tour was due and told me it would not be running but they had booked on another date. When I called to cancel as we would not be available that date they said that we wouldn't be refunded as per their policy. I told them we were not even in the state for the new date and we expected a full refund. When I enquired about the other tour they advised they did not have enough people and it would not be going ahead either. I requested a refnd for both and she told me she would need to confirm with her manager -- i asked to speak with them and she was very rude. Eventually she hung up on me without a resolution. I went back to Expedia and processed cancellation with them however we are now left at a loss for our time in perth with nothing booked - despite them having assured me the numerous times I emailed leading up to this that the tour would go ahead. Something very dodgy going on here.

Negative experience: Ripped us off. Made us pay a ridiculous amount of money, telling us we would have a bus tour with included lunch at Rottnest. When we arrived we had no bus tickets, Aussie Perth tours is extremely dodgy. I recommend not booking your tours here!!

Negative experience: I never recommend to you My family had tour to Pinnacles and lancelin Desert on last weekend, but Aussie Perth Tours never inform to me to delay the pick up time, our family with my son and daughter were only staying in outside during 1 hour (too cold). Really terrible to think that time. And Aussie Perth Tours has sent the request payment to me, and then I transferred payment to bank but they didn't inform to me any confirmation notice.(I tried to contact them to have confirmation, but they never reply to me) In the result, they forget the pick up time, we had terrible experience in the Perth.

Negative experience: No Aussies here. Asians ripping off Australian workers by underpaying wages.
