Positive experience: Looking forward to my upcoming cruise after an issue with one of travelling team not being able to travel due to back injury - NOTE: a costly & emotional set back for affected client as no re-arrangement or refund applies due to being so close to sail date. Fantastic experience: We travel on our booked holiday in November 24 but I wanted to write this review to thank the Imagine staff for thoughtful, knowledgeable attention to deal customer service. My husband and I travel frequently and have used other companies before and we have never received the same level of service that we are experiencing with Imagine. Fantastic experience: Our Travel Consultant, Rebecca Elsum, provided exceptional service to us and was so knowledgeable and helpful when we added Italy to the end of our 4 Queen's Cruise (scheduled for May 2025). She was able to recommend the cities we should go too and the main excursions and booked everything. We will certainly want to deal with her for future bookings. She also provided great suggestions when in each city as part of the 4 Queens Trip and we booked those as well. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant! I have previously used various package tour/cruise providers with poor results, but Imagine Holidays have been spot-on in every way: prompt and helpful responses to emails (seriously!), and a willingness to explore other options for me. They have also been accurate and truthful with no "sales" embellishments! In particular Abigail and Bek ("Concierges") have both been wonderful, and Viran was also excellent in initial contact. No hesitation in declaring that Imagine will be my first stop for every future holiday cruise booking. Two months later: once again, Bek was brilliant in immediately fixing a small hiccup in booking details. She went the extra mile. Much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Our holiday in Cairns with Imagine was lovely. So well organised and stress free. The whole process went smoothly so we really enjoyed our trip away. Due to a minor hiccup with maintenance we were unable to travel on the overhead rail line so we were due for a partial refund. I had forgotten about it but Rebecca called to let me know that a credit was being processed and would be posted in a few days. Fantastic experience: Our booked holiday with Imagine Holidays was compromised by the Houthi's in the Red Sea. Imagine Holidays kept us fully informed and offered an altered itinerary, that unfortunately did not suit us. They promised to call us within three weeks to discuss and Bek Elsum from Imagine Holidays did exactly that. Net outcome we have booked a different cruise with them. Their communications, service and flexibility have all been "top - notch". Problems like the Red Sea Houthi's impacts on travel can and do, happen, but the way the travel company handles these issues can make or break a relationship. Imagine Holidays and Bek Elsum take a bow you are doing great.

Negative experience: Imagine being on holiday in Sri Lanka to find out your entire tour group except for yourself and your partner are going to the Maldives. Poor form that you change the tour package and we were not contacted to also be included. Not a nice feeling when your entire tour group keep talking about it and you can’t go and then imagine holidays gas light us and then want to slug you $4000 for the extra 3 days everyone else is getting. It’s not fair and not a nice experience and I can also tell you our group can’t understand why imagine holidays would do this to us either. Put a real dampener on our holiday. Don’t recommend.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH IMAGINE HOLIDAY! since we book with this company, all we had was drama, stress and insults!. Customer service sucks. We had booking since COVID, and it has been dragged on for almost 3 years, in the end we just had to accept a package of flights and cruise that is way expensive for the value of money we paid for. Stress continues when the flights were changed without any notificatiom, just by luck that we checked our flight 24hrs before the date. Tried to contact the customer service,and instead of apologizing and making ammends, all we had were insults and arrogance!. Glad were over dealing with them and will NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!

Fantastic experience: Contacted Alexis about a minor matter regarding my holiday to Norway. (So exciting!) She rang me immediately and followed up by sending the information by email. I have dealt with Alexis before and she is unfailingly helpful and friendly. Seems genuinely interested in making my bookings as flexible as possible re stopovers. Much appreciated. As regards Imagine holidays - this will be my third. I previously did the Indian Pacific to Perth which I loved and the isles of the British Isles by Holland America liner. Really enjoyed that but I think the onboard tipping was excessive (not Imagine's fault). Also not their fault was the ship rerouting which neccessitated a long uncomfortable bus ride from Edinburgh to Liverpool with a lunch stop in an appalling cafe in the Lake District - Windermere. I think Imagine were ripped off by their British agents and I'm still waiting for a response to my letter of complaint.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that Josh was so patient and helpful on the phone when we had to sort out payments and refunds today. Our issue, or at least our explanation of it, was complicated and we were having trouble understanding it ourselves. Fantastic experience: Extremely lucky to be contacted by Baxter to book our flights. Not only did he call back when he said he would, he was very, very patient with us as he explained our flight options and suggested the pros and cons of each option. He used his own experiences to give us an insight into how to travel around, time frames, nothing was too much trouble. He even reminded us our internal flight would have a different luggage allowance! It's always the little things that make a difference. Fantastic experience: I am now 89 years "young" but love to travel - It keeps me "Alive"! And so ? - We booked this Long/Beautiful Cruise all the way to Argentina ! After initial computer-outs etc. and other glitches it was a "Worry". BUT fortunately Alexis/&Technical Support came in, the difficulties disappeared and 3 days later " It was all there ".
