Negative experience: Rude consultant - I just wanted to let you know that your agent was rather rude. Who is she to tell me off for buying a ticket online and calling to ask just one question: "do I need a visa to enter Thailand as I'm going for two weeks. " Who is she to be rude to me and not give her name. Who are you to be so rude as to tell me that I should've booked with you to get free information. Omg ... I advised her that tried to call the Thai Embassy several times and no luck ....... Not happy with your customer service and will not recommend anyone to get your service.

Positive experience: Would have given 4.5 stars if google let me. Have been using Wendy as my travel agent for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. She's looked after everything from 20 guys on a footy trip, long personal trips to just a bit of friendly travel advice. Helped me out of a few tricky situations while overseas as well. Cheers Wendy.
