Negative experience: The poorest bus service experienced. Timetable in correct, busses skipping stops and busses full leaving young children and women in the summer heat for extended periods of time. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: 99% positive reviews on the four coach tours that we did with this company.. fantastic coaches, fantastic drivers and tour directors. Very professionally run and always punctual… always offered cool water, and depending on the tour we would get tea and coffee and biscuits. We saw some great places that we would not have been able to see by ourselves so we were very happy..

Fantastic experience: Amazing tour perfectly organised with care, in particular the driver Jamie was friendly and set the right tone for the whole day, and the guide Jonathan with his incredible knowledge of WA history and astronomy.

Margaret River tour was fantastic with a very knowledgeable guide Chris and recently last week I had did the Pinnacles tour which included quite alot of sights included Jamie was also great and knowledgeable ❤️ and Robbie was an awesome 4wd driver on the sand dunes That is now two memorable tours ❤️ Next tour will be wave Rock next visit Thank you ❤️

Positive experience: We booked several tours to explore Perth. The customer service team was extremely responsive, and helpful in booking the multiple tours (Pinnacles Desert with 4WD and sand boarding; 1 Day Margaret River Tour and Caversham Wildlife Park; Wave Rock and Rottnest Island tours). They were also responsive every morning before the bus pick up times, when we had trouble with the Uber ride. Clean comfy rides, fascinating stories. Especially appreciated Terry who was very kind and made sure we got back to our hotel when a tour ended later. It was hence disappointing when we were moved from 3rd place for drop off to 2nd to last (without notice) as it resulted in a 60 minute difference. We could have taken the train or an Uber from an earlier drop off point and still get back 30 minutes earlier at 9pm.

Fantastic experience: We used the Rottnest Island Ferry (depart Hillarys) and the Rottnest Island Explorer (hop on, hop off) - both services were incredibly easy and straightforward! We had our bags collected at Port and taken to/from our accommodation on arrival/departure day. And the hop on/off bus allowed us to explore the entire island at our own speed. Stopping at all the main view points and sites along the way. Absolute favourite part was the seals! Highly recommend and will be using again!

Positive experience: Booked Oliver Hill Train and Tunnel 2 Hour Tour from Rottnest Island through Webjet / Klook. Received a confirmation email from Aus Pinnacle Tours a few hours later advising that the train isn't running and it's a bus instead. Thankfully requesting a refund was simple enough via my booking, but now I have to wait for it to come through, whereas if Australian Pinnacle Tours had advised the booking agency to update the listing I would never have booked the tour in the first place. Edited to add post response: have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars. Greatly appreciate both getting a response and being credited for the bus tickets I purchased. One of the drivers we had was awesome and gave us lots of knowledge that was not expected on the standard transport (not tour)! Completely understand out of the operators hands that the train was not running, however their direct website was still selling tickets even for just the train, and even once on the island, there was no signage to say the train was not running which at the very least seems to be would be 101 service as an operator.

Positive experience: Quokka Tours - Hop on Hop off bus tour of Rottnest Island - was extremely crowded and this made viewing anything between stops impossible. It also made getting on and off very difficult. This was the case for almost half the circuit.

Fantastic experience: I did two of the tours, the Pinnacles Desert for sunset and stargazing and the tour to Wave Rock and both of them were just amazing! Nice and comfortable busses (including WiFi and a toilet), good food for lunch/dinner and very nice tour guides who tell you a lot about the places and their history. If you are staying in Perth, it’s a great chance to visit these famous places on a one day trip! Special thanks to Frank who was our tour guide to Wave Rock today. He was such a friendly guy and made our day just perfect. He really loves his job and you can see it.

Fantastic experience: We took 3 Aust Pinnacle tours from Perth during our recent WA holiday: Perth & Fremantle 1/2-day with [? Sorry!] on (24/8/24), Margaret River with Anton (26/8), & Wave Rock with James (27/8). All 3 tours were excellent, with A1 coach captains in very modern, comfy coaches. We were impressed by efforts made to 'round up' some late-starter tourists on one of the mornings, and to deliver us right back to - or as close as possible to - our hotels at night, at the end of the 2 long day tours. Fantastic experience: An Unforgettable Journey: Exploring the Dampier Peninsula with Australian Pinnacle Tours Broome. We had a spectacular 11-hour adventure up the Dampier Peninsula with Australian Pinnacle Tours Broome. Our day began with the energetic and entertaining Mark, our crazy bus driver, and his lovely wife Patty, who made every moment enjoyable. Our first stop was the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community, where there was a beautiful church - make sure you go inside! Next, we journeyed to Cygnet Bay for a fascinating tour of the pearl farm. The highlight here was a magnificent Barramundi lunch that was simply unforgettable. The tour continued further up the peninsula to One Arm Point (Ardyaloon), where we visited the Trochus Shell Hatchery and Aquaculture Centre. The insights into marine life and local aquaculture practices were truly enlightening. We then had a quick look at Jologo Beach, where the tide presented a fascinating and unusual spectacle. Our final stop was at Lombardina, another Aboriginal settlement, where we experienced the community's unique charm and culture. Throughout the day, Mark and Patty ensured we were entertained, educated, and well taken care of. This tour was an absolutely awesome experience, offering a perfect blend of cultural immersion, natural beauty, and delightful surprises. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Wave Rock Tour (Full Day): We had a truly wonderful day! We were thoroughly impressed with everything about this tour. It was incredibly well organised, the bus was new, clean and comfortable and Frank was a fabulous guide and driver. Frank is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient, expertly managing a large group of 36, keeping us informed, on time and happy. Highly recommend Australian Pinnacle Tours and the Wave Rock Tour.

Fantastic experience: Compliments on the Pinnacle stargazing tour. The ride from Perth was smooth and safe. The coach is really clean and comfortable! Captain John provided a detailed and informative commentary during the drive to the Pinnacle. Captain Chris gave an engaging explanation of the stars and demonstrated his extensive knowledge. Once in a lifetime experience! Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Booked the Pinnacles Yanchep and Swan Valley tour for a group of 7. Was travelling with my mums aged 75 and 80. Luke was our tour guide. He was so thoughtful in providing reserved front seats for the mums and waited for them patiently when they were slow. Most tour guides are rather impatient but Luke was just amazing. He was well read and eloquent and kept us entertained throughout with history, current affairs and much more. We had a lovely time. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Went on a day trip to Penguin Island and Mandura dolphin cruise with Pinnacle Tours organised by Study Perth. We are lucky to have Chris to drive our coach. He is hospitable, friendly and professional! Thank you for making our trip enjoyable and informative. We are all International students and we love the stories Chris told us about WA!!

Positive experience: Our pickup was half an hour late due to driver having to do pickup for two different tours. Too rushed at Busselton pier, the most iconic stop on the tour. Gordon, the driver and tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic tour. The tour guide Brenda and bus driver were fantastic. We learnt so much about Broome and the surrounding area. Tour, bus was very clean and comfortable. Overall, would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Broome an learn more about the town of Broome.

Fantastic experience: I joined the tour, really like it, it is amazing. I have a chance to visit during sunset and nighttime. Lots of fly, do take note. Also, do not walk too far, and it will easily get lost.

Negative experience: Very poor service today… they are keeping taking hop-on off bookings but not arranged anything to manage additional tourist today….should have arranged additional buses… it is such a waste of time .. just been standing at a bus stop for more than 40 mins with 2 buses abandoning us at Rottnest island as they were full

Positive experience: Great tour to see the pinnacles, however for the price @$195, the meal options (fish n chips, chick burger) below average.. extra $20 for a half lobster for dinner. Bus drivers were friendly and knowledgeable and the tourists we went with were amazing. However for the price point, you'd at least think you'd get a drink with dinner.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have posted a Google Review because I don't like posting my full name; however, Australian Pinnacles 4 Day South West Getaway Tour was so outstanding that I must post this review where it will be seen. I have wanted to do this trip for a few years, but an accident and then 3 years of COVID prevented it until now (March, 2024). I was afraid that, after the long wait, my expectations were too high. Not at all. First of all, our guide "LE" (pronounced "Lee") was the absolute best. He worked for us from early morning until late evening, always available, never impatient, always seeming to enjoy his job and proud of the sites he was showing us. In contrast, we had just done a tour of Tasmania with another company. That guide was burned out, impatient, rude, and "ready to get off work" when he dropped us at our hotel each day. What a difference an enthusiastic and helpful guide/driver can make. But LE was not the only thing good about our trip. The bus was very comfortable with A/C and even an emergency toilet though there were plenty of rest stops along the way. We stopped at all the listed sites and more. Some of those stops, for example the Tree Top Walk, were even better than we imagined. The hotels were really nice, and the food (all included) was wonderful. We are picky eaters with lots of self-imposed restrictions (no red meat, no shellfish...); but LE always made sure there was an option perfect for everyone. Our tour companions talked about how impressed they were with the trip, the sites, and, especially with our guide LE. Many of us have been sending photos back and forth to each other and emailing about our adventures as we traveled home. Really, I cannot say enough good about this experience. The tour cost is very reasonable considering the level of comfort, the hotels, the site entry costs, and the food provided. The women I talked to in the office when asking question, booking, and when making the final payment were both friendly and helpful. If you call them, you might find out you even qualify for a discount or two. I did. One final tip: If you stay at the Holiday Inn Perth City Center on Hay Street in Perth, the pick-up point for tours is just across from the hotel; and the hotel is walking distance to the waterfront and near bus stops, the train, and restaurants.

Negative experience: We bought tickets for Rottnest hop on and hop off bus (run by pinnacle tours), however we found the buses too full and had to squish on or wait 20min for the next bus. They should provide more buses to service the amount of people who come to the island. Will definitely be hiring a bike instead time!

Fantastic experience: Went on a wonderful 13.5 hour day trip from Perth to the Margaret River area seeing the Busselton jetty, the Mammoth Caves, a delicious burger lunch plus a wine tasting at the Cheeky Monkey vineyard as well as the Leeuwin Lighthouse and meeting of oceans finished by a wander around the Margaret River town. Along the way we saw kangaroos, beautiful Caves Road as well as farms and farm animals. Our guide Gordon was brilliant. Not just a safe driver in our big luxury coach but he “made” the trip with his vast knowledge and way of conveying heaps of information in an interesting and fun way. Learnt so much about so much! Toilet breaks were also well planned and welcome. It’s a shame we couldn’t walk on the jetty but totally understand there’s no time to do so. Also a shame the wine tasting was with poor quality rough wines (luckily very small splashes!) which may or may not be explained by this season not being a good one due to the hot dry weather. (Luckily we bought a glass of Merlot from a previous year with lunch which was smooth and full bodied so I have not dropped Cheeky Monkey wines off my radar). These things didn’t spoil the day. Thoroughly recommend this company and this tour.

Fantastic experience: The climate is pleasant

Positive experience: 4 day Southwest escape . Thank you to our driver Peter, for a great four days . Accommodation and meals were excellent. Attractions were easy to access and a good variety. Peter’s knowledge was extensive and very informative. One suggestion, a free afternoon at Busselton and for us not as many wineries. Over all it was a great experience. Form the four sisters.

Negative experience: I went pinnacle with this company. The tour guide is impolite. She just let us to left the bus to visit every spot ALONE but never explained anything about the attraction. After lunch, we went to a room in Lobster shack, I was really confused what we were gonna do next as she never explained what happens next. I think it is better for her to give some general information instead of just stay in the car and say nothing. And the tour is too rush. Only pros: comfortable bus

Fantastic experience: We had a great time exploring and sandboarding at Lancelin. Robby is very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Skilled and gave us a good tour through the sand dunes. He took us to a remote part of the dunes to experience sandboarding. Booking is easy. Definitely recommended.

Negative experience: One of the old lady receptionist service is the worst and she is racist. I asked for price of wave rock tour, she didn't even want to service and asked me to read the A4 paper outside which I didn't noticed before. I booked the tour (because of the promotion, she didn't even want to introduce the tour) and paid, she asked for my personal details. I wrote my name and number, gave her my passport. Then she asked alphabets and number one by one, and I explained to her. She humiliated me thinking I don't know English by asking me to teach her ABC. Booking was made and I didn't check my details until I went back at night. She keyyed in my name as 'SHI' and my name is 'ZHE'. No matter how bad my handwriting is (my handwriting is not bad, I is very different from E, S is very different from Z, it was written in capital letters), I already gave her my passport and she should be able to read. She took my passport which is a very important document and did something (scan or photocopy, I am not sure) and returned to me. Then she denied ever taking my passport, a lying receptionist. If she cannot read alphabet and do not know how to type, she cannot be the receptionist. I cancelled the booking eventually because of her lying, no remorse, acting victim attitude. Her colleague helped me to do the refund and she is so much more friendly, efficient and does work correctly. This incident happened on 14 Nov 2022 if not mistaken. I posted this comment earlier but there was no response, no apology, until yesterday I edited the review because I still feel angry after this racist incident. A racist shouldn't be the receptionist, and I believe even after the incident she is still happily doing the same job until now because no one cared.

Positive experience: I did the Wave Rock tour on Wed 31 Jan 2024 and really enjoyed the trip. The coach was comfortable had excellent air conditioning (needed as it was a very hot day!) and there were plenty of pitstops. Our driver/tour guide (Bill) was excellent and provided us with a well-informed commentary along our route. A long journey and day but well worth it.

Positive experience: Great tour to the Pinnacles and stargazing and despite the bright moonlight we still saw lots of stars! Guide provided lots of information on the bus about the local area, history etc which was really interesting. Coach was comfortable and clean although it may have felt different if it was completely full, I was glad we were a small tour group. Only slight disappointment was the vegetarian food option of a halloumi salad which was ok but not super filling, luckily we had cake and biscuits later on when stargazing. Thanks again for a fascinating tour of the pinnacles!

Negative experience: This rating is for the hop on hop off bus on Rottnest island. They seem perfectly content to sell more tickets than they can service despite it being peak season. Waiting an hour in 30 degrees with no access to water or shade is not acceptable. Buses just kept going past saying - full or private charter. Completely avoidable heat stroke and an enormous waste of money as we now can’t see anything else for fear of not making it back to our ferry. Shame on you for ripping people off and not caring about our health or value delivery.

Fantastic experience: Awesome tour. Tour guides were extremely well spoken and knowledgeable. The stargazing was particularly exciting. The coach captain was so jovial and entertaining. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Rottnest Island: Buses cost $30/day and are overloaded. Easily over 70 passengers, over the lawful limit. People have to stand. Note: in Australia young people and children are not taught manners and don't give a seat to older or elderly people. These hop on hop off buses are not like overseas: open at the top, arriving every 10-15 minutes, electric etc. They are old and not electric at all on that small island! They were probably used as city public buses, are fully sealed, with poor airconditioning. No monitor displaying the location of the bus. The bus drivers communicate through handheld walk talkies while driving! not a radio. The bus drivers cannot speak any foreign language and are very hard to understand when shouting out the bus stop names. The buses are not on time. They basically sell more tickets than they are capable of transporting tourists in a timely, safe and comfortable way. Good example of: greed vs safety.

Fantastic experience: I went with Adams Pinnacle Tours to Monkey Mia and Kalbarri. A fantastic three days adventure. It would have been potentially daunting as the tyranny of distance between one destination and another could have made the experience rather boring. Not with the Adams tour though Our fully air conditioned bus was cool and very comfortable. Better still, I could charge my phone and have access to internet almost the whole trip long (only in Kalbarri we couldn't get wifi. So if the landscape outside the windows would appear a little too monotonous for my liking, I was able to check my emails and put pics on the facebook in order to make my friends jealous. We also have a wonderful, caring, entertaining, informed, and friendly guide, David, who patiently kept answering my questions and fed us lollies - thank you for.David for making the tour even more special. All in all - I would recommend Adams tours to anyone and I will definitely be back. There is still so much to explore in WA, and doing it with Adams tours is a pleasure. (and no, they don't pay me a commission. In fact it was the first time I used Adams tours).

Fantastic experience: We went on pinnacles tour with Evan as our guide and then wave rock with Nathan as guide. We found them both outstanding with the knowledge they had on areas we travelled to. Exceptional attention given to clients especially us as my husband has a walking frame and nothing was a problem . Highly recommend. We will be back and will only use pinnacle tours

Fantastic experience: Super Tour. Brand new and comfortable bus with USB ports, toilet, and leather seats. The guide is incredibly knowledgeable sharing insights about local history, geology, fungi, flora, fauna, physics, and astronomy. Super impressive the sheer amount of facts and breadth of knowledge.

Fantastic experience: The Pinnacles & star gazing tour would be one of my highlights. This amazing natural formation that looks like something out of a prehistoric movie set. Our driver & tour guide, Chris has given me a whole new appreciation of the amazing world above, so knowledgeable & informative. Just be prepared for the onslaught of flies, depending on the time of the year. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We booked a private group tour with a coach load of 34 guests for 8 days with Pinnacle tours via BKB holidays and as group leader can fully recommend them. Negative experience: Margaret River & Winery Tour As the name suggests you would expect this tour to include a winery. WRONG!? You don’t go to any wineries. Instead you stop in Busselton for 30 minutes. Your next stop is a Brewery for lunch. Then you off to the caves before heading to a lighthouse 500kms in the opposite direction. Your final stop is Coles for dinner?! It’s now about 9.30pm and finally arrive back at your hotel after the most boring day out EVER.

Fantastic experience: My grand girl and I went on the Star Gazing tour last week. The driver was Chris...What this man doesn't know is not worth knowing...He was utterly delightful...helpful and I cannot praise him highly enough...

Negative experience: Went to Rottnest today and decided to use the Hop on Hop off bus service. What an absolute waste of money and time. It was a disgusting experience. The buses were so overloaded you couldn’t move and so much time wasted between stops because they could not fit everyone on the bus. Why do you keep taking bookings for so many people. I will never make use of this service again. Despite negative reviews about the same issues, nothing has been done about it. People, please don’t waste your money on this service, it’s absolutely not worth it.

Negative experience: Rottnest “hop on hop off bus” Avoid!!! Bus driver forget air-con and packed the bus full 15 minutes before departure, turned away passengers because it was full and refused to leave before the half hour as this was his timetable. Avoid this, it’s expensive and not worth the poor experience of trying to get a spot back on the bus later should you dare get off.

Positive experience: I did the Perth city / Fremantle tour I arrived in Perth 3 days prior to this tour which was part of a package deal. I found it all a bit boring as I had by this time already taken the free buses around town and seem most all of the tour there was not enough time to look around 45 min at kings park and 45 min in Fremantle. Had I not seen Perth before this would have been great. The driver was super and made every effort to look after everyone.

Positive experience: A looong ride to Wave Rock and back. The scenery was constantly changing and quite interesting. It gave us an idea of outback farming life. The stop at York, an old and pretty little town, was very short, we had to rush through main street and grab a coffee. Wave Rock was spectacular! We were the only visitors and had lots of time to take great photos of the wave and from the top with spectacular views. Mulka Cave with ancient aboriginal hand prints was super! The way back stretched, with only 2 short stops at service stations. Unlike all other tours we experienced, this was a quite impersonal tour. The driver and guide didn't introduce themselves, made no funny comments or talked much to us. The driver did a good job and brought us home safely in the dark, although she seemed a bit unexperienced on that tour. The only purpose of the "guide" seemed to be to point out the wildflowers to us, which he did well. Apart from that he was rather shy and didn't speek much. The stops and times could have been announced better, sometimes we just followed the crowd. We felt a bit sorry for the driver, she had a very long day, more than 15 hours from pick up to drop off (which both were a little desaster for different reasons). All in all I would recomend this tour for everyone who is happy to sit in the bus for 10 hours. Wave Rock was worth it for us.

Positive experience: We just did the Broome Town Tour and Cable Beach sunset. Would highly recommend. Our driver/guide Brenda was knowledgeable and great fun and we got to really see and learn about Broome….and sitting on the beach enjoying a wine and nibbles while the sunset was a great way to finish the day

Negative experience: Could have been an amazing tour but fell way short. Tour bus and driver were fine but itinerary was dreadful. Very short stay at Busselton, mammoth caves ok if you can do all the stairs. Lunch was just awful,a nasty burger at a very unfriendly brewery, wine tasting if you wanted to line up for a few drops of wine.Cape Leeuwin was good but again only very short stay. Margaret River has beautiful gourmet food but our stop there was again very short pointed in the direction of Coles and told to get supplies. It ended up about 16 hours with a stop in the middle of nowhere for a driver break. I would not recommend this trip with its current ittinary

Negative experience: All but a total debacle. Our bus was modern and clean however the shock absorbers werent much chop, every bump was jarring on the body. The microphone used by the guides cut in and our like a CD skipping in the 90s. Alot of information missed. In addition to these, there were issues relating to the timings and not delivering all the services listed on the advertisement. Star gazing element was in the pinacles car park with a free downloadable app, no optics like telescopes etc. In future I will be looking at itineraries and taking myself. Recommend doing the same for the star gazing tour.

Positive experience: I did quite a few tours with these guys , Wave Rock, Margaret river, New Norcia, Stargazing the Pinnacles , swan river cruise and Rottnest island …enjoyed every tour but found they pack a lot of visits into their tours which only allowed very short visits at the tourist stops ( was well aware of this when booking and didn’t realise I would like to spend more time than allocated) the lunches included went very exciting and not able to order anything other than from the two options given. Some guides were better than others but overall a very enjoyable way to sightsee when travelling alone. The coaches were clean and comfortable with clean toilet and phone charging ports. Company did not return my calls when making an enquiry after paying for tours which was disappointing..

Fantastic experience: Thank you Pinnacle Tours for a great day out to Wave Rock. Glen was an amazing guide and the commentary was a very informative and interesting insight into the environment and culture. The long drive was far from tedious as we passed beautiful golden fields of golden canola and wheat with stops including York, the Dog Cemetery and the portion of the Rabbit Proof Fence. Wave Rock certainly has the WOW factor and the climb to the top was doable even for me who is a mature aged person. The story and indigenous history of Hippo’s Yawn and Mulka’s Cave as told to us by Glen just capped the tour off. Once again, thanks again Glen for a a great day out and for getting us there and back to our hotels safely.

Fantastic experience: Great tour company thats easy to deal with. I took their pinnacle day tour. It was a long day however the guide on the bus was knowledgeable and very interesting and informative. The staff in the office were very helpful and even let me book last minute when I dropped in there very close to closing time.

Fantastic experience: I normally don't write reviews but this tour operator has exceeded my expectations and is one of the best ones I travelled with. Positives - Professional, very friendly and informative driver/guides - Clean vehicles - Ample stopover time at destinations to get off the bus and explore Negatives I won't nitpick and mention some of the minor issues that occured during the tours however I found the stopover at Mammoth Cave too short. Tour group was inside the cave for only ,10-15 minutes. Stopover should be extended to 1 hour or more to see more parts of the cave. I would like to extend my thanks to Paul and the driver of Coach CO88 (forgot his name) on 5/09/23 for providing us with a great time

Fantastic experience: We went today on a 6 hour tour which consisted of a bus tour of the city and Kings Park followed by a trip to Fremantle with a number of stops. Then returned by a cruise to Perth. Superb tour, everything great! The bus tour with Pete the driver was a great introduction to Perth and Fremantle with very interesting stops and very interesting and informative commentary. Then we loved the cruise which was also spot on, with a good commentary and great views. We (2 couples) are very satisfied with this tour and every aspect of Australian Pinnacles organisation.

Fantastic experience: As part of a trip to Perth 15th to 19th May we did 3 fantastic tours with Pinnacle 1/2 ( more like 3/4 day) Perth Fremantle, Pinnacles & Rottnest Island The coaches were clean and well maintained. The drivers were courteous friendly and knowledgeable .We can highly recommend the company and their tours .

Fantastic experience: We shared a lovely 1.5 hrs with Damien, our congenial host, & discovered hidden gems and back alleys which we wouldn't have found alone. Damien was interesting and informative and the tour was well worth doing to orient yourself in the CBD.

Fantastic experience: This was a great trip. Chris, our driver, was passionate about our safety, what we were seeing during the drive and what we were going to see at each stop. Chris was able to talk about Perth as a town and give us a history of the way Perth came to be a white settlement. He gave us information that we would not have gotten if we didn't look it up ourselves, because we weren't taught it in school. When we got to the Pinnacles he provided us with information about how they may have been created but was honest in saying there is no definative answer as yet. When we went back for the star gazing it was a bit cloudly. However, Chris was able to point things out and then tell us what should be beside it (if the clouds weren't there). He was very passionate about astronomy and he shared that with us all. He answered all our questions in detail and encouraged us to do some of our own learning and research. Chris was well supported by Carmel, who was able to give her views on different things Chris was talking about. She also ensured we were able to get into the national parks when the admin team forgot to give the Chris the tickets. This was a fantastic trip and I would recommend it to anyone.

I did the 1 Full Day Pinnacles 4WD Adventure with Koalas and Sand Boarding and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic experience: Did Wave Rock tour and had a great day. Our driver James was 'the best'! Very knowledgeable, witty, excellent driver giving regular comfort stops at places of interest, and it was probably due to him we had a fabulous day! Long time on coach due to distance involved but his witty, interesting commentary made the the journey pass really quickly. Thank you James and Pinnacle Tours for a memorable day! Fantastic experience: A great operator tours! I went there to book my seaplane flight from Swan Rivers and everything went well. The welcome and kindness of employees are an example. Everything was completed easily with lots of details and explanations. I also received documentation for some other places to visit. A special thanks to the lady that took care of my reservation.

Fantastic experience: We did 2 tours; Pinnacles & Stargazing Tour and The Wave Rock tour this week over 2 days. Both very long days but worth the trips to see something so unique and amazing. Both places look like out of this world. We were picked up on time from the appointed place and dropped off at the front of our hotel. We had Denise, the driver and Zack who commented for the Pinnacle tour. Both are so good, took care of us and Zack’s commentary helped us understand the region very well. But I must say, Luke, the driver and commentator of our Wave Rock tour deserves 5 stars for his commentary and knowledge of WA and all the way from Perth to Wave Rock, he explained the history, the geology and climate of the regions. We learnt so much on this trip. Though it was 4 hours one way to the rock, we didn’t feel the length of the journey just because we were so engrossed with Luke’s commentary. We highly recommend these 2 tours and you will thoroughly enjoy the tours, particularly if you get Luke as your ‘tour director’ One caution is not to take these 2 tours one after another due to the long day (10 to 12 hours per tour) We were glad we had a shorter Rottnest Is trip between the 2 long tours. Thank you Pinnacles Tour for making our first time visit to WA memorable

Fantastic experience: I had a great and comfortable group tour. :-) Sue, our tour guide, leads us on excursions to the pinnacles in Nambung National Park and sand boarding at Lancelin. She gives background information on the wildlife and indigenous cultures of the area. She is generally available at all times during this trip to respond to questions, share knowledge, and deal with problems.

Fantastic experience: We went on the tour to the pinnacles on the10th October. Our driver and guide were fabulous very informative and the history knowledge WA Pinnacles was amazing Zac tooks up to a perfect spot for photo shot of the sunset.Both driver and guide were very informative kind and respectful to all of us.The meals were great and star gazing, we had a full moon and clouds but our driver was fantastic with knowledge of the stars

Fantastic experience: We (3) did the one day Margaret River tour by coach - plus vineyard and brewery. Through Busselton. Bunbury, Mammoth Cave etc. A wonder - if long - day. June 2022. Our driver was excellent - Keith. He drove very well and was always there to help. He also gave a great "history" of the places we drove through and past - but not too much - as some can do - which was appreciated by our relatively small group. The Coach was first class and comfortable. Booking was easy and efficient. We'd recommend going via the Company for the booking. Plenty of stops for toilet breaks and food/coffee etc. Very enjoyable wine tasting; although we've finished the liquor we brought home. A lovely stop in the town of Margaret River. Cape Leeuwin Light House tour was a big hit. Pinnacle Tours do quite a few tours I believe so are a useful tip if you intend travelling to WA. We were picked up and dropped off without any fuss. An awesome day.

Fantastic experience: We do not know English, but thanks to Lorraine and her patience, we were able to have a wonderful tour of Yanchep National Park to see koalas and kangaroos, followed by a sunset over the Pinnacles desert. After a delicious dinner in Cervantes, the promised starry night was indeed present. I recommend this tour operator.
