Fabiola was responsive, prompt and shared the urgency, whilst also being 100% accurate in everything that was followed up with via email. Based on the experience my sister and I received last year from the other Flight Centre store I was an absolute detractor and had anxious feelings about making another booking however I feel that Fabiola had more than turned my perception of your brand around. The reason being that my experience with the other store was a complete unprofessional, mistake ridden farce - the complete opposite experience that I had with Fabiola. Fantastic experience: Nish Dalal saved us! We had a family surgery emergency in Japan. Needed to extend our stay in Osaka. Only had data card from airport. Contacted Nish, he arranged for extended stay with 5 minutes notice.... He arranged the later flight that was a very reasonable price!! And my credit card wouldn't work!!!!!noooooo!! Negative experience: We went to store and first impressions was very bad and rude girl. I don’t know what she think of herself. Didn’t book tickets because of her attitude problem. Never advised my family and friends to visit here. I don’t think she deserved this job. Need to be Karen restaurant that’s where she fit.

Planes, trains, seats, insurance. I used Natasha in Murray st who was brilliant. When we needed to change something while in Europe it was just one email and it was sorted.

Negative experience: We have flights in credit. We are not able to redeem them in the required time frame. I tried callin several times in 6 weeks and no answer. As we are Travelling Australia, we walked into the Esperance flight center, only to be told we can't help you, you need to call the flight centre in Murray St and speak to Justin. She gave us a number to call only to find out it is the main line which never answers. We ring 9 on the dot even tried 8.30. Nothing. If there was no stars you would get it. When I booked pre covid I had 2 amazing ladies that we dealt with that are no longer with flight center. They were from the South Perth Store. They were a credit to your company, but since then no response no help. I will not recomend you at all to anyone ever. I don't want to hear your excuses they are the same all the time. Since covid we have a high demand. Since borders open we are very busy. Call back. Well that clearly dont work. WELL MY COMMENT TO YOU IS GET MORE PEOPLE AND GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU WANT BUSINESS. I never give bad review on anyone or anything. But enough is enough.

Negative experience: Don't bother. I was dismissed because of no appointment booking was made. As good as centrelink for efforts but you can talk to someone at centrelink. I suggest another travel agent as l did.

Negative experience: We walked in and try to ask some info about our trip, and suggestion/recommendations but they told us is they do not have time to search for a good deal at the moment, the girl wanted us to know the hotel where we want to stay. She also say to go online because is cheaper. Everybody know how to book an hotel or flight, but if a customer go to a travel agency is because need help and as many info as possible about the city to go to, or about a good accommodation, things to do, absolutely zero customer service. When we got there, there were three people doing nothing and talking, only now I understood why the agency was empty. Never again

He was helpful, attentive and professional. He made a very large and detailed trip so easy. He took so much pressure off us and could not have been more helpful with suggestions, arranging tours, great hotels and transfers which is exactly what we needed. The trip included travel to Norway and Turkey in November with a complicated itinerary which couldn't be easily be achieved with online sites. Fantastic experience: During my recent booking, clearly there was some in-house training happening, however they stopped and I was immediately approached by a consultant named Tayla. Although it was late, she was patient, attentive, walked me through multiple options (I'm perhaps not an easy customer) and I received electronic confirmation of my booking after the store closed. Obviously someone stayed late. This was followed up by a personal email the next day offering seat selection. Tayla's service standards were exceptional and well supported by a store manager who was knowledgeable and professional in the guidance of his team. In-store I had no less than three staff interact with me, all were pleasant and courteous making it an enjoyable experience.
