Positive experience: If you don’t have an appointment they don’t will talk to you in person

Negative experience: I was forced to use this agency twice, each time left me financially and emotionally exhausted, and contemplating jumping off something tall. They claim to charge $150 for their service however, they tack on at least an extra $500 to the cost of flights. 60 people that I've spoken to have said the same thing. I've not found a single person who actually likes dealing with these utterly incompetent twits. They take weeks to respond to emails, all while prices of flights increase. They once sent me someone else's flight and passport details. I certainly hope you don't care about privacy or information security, as reho clearly doesn't. They only offer you the most expensive flight options and argue when you suggest cheaper options. Each and every employee here deserves to be unemployed. Disgusting. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Edit 20/03/2024: I was contacted by my former university today after Reho demanded I take this review down. That should tell you all you need to know about what sort of ""people"" you're dealing with here. And to the reply from Reho, I did speak to a representative via email regarding the breach of privacy and costs. Nothing satisfactory came from it, nor do I believe any would with further communication.

Negative experience: The booking experience was unpleasant.

Negative experience: We booked overseas air tickets for whole family through Victoria from this travel agent last month. We also wanted to book resorts through her but she couldn't get what wanted. I had to book hotels myself. Anyway, we emailed her whole family's passports but my surname showed on the tickets for three trips were all incorrect. I emailed her to fix it but she said she didn't see the email. I rang the office and her colleague tried to help. I rang the office so many times and waiting in airport for two hours, check in was almost closed but names on the tickets were still not fixed! I was told by her that my family could go first and I go with another flight, or, I could take risk to leave Australia with the wrong name on boarding pass but Singapore customs may send me back if found my tickets name is different with passport. WTF?! Too much stress before started the trip. My daughter started to cry. I decided to go with family just before check in closed. Lucky the ticket was fixed before I landed Singapore. Then I sent her another a few emails to ask for the following tickets. I was told by Qantas in the airport that if book air tickets with airline directly, they can fix the name straightway, just need to pay $1xx but if booked tickets through agent, this agent booked tickets through another agent that's why it takes time to fix it. Be aware book trip with travel agent is not always save time and make things easier. If they make any mistakes, it caused lots of stress and trouble on communication with them.
