Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Most recently had a friend stranded in the USA. They were able to sort it out promptly and minimal fuss.

Negative experience: A certain young lady couldn't be bothered helping with their own specials advertised. Her exact words "it's an expensive option but I dont know much that deal" Unbelievable! And she couldn't even offer me an alternative. I have since booked all my own flights, hotels, Mediterranean Cruise and tours for 30 days in Europe. Very disappointed and disheartened!

Negative experience: Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. The girl who spoke to me had so much gum in her mouth that was all I could focus on. Wasn't interested in taking my details, was arrogant to the point of bring rude and totally unconcerned that I had been trying all day just to get through on the phone. Never again!

Positive experience: I went in around mid Feb for a business card and then booked an appointment early March to further discuss my travel plans. The appointment and service seemed fine but since our appointment our emails and other messages have been left unanswered. I completely understand that the store may be busy but I feel an acknowledgement that the emails were received or a reason for the delay should be sent to at least let the customers know what's going on. Unfortunately, I've had to book my travels with someone else.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever seen. I called and requested for a quote for a cruise and was advised that I would get a quote by end of that day or the next day. A week later, nothing had come through. I went over to the Shop and the lady was rude to me telling me that I needed an appointment despite my advising her that I had already spoken to her a week before. She then advised that I should just wait for the email which I still have not received three weeks later. Will not be using this shop again in future.

Negative experience: It’s a shame that you can’t give a negative review. Wanted to collect a few brochures but both consultants were busy so sat down and waited. Not even acknowledged that I was there. After 20 mins 2 other people sat down to wait a 1 of the consultants started speaking to them. 40 mins later when she’d finished with the customer she asked the people behind me to take a seat and started serving them. Wasn’t asked what I wanted or could you please just wait a moment. Disgraceful customer service, rude and arrogant. Particular consultant definitely needs to go on a training course cause she has no people skills or manners. Will not be returning or recommending this branch to anyone.

Negative experience: The worse customer service. Went to Livingston flight centre as it is closest for us. Lady who spoke to us upon entrance said “Hi, do you have an appointment” though we just seen the sign at the front, we said no. Not knowing this because we don’t walk past or take notice of the sign out the front stating you now need to book at an appointment. The reason we had to go in, was because we had a voucher. I asked if she could just get us in now as myself and my partner both raced from work to get there in time before closing. She bluntly replied “No sorry”. I asked “Why doesn’t it state you need to book an appointment on your website?”. She responded “Not sure, I am not in finance” with a rude tone. I asked why we have to book in person to use vouchers, she just said “It is what it is” basically. Extremely rude service. Did not offer appropriate solutions, just said “you can goto another one” in such a rude tone and rolled her eyes… when this was the most convenient one for us to attend. It’s also 2023 - why cannot we claim things online? For a business that claims they are so COVID precautions, why can’t we book something online? Or Atleast notify us on the website you have to book an appointment. The lady who spoke to was working at 5pm on 6th of February. She had a table stand stating “boss lady”, well her service wasn’t very boss lady of her.

Negative experience: The absolute worst service, the travel agent never responded to my queries (simple ones about luggage etc) and after that after calling and sending several emails asking to call me so I can change a flight she only ever emailed me saying sorry she can't get hold of Qantas. I thought the whole process of going through a travel agent was the knowledge and access to assistance. She didn't help in any way and just kept saying I don't know if we can do that and that I can't get hold of anyone for two weeks. Also when the flights were booked she quoted a flight $300 more and when I showed the special they had on the website she tried to say no cannot book that with her I need to book on the website. Overall the service was not helpful in anyway, I would have had better luck booking direct myself and dealing with the airlines myself. The reason I booked with flight Centre was that I was young and it was my first time booking a long haul flight so I wanted to be safe and deal with someone here....that wasn't the case!

Negative experience: stay away from them. they are either flat out or their system does not work. I paid $50 extra per ticket and bought captain's package and it said you will get priority assistance. I had to call them 5 times and stay on the line for more than 2 hours collectively and had to send 3 emails to get a response. they did not explain the conditions of the captains package clearly and now I got to know that I could only use it for one change of date. I would give zero star if I could.

Negative experience: WORST SERVICE EVER!. Never come to this place. Take your money and run away from this place. I emailed them to rebook our flight to Phippines last June 15 but up until now, nothing happened. Our original flight is on December 2022 but we want to rebook to January 2023 instead. I emailed Carolyn Alexander last june 15 asking her to rebook our flight. But she only responded last June 27, when I called their office for followup. She then said she'll email me the new flight details for me to check and pay, but no email seen that day. I have to call her again the next day to remind her about our converstaion. I'm not actually satisfied with the new flight details she sent me so I emailed her back asking for breakfown of the fare, if the child's fare has discount, taxes and others. And the baggage allowance, as apparently we can choose our baggage allowance but that was never discussed when we first bought our ticket. But she "ghosted" me. Never heard from her until now. It's been 3weeks now since I asked her to rebook out ticket, but NOTHING happened! We paid that ticket for 4 thousand dollars, that's our hard earned money, and it's just somewhere sitting in their office! I've been feeling depressed and stressed with what's going on, and tried to give them some more time to respond to me. But 3weeks of waiting is too much! Carolyn Alexander, where is our ticket?!!!

Negative experience: Inconsiderate and disorganized. Kept me waiting for 1 hour and then served another person who had arrived 10 minutes prior. The person they put in front of me had not booked an appointment - I know this because she was asked. Didn't even ask for my needs or give any reason for making me wait further. I had entered the place and sat there quietly for 1 hour. Very disappointing. I recommend you try somewhere else first.

Negative experience: Went into today to book a flight and there is a sign on door saying to wear a mask if you are coughing but all of their staff are ill and coughing less than 5 minutes apart but none of them are wearing mask! Wouldn't recommend going here!!!

Negative experience: frustrating! Found out today that they have been 'caretaker' for my holiday and have not received anything from them or the original agent indicating such. We made our booI have been on the phone for over 45 minutes the first time, and currently trying again. On hold.........waiting....

Negative experience: Booked through Rachel (Manager) to stay at Crown Towers for 1 night was emailed the room rate of $432 I asked to have the breakfast package included which bought the charge up to $603 arrived at hotel was told by management that the breakfast package was only $30 per head so I have rung Rachel who said basically it not her problem and there is nothing she can do so I'm out of pocket around $80 ish dollars and can't get my money back great service NOT
