We provided a budget, timeframe and destination and Kristy-Lee who assisted us, did a great job putting the holiday package together using her knowledge of the destination as well. When the team members at Flight Centre are working with clients, they do try to give their full attention by listening what the client wants. This team at Carousel is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Kristy-lee francis has been a fantastic travel agent for us, she booked our entire 5 week holiday holiday to Italy and Turkey in June, getting our flights accommodation, tours and even logistics such as organizing a driver to get to and from the airport making our holiday smooth sailing. We also had issues with a car rental, and she has been extremely helpful even after our holiday to sort it out. We would definitely recommend her!
