Negative experience: After losing a fair bit of money due to Covid, and taking the advice of one of their consultant's Chris "Don't worry about Covid, its nothing, I am even booking trips for my father" we did at least have $400 credit voucher, which we used to book a hotel in Barcelona. We paid an extra $1050 in cash 21/10/22. Get an email back 8 days later saying that the room e paid for is not available....so we book another hotel $99 cheaper....today 12/11/22 I enquire about our refund.....told it takes 2-4 weeks, so I ask for the persons contact details, I get a response saying "Its fine its just the way it works some times I have chased them and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and is trying to get to me quicker. If she can , I will have the money on Monday or Tuesday. And can refund you" Firstly its not fine !!!! how condescending and secondly refunds can be done straight away it takes effort and a care factor though.....my advice stay away from this mob and Chris definitely.Any advisor or consultant has a duty of care when giving advice, whilst none of us knew how Covid would spread, his comment was flippant and negligent at best. Wish I had never lived opposite this guy....commission his motivating factor in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Went in to discuss European River Cruises. The staff were great and Silvanas service level and knowledge was excellent. I look forward to returning to book a trip once Covid in Europe is under control. Recommend you try this store.

Fantastic experience: For an extremely busy travel agency all the staff are welcoming and friendly and take the name to listen to your needs. The consultant, Catarina was very knowledgeable and had a lot of good advice. Importantly, she took the time to research best prices to save my family money. I wouldn't have had the time to do do this on my own. You can be confident when booking here, you are getting the best deal and advice!
