Negative experience: Went in to get a quote today, but the lady i spoke to didnt even try to give me a quote she said to just go online to see the prices as the country i was after you had to pay on the day… highly disappointed I went to Hurstville flight center, they gave me a quote without saying “its best to look online” or “you will have to book today”. i was super happy with their service so i booked it with them… Loss of sale for that travel agent and disappointed that she didnt even try

Negative experience: Poor service. Happy took around 10k worth of sales and am still waiting for ferry tickets months later, whilst I am on holidays and require the tickets in 1 week. Not good enough.

Fantastic experience: We recently had a fabulous experience working with Peter who designed our Vietnam itinerary for us. Every little detail was considered and his knowledge and experience made our trip planning seamless. Peter also went above and beyond to help us with a complex refund issue and this was extremely helpful! Fantastic experience: I'm glad I met Karen, I've used her twice now for all my bookings, she is exceptional (answers emails after hours, promptly chases things up urgently & takes all the stress away when booking a holiday) I will be using her for all my holidays in future.

Negative experience: They have a new YouTube ad or something that literally spams me. I see it 2-3 times a day which is super unnecessary. It is specifically about flight centre miranda which is annoying. It’s the last place I’d go now if I needed flight help

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the lack of service I have received from this centre since booking a flight from Sydney to NZ with Latam. Latam cancelled the flight last year and I am still awaiting a refund which flight centre were meant to be arranging for me. I have emailed for updates and initially was getting responses for a short period. I have since emailed numerous times and flight centre have not responded. Still waiting now nearly 1 year no updates from flight centre. Will not be recommending them to anyone - very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: So I was asked to provide a generalised review of Flight Centre as a whole (guessing head office spam). I've opted to leave a more personalised review. The main reason being, not every travel agent is equal. What I can say is this, Laura Halton does an amazing Job. I found Laura to be friendly, fast paced and accurate. Let's face is, most of us are visiting on a lunch break or between our many obligations and Laura just gets it. While I can't speak for flight centre as a whole, I gladly recommend Laura and have ZERO qualms in seeking Laura's assistance for all travel related bookings in the future.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Jordan was great with all the bookings but when our flight was cancelled Peter saved the day. Logged on early to make sure I had a flight booked. Both these guys were amazing and best customer service.

Negative experience: Flight Centres Standards have dropped They used to have warm , friendly and helpful staff when I have used them in the past. Now they seem unhelpful inexperienced , and uninterested . The guy with the glasses that Manages the Miranda Store isn't very nice at all. No doubt his careless attitude towards customers would flow on down to his staff. I don't know if each store is a Franchise or not But the person in charge of Managing Sydneys Sutherland Shire Area / region of stores needs to lift their game.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Bella Summers highly enough for everything she did in assisting my husband and I to organise a trip to Europe. Nothing was too much trouble, and she continually updated us throughout the whole process. She is not only professional but very personable. Unfortunately due to a health problem with my husband we are unable to proceed, and she has continued to assist us with the cancellation process. Will certainly be back to see Bella as and when we are able to do so.

Fantastic experience: My family and I just got back from a month trip to the USA. It was our first time travelling as a young family with 2 kids. Naturally we were nervous with some of the extra requirement needed but Karen was instrumental in ensuring this was smooth sailing. From needs a cot to baby seats in the rental car or making sure we had adequate seating in the plane for the kids. Despite one hiccup with the airline in return Karen was diligent and attentive to help correct their error. Thank you and we will be back soon!

Negative experience: Not sure what the poor service & lack of education/manners was about but we went in to quote for a family Disney trip for 5 people and Karen approached us very brutally and advised she would send a brochure through email and was unable to inform us with prices whilst she kept talking over our questions. Will not be going to this shop for a quote again.

Negative experience: Extremely poor service! Do not come here!! Our consultant by the name of Caz was very rude and unprofessional, she wanted a deposit before giving us a quote! How does that work?!! How can we pay for a service prior to being informed of the full price of that service?? Her argument was that she had completed a quote on prior occasions to people who didn’t end up proceeding but isn’t that a risk with every type of business? Would not recommend at all!!

Negative experience: Where do we start? I would not have wished our booking experience on my worst enemy. We had to go into the store to get our itinerary the day of an international departure, after a week of asking our agent for it with no responses. We were given the wrong information with collecting bags- if we'd have listened to our travel agent, we would have been in Calgary while the bags were in still in Vancouver. After 2 hours in a hotel room chasing it up on the phone myself, i found out that our agent didn't tell us that a day-long tour got cancelled 3 weeks prior, and that she still hadn't processed the refund. The tour was booked 6 weeks prior to this. 2 attractions we went to weren't properly booked and no ticket numbers were issued. Our agent didn't confirm a night tour of Alcatraz, so we missed the spot yet we still paid for it. She didn't respond to our email for 2 days so we had to ring up flight centre in Sydney to figure this out. Thankfully we could get moved to a day tour and one tour had 2 spots available on an otherwise fully booked weekend. Out emails weren't responded to in regards to chasing up refunds and have had to yet again go into store to chase this up. And we are still waiting on a refund on a tour and surprise surprise, we haven't had an update on this for 6 months and even more ghosted emails. There has been no apology whatsoever for any of these incompetencies. If we weren't a relatively tech-savvy millennial couple, our holiday would have been an utter disaster. Don't spend your hard earned money at this agency, just to risk having your holiday experience be sub-par due to staff that just don't care. Re-train your staff, or hire new people that actually want to do their jobs.

Negative experience: Booked a crusie last year for next year was cancelled by cruise company they said would refund deposit. 5 seconds to take my deposit 5 months to get back terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: I had booked a trip to lizard island with jetstar flights. Everything was booked by me and I arranged accommodated directly with the island and booked my flights online myself through flight centre. Unfortunately testing positive for Covid 2 days prior to travelling I was extremely stressed having to cancel. The wait times to get onto jet star were never ending so I decided to call flight centre Miranda. I was lucky enough to speak to Peter Castle who went above and beyond to cancel my flights snd issue me with a very generous credit time frame to use. He was so lovely to deal with and as I had booked my flights directly through the website he was under absolutely no obligation to help me at all. For what I was expecting to be a half a day process with 10/10 stress levels Peter made it a 5 minute no fuss event. I will be booking direct with flight centre Miranda for my next trip. Peter you are amazing. Thank you!!

Negative experience: The team at this flight centre completely ghosted us. We were planning a large 30 day trip overseas but after weeks of no communication and us sending emails without replies we have decided to go somewhere else. Wouldn't reccomend.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS BRANCH (and ESPECIALLY DURING COVID)!!! I booking with one agent, and leading up to my flight I urgently needed assistance and could not get a reply from them. Turns out my agent had gone on leave but I had to call them to figure that out since she didn’t have an out of office email. A little annoying but it was fine because she was very lovely when booking the flights in store. We then got our issue sorted out by someone else. While away we contracted COVID and were unable to board our returning flights to Sydney, and in the process of rebooking flights I was passed on to another agent, then another agent (4 people in total). They kept trying to get me to just call the store (despite being on the other side of the planet with a 15 hour time difference). I wasn’t able to get my flights sorted till 4 days before we wanted to fly back to Sydney. Even just trying to PAY for the flight change was made difficult by the person sorting it out. She kept changing which email address she was sending the payment link to which kept kicking me out when I tried to pay. I was also doing this at 1 AM my time and had told her that it was late and I needed to wait till the morning to pay and she made me finish the process because it was more convenient for her. After I paid, I had to continue to ask for my receipt and itinerary/tickets to be sent to me, which they sent with no reply message. Leading up to my flight I needed more assistance and emailed all 4 agents and received no replies from anyone. I understand that with COVID restrictions always changing they are probably extremely busy, but tossing customers around to different agents like they’re playing volleyball and leaving customers to fend for themselves despite being unable to make changes to their bookings by themselves is just not on. Because of this experience I will NEVER use any travel agency again, let alone flight centre. It would have been so much easier, less time consuming and less stress inducing to just do everything myself.

Fantastic experience: Zoe and the team are clearly very well trained and my experience on Thursday December 9 was a very pleasant one. I do all my flight bookings online at home and because of circumstances had $10000 worth of tickets to cancel and change my booking. I was unable to contact the airline and was very frustrated. Zoe booked me a flight on another Airline and advised me how to deal with my refund. On Thursday evening I got a full refund and whilst it will take 4-8 weeks to get my money back I do not have the stress anymore of not being able to talk to anyone in the Airline. I will now use Flight Centre to do all my bookings and enjoy the stress free experience. Thank you Zoe you did an amazing job. I highly recommend Flight Centre at Miranda near Woolies for all your flight bookings and holiday accommodation.

Fantastic experience: Georgina Farrar was my consultant last year and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I needed urgent assistance with my flights due to the sudden demise of my father. Georgina made the whole process seamless! I really felt she put in all the efforts to help with my travel arrangement. She's a beautiful human being with excellent qualities. Fantastic experience: Grace Sakr is the best!!! She was so patient in helping me put my holiday together! I have a habit of leaving things to the last minute and I was in no way prepared when I first saw Grace to book my holiday but she sat with me and we made everything fit to make sure we could see everything we wanted to on our trip to Canada. She suggested I take the Flight protection which I would normally not do because I would be hugely skeptical of it but I took it anyway because Grace was nice lol and we ended up saving $1,000 when the price dropped! She even took a phone call from me when I was in Canada and had lost my travel documents lol I would highly recommend Grace to any future travellers!

Fantastic experience: Georgie Farrar was my travel consultant and I must say she went above and beyond my expectations. Even before leaving Australia, I kept making changes to my initial plans. I felt like the client from hell as I had so many changes I needed regarding my initial bookings including changing dates, tours, flights and plane seating. Georgie was always there as the travel consultant I could depend on. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she always made me feel comfortable when seeking her help while overseas. Fantastic experience: My wife and I are frequent cruisers and over the last year we have met up with Georgie at Flight Centre Miranda.She is a lovely person who understands travel and has a lot of experience in that field.She is never too busy to attend to our requests and always willing to help out with doing travel research for us. Fantastic experience: I have booked many trips through Gabby at Flight Centre Westfield Miranda. Gabby is truly very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to all types of travel. Firstly Gabby has organised two European trips for me one with my 84 year old mum and one with my husband. Both were perfect the first all tours and accommodation were tailored so well for Mums comfort. Our trip last year to Europe was incredible from a 16 day tour throughout Europe, then a Mediterranean cruise on the perfect ship with a stop on the way home in Singapore to relax.
