Negative experience: I had bad experience with this agency They hold ticket and when I go back to paid there is $150 extra

We’ve travelled to the USA, Canada, Hayman Island Bali and Phuket in the past 18 months, all booked through HelloWorld Rowville. Fantastic experience: We use to use Harvey world in Belgrave and thought they were pretty good that shop closed down so we started using hello world in Rowville and could not be happier we have been getting looked after by Rebecca and the professional service has been second to none can not fault the service above and beyond thank you Rebecca

Fantastic experience: Don't take any notice of the one star reviews - they are not genuine. Kath and her team are outstanding people in their field with many industry awards. My wife and I have used them often for a number of trips overseas. They have organised the best deals available and keep us updated on any changes that may develop. Their in depth knowledge of many overseas destinations will help you organise a truly rewarding trip.

Fantastic experience: We had been thinking of europe for ages, went to see the team and they were exceptionally helpful with where to go what to see how long to allow for each town..could not have asked for better service...we will use then again and again.

Positive experience: Very friendly but unfortunately gave me old 10 pound Uk notes which set me back significantly as I was relying on the right currency and couldn’t use them.

Negative experience: The flight price at this shop higher than flight centre plus most staff was very rude to me because I don't speak English very good.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service and advise. Mandy has helped with three trips now. She gives outstanding insight into each destination and is a walking/talking travel guide. Our recent travel plan to Europe was a breeze to implement, and was actually enhanced. She gave us advise on places we might have missed. Thanks again and thanks for making our holidays a dream!!

Negative experience: The female worker Karen was extremely condescing and rude, she was not eager to help me and was very passive aggressive when I had mentioned other prices I found. Go elsewhere, also $90 booking fees? What an absolute joke, save that $90 for your holiday and book elsewhere.

Negative experience: Horrendous. We used to use them for corporate and leisure travel, yet their ability to get it right was often a challenge for them. Examples of some of their disasters, forgetting to advise change of flight times back from overseas, meaning stranded. Booking hotel in wrong location, eg travelling to and from Sydney and booked us into a Brisbane hotel, forgetting to book rental vehicle, the list goes on. Once or twice is acceptable, it's the norm. Complaining to management gets sharp rebuffs and guaranteed further problems. Slowly but surely our team simply moved away from using Hello World Rowville, as there were way too many issues. Hello World Rowville has shown its best to book online, and as a company we save money, as we get rebates from the major airlines, Hertz 1, Avis Preferred or Europecar privileges as well as chain hotel discounts for frequent users. We use well over 2,000 rooms a night within Australia, and 200 internationally. If they get it right it's good, yet they don't, nor do they care. Family covers up family.

Fantastic experience: Karen booked for me a series of planes over 4 weeks, both to and from Europe and internally, something I could not have managed as quickly and cheaply. Her advice about baggage, online confirmations and insurance made my trip much easier to organise. Finally, I know there is a person and company i can ring if I strike a problem (but I doubt I will).
