Fantastic experience: Just because you can book your trip yourself doesn’t mean you should. I didn’t have time to trawl TripAdvisor. Leonie shortcut the process making suggestions of the best activities & accommodation & a better route to take around Northern Europe. Their smart trips app was so handy for currency conversion, offline maps & all my bookings & vouchers all in the one place - no paper! When I had any queries I could msg Leonie from the app & she’d reply in no time at all. I will definitely be using Lifestyle Travel again & enjoying a stress free booking process & trip!

Negative experience: Unprofessional attitude + They made mistakes in my booking by 'misreading' the baggage allowance on the flight company website!!

Negative experience: AUD$600.00 for extra baggage weight at the Qantas check-in. Fragile luggage not included in our booking. A very good example of a very bad travel agency! My wife and I hired this agency to organise a travel to USA. A joke! We payed an unexpected AUD$600.00 for extra baggage weight at the Qantas check-in desk prior to departure! Indeed, the baggage allowance was much lower than what the agency had told us. During our booking process, they informed us that we could take 60kg per person (2x30kg) where the limit is actually 48kg per person (AUD$75). Moreover, we discovered that the three special luggage items we requested to add in our booking had not been included. We paid $575 for this second mistake. They recognised the errors but do not want to refund the amount we paid. Do not waste your time and your money with this agency.
