Negative experience: I regret to share that my parents had a disappointing experience at this location. We arrived with two gift cards and requested to combine them, and we were more than willing to wait. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, we were informed that they were too busy due to a large group. While we understand that busy times can happen there was still 2 hours to closing. It was also frustrating to see that they were immediately available to assist us if we wanted to make a flight booking. It felt inconsistent that combining our gift cards was not a priority, yet they could quickly help us with new reservations. As a result, we decided to leave, feeling somewhat disregarded. Additionally, we noticed that the ticket prices at the Flight Center were higher than those listed on the airline's website, which raises questions about the value of booking through them for just flights. Overall, this experience has left us questioning our choice to visit. If we didn’t have these gift cards we wouldn’t book through them. We hope they can improve their customer service at this location in the future.

Fantastic experience: We have been dealing with Laura from Flight Centre Melton as she helped us book a group cruise back in Jan 24. She has been fantastic and always reaches out to assist with any question or issue we have. She has been pro active in emailing us with tips that would make our trip easier. Fantastic experience: It has been many years since we have used Flight Centre for our travel needs. After inquiring with Isabella in the Melton office, we were so very impressed by her knowledge and experience. Isabella’s customer service was second to absolutely none. We had to change our plans to a different destination after our first visit with Isabella, she was amazing with her patience and assistance. Fantastic experience: I booked a cruise with Laura Garner and she was amazing - my mum recommended her. She helped me pick the right cruise and organised flights , and cruise at a very good price on Carnival Splendour - I had the best holiday and highly recommend Laura for her friendliness, positive attitude and professional advice received - Laura is a wonderful experienced Travel Consultant with years of experience and I have booked my second cruise to NZ on Diamond Princess with Melton Flight centre.
