Fantastic experience: We have been travelling the world with the help of Paola for many years, and would never consider travelling without her wonderful knowledge and expertise in regards to booking, accomodation flights, tours and any information that may be useful in regards to our chosen destination. We again drew on Paolas services for our recent trip to Hobart we had a wonderful time everything flowed seamlessly thanks to Paolas organisation, and now we are planing our next adventure with Paola.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a European holiday predominantly booked by Katie at Helloworld Travel Sunbury. Everything went like clockwork and went according to our expectations. Katie organised the flights, travel insurance, tour and accommodation. Katie also assisted us with an issue with the tour company by personally taking some time out to resolve a small problem. Fantastic experience: Even though I have been booking our own holidays for years, I didn't realise how much I was missing out on by not using a travel agent. Once we connected with Paola at Helloworld Travel Sunbury, our whole world opened up (literally!) more than I could have hoped. Fantastic experience: The pandemic caused a significant load on Travel Agents, following up credits and re-booking, and the staff would have spent many hours more per travel event than in the past. Once travel was available again there would have been a huge backlog of work. Staff were still smiling and going about their business as best they could and providing the service we have come to expect at Helloworld Sunbury.

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with 20 - 30 different travel agents over the years spread across a number of agencies and have found Paola at Helloworld Sunbury to be truly exceptional. She thinks about our plans and makes constructive suggestions on how each trip might be made better and/or cheaper. From the very beginning of the pandemic situation, Wendy kept us informed about the situation, worked with us to decide whether to or when to cancel things and provided excellent detail and advice about credits vs cancellations. Her invaluable assistance resulted us in receiving a refund for flights booked with an overseas provider with minimal cancellation fees, which was a huge stress reliever for us. At all times, Wendy was responsive and professional. Whilst we were sad not to be able to take our holiday, we will definitely be rebooking through Helloworld Sunbury when we are eventually able to travel overseas again.
