Fantastic experience: What a star is Bec. She was so incredibly friendly and so helpful. I had ‘special needs’ and there was no judgement just no end of helpfulness. There were computer glitches and she was so apologetic although it wasn’t her fault. What a star asset she is to Flight Centre. I hope they know the gem they have in her. I travelled 30 minutes up the freeway to get Bec’s help after the reviews I had read and I am so glad I did! Thanks so much Bec!

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Bec Jaszczuk at the Flight Centre Westfield Garden City store in Booragoon. Bec was super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and was a delight to deal with. I normally find the flight booking process a chore but Bec made it easy and fun, even when I had to cancel my flights due to injury and rebook. She didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time at all, and was happy to make the additional arrangements required to rebook. Bec is a real specialist and was extremely knowledgeable about flights to lesser frequented areas in Africa too. Thank you Bec and I'll definitely be booking again with you in the future!

Negative experience: The service I had from my sales consultant was horrendous, a week or 10 days with no email reply was standard. Holiday booked 6 months in advance, transfers only finalised when I asked to speak to her manager with a week before we left because she was telling us we couldn't get a transfer in Tokyo with a baby seat...once the manager stepped in all was finalised & we got a transfer with a baby seat

Fantastic experience: Just a quick thank you to Bec for helping me plan my tour portion of my holiday. I walked and let her now that I had already booked my flights and was looking at a tour and transfers for my holiday. She helped me to plan the first part of my holiday and has been extremely helpful. Even before making a booking for the tour, I was in contact with her via email asking heaps of questions and she was happy to help. I will most definitely be referring Bec to family and friends and I will be back to book my next holiday with her after I go on this one.

Fantastic experience: Our initial interaction with a staff member was very disappointing as they never responded as promised, nor bothered to at least say they were busy and would get back to us soon. However we gave Fight Centre another chance and we couldn't be happier with Bec. She has been very patient, communicative and seems to have a genuine interest in helping us put together a great Europe holiday. We will definitely use Bec's services in the future.

Fantastic experience: We have just booked a holiday to Tahiti . Bec Jaszczuk was the Flight Centre consultant at Garden City that made it all possible. Bec was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find us flights and great accommodation within a short space of time to fit our timeframe to go on holiday in 3 weeks time. Fantastic experience: My experience was exceptionally tended to by Bec Jaszczuk. Through several weeks of ongoing, last minute date and flight changes due to family matters, a time-sensitive situation, a West-to-East Coast time difference between her and myself and my pulling my hair out attempting to keep all of my participating family members sane, Bec's patience, professionalism and attentive manner never once faltered which is a superpower that I'm forever grateful for. For weeks, she continued to go above and beyond to ensure that our situation was satisfactorily taken care of and I can genuinely say that this experience for me would've been a total failure had it have not been for Bec. I can't thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff helped the girlfriend and myself book a holiday overseas. They offered great advice on hotels to stay at and areas that would be most easy to navigate around. Recommend coming to this flight centre if you are planning any trips or holidays.

Negative experience: I hate to be that guy. I really do.. but.. The instore agent presented to us did not display the knowledge required to fulfil her role or follow the procedures to do her job adequately. She lied and cost us an unnecessary amount of money and inconvenience and then disappeared every single time we attempted to contact her - leaving fellow staff members unable to help, confused and concerned about the service she had provided while being unable to pick up the pieces. I base this review off how unsatisfactory her customer service and product knowledge was and the major inconvenience and cost we suffered as a result of what I can only describe as incompetence in her role. It's single handedly ruined our travel plans. A Flight Centre representative with the required skill set surely would have avoided this and I'm certain they're out there but this representative is not one of them. I'd like to think she's a lovely individual who just requires educating and training.. That is why I'm opting not to name and shame her but please proceed with caution. Disappointed and out of pocket. Thanks Flight Centre Garden City. Massive FAIL. Fantastic experience: Spoke with Alex from garden city in regards to a trip we are planning next year his professionalism and expertise in helping me and my wife work through the options was outstanding we will definitely be back to see him when ready to book

Negative experience: Not one consultant acknowledged I was there. 2 people before me decided to leave without being attended to. I waited for at least 30minutes before I gave up. I understand people are busy but an acknowledgment goes a long way. There was a glimmer of hope when an consultant returned from her break and then another. I was wrong. Busy at desk and didn’t bother to look up and then into staff room to hide away. I’m sure I’ll never go back there again.

Negative experience: They have no ability to give good service at peak periods. One gets the impression they're constantly surprised at being busy during peak season! Manager in Perth branch advised me not to bother booking they're fully booked for the peak season!

Negative experience: Have actually paid for my flights already and no reply for weeks after emails calls, calling other branches and this isn’t the first time I have had the same issue 6 months ago. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH USELESS

Negative experience: The customer service at Flight Centre at present is terrible. I emailed the consultant weeks ago, and there has been no reply. You can't call because there are no direct numbers and when you visit, noone is available.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this Flight centre few times already last few months and been booking my ticks with Gabriella Chadwick first time and was amazingly informative and made the process easier specially travelling for the first time with a 7 months baby. Much appreciated. Second time was rescheduling another flight for a friend helping him with an emergency and again she dealt with it well. Such a positive experience. This led me to go back again and due to they have been extremely busy, and Gabriella was busy training new staff, she still made the effort to reply my emails, and booked me with Bec Jaszczuk. OMG! She was such a beautiful vibe to see straight away to moment she came with a bright Smile. As I decided a last minute book treating myself and my Baby both birthdays, and helped us to get it sorted within an hour and genuinely happy and kind to make it happen. Herself being a working Mother and having a family, she shared how important is to treat yourself and she also shared her experience and stay where I was exactly was going to. She also satisfy all my questions I had, by getting up couple of times from her seat and desk to walk to double check with her work colleagues. This was nice of her. Keep being awesome Bec and Team. And to all customers/new customers who currently booking with them - Please be kind, nice and patience, they are dealing with lots and still making it happen for so many. Negative experience: Worst service follow with bad attitude. They make you wait very long time and at the end they say sorry you haven't booked, while they eating and laughing. After 30 plus years we are forced to change company.

Negative experience: Bad experience, the worse, the expert lady that helped me was no expert and didn't even know how to process a refund, so she kept quite lied to me by saying it was going to take one month to receive the refund only to discover after following up that she hadn't done it because she didn't know how, so the lies continue, they don't answer the phone even though when you ring you are told to stay on the line someone will be with me shortly, dosent happen and when I went in the store they told me they have their phone switched off. Very disappointed mess continue

Negative experience: Customer service at this booragoon branch is an absolute disaster Arrived 4:50 , had to wait 10 mins for someone to attend to us, saying that they are closing soon and have to do other tasks and dont have time for us A) why you had to make us wait 10 mins to tell us you dont have time B) why couldnt you look at our query and if you had to close , we could have left the rest for another time etc Incident happened on April 7, 2022, It would be great if flight centre could provide an answer although I doubt if they have time for it , what a joke

Fantastic experience: GP (Grant Parsons) extremely helpful and patient in organising an overdue trip to the UK. For the moment, it is just booked and paid for, so I may update later! In the meantime, I would certainly recommend him.

Negative experience: Memo wife coming to Flight centre took in Bergen to book a flight to To To Bali Told Cam Sunday at 11 o'clock to organise the trip Set there for over an hour with 15 other people to be told only bookings only then she told weeding have a booking and we need to book an I don't think it's good enough I want apology

Fantastic experience: I took a short domestic flight recently and I used to use our local Flight Centre in my home town to book - which has now closed due to covid. I randomly chose the branch in Garden City Western Australia to book with and Paige Greenhouse managed my booking with friendly , professional ease - even finding me an extra legroom seat without my request! A domestic fare sounds easy - but I was also carrying a firearm and ammunition which is quite difficult to negotiate with most airlines - Paige sorted the approval very quickly - thanks Paige!

Fantastic experience: Walked in saw Paige and 30 min latter had flight, accomodation, hire car all done to Exmouth. Try that on the internet! Withhout the security of professionals.

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing, we have booked several holidays through them, including big trips around America and Europe. Always helpful and very knowledgeable, going the extra mile to find tours and activities that we wouldn't find ourselves. Had flights home cancelled on our last holiday in America and before we even knew about it, the staff at flight centre had booked us on another flight! Wouldn't go anywhere else to plan our holidays.

Not only were my flights booked at an incredibly reasonable rate (and far cheaper than I could have found by myself online or through another travel agency), but Helen went above and beyond to help fine tune every single detail of my trip and was so swift in getting a response and quote to me – despite the time difference with me living interstate! I've already recommended the team at Garden City to friends and will do so again in the future. Fantastic experience: This whole team is fantastic. I have always booked my own holidays but had Chloe assist us with our honeymoon in 2012 and have since used them 3 more times for big holidays across the world!! Nothing is ever too much hassle, and staff always go above and beyond the call of duty. They'll price beat almost anything and never push to up sell you, whilst somehow managing to make sure you don't forget anything and have the best possible holiday within your budget.
