Negative experience: Staff name Caroline’s lack of politeness and professionalism is concerning, especially for a tour company where attitude plays a big role in success. She needs to adopt a more professional demeanor and remain calm with customers. Additionally, she has not been responsive to emails, and during phone calls, she tends to hang up abruptly without proper explanation, often showing a dismissive attitude. This unprofessional behaviour is disappointing, and I cannot recommend her services based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: Helloworld Travel South Perth provided the dream experience in arranging a trip to Gili Trawangan at very short notice. David was onto it immediately, booking flights, transfers and accommodation. Having not visited Gili T before, David booked the perfect hotel and a thoroughly reliable airline for us. There were no glitches or rude surprises. We look forward to booking future trips with David - definitely an expert with a wealth of experience! Thanks David!

We cant give David enough praise, after having some issues leaving London he was on the other end of the phone at 4am perth time resolving anything and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as we were also travelling with our baby. Negative experience: Hours on Google are not accurate and we wasted 30 minutes of our day travelling here on a Saturday for no reason.

Negative experience: Avoid this Travel Agency at all costs!!! David, once he has your booking can't even be bothered to use you name as courtesy in any email, supplies brief, rude and incorrect details as to travel arrangements with the disclaimer, there are no details and they can't be contacted. Ticketed wrong and lumped everyone on the same ticket information bottlenecking flight emails and details to one person. No way would the four of us ever set foot in this poor excuse for a Travel Agency again.

Fantastic experience: Hello World South Perth have been my travel agent for many years their service is second to none. The attention to detail David puts into the booking is exceptional. Fantastic experience: I am writing to let you know about the royal treatment that Cathay Pacific provided to my husband Phil, and me on our return from the States last week. From speaking to us by name, to their attentiveness to our every need, it was quite amazing. Phil is severely disabled and they did everything they could to make the trip easier for us both. On the flight from Los Angeles one of the staff insisted on feeding Phil so that I could get some more rest. Another, concerned about the long layover in Hong Kong packed up a dozen of the washcloths plus some straws for Phil and then as we were getting Phil into the 'aisle' chair a guy came up to join us and joined in the conversation and he and other staff escorted us to the lounge where we were to wait. I don't think that there are many passengers who have the captain escort them off the plane. On the flight down to Perth, again we were spoken to by name and checked for our needs regularly and as we left the plane one of the crew even gave me a big hug. I have written to Cathay Pacific asking them to please thank the crew on both flights for me and I thank you for suggesting that we fly on Cathay Pacific.

Fantastic experience: Have used David's professional services a number of times over the years, for good reason. I echo the sentiments in the other reviews, He goes the extra mile and makes very sound judgement! Recently flew to the UK on his recommendation with Thai he could has sold me a more expensive ticket with the airline I wanted to use, but explained the reason for the cheaper fare. Very happy with his decision. After I had booked, he sent me an email saying he had spoken to a contact to try and ask for an emergency exit seat. I was delighted when on the 11.45 hour trip I found I had such a seat! I hadn't asked for him to try and wrangle this at the time of booking; he did it out of kindness.
