Fantastic experience: Madison is a very professional and efficient Travel consultant. Madison provided great "Customer Care" with my recent booking to Vietnam and was a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic experience: I greatly appreciated the extensive help with my complicated flights and insurance needs. Tina Gane was exceptional in setting up add on flights and organizing my trip to several countries, which took several hours due to all of my demands. Her wisdom and experience and kindness made the process joyful. I am very thankful that she included extra information and advice that I was unaware of. Tina's thorough analysis of what I needed included insurance as a Canadian in Australia, connecting with my travel partner, who had different flights and was meeting me part of the way from another location as well as setting us up for return flights. Fantastic experience: Tina went above and beyond to help us book part of our trip, she was honest did some solid research and made if much safer than booking it our selves. So good!

Negative experience: I made a special trip to go there and they were closed. I got there at 5.05 and the sign on their door says 5.30PM (Thursday night). They we're still in there, saw me, and then just kept talking and laughing between them. Very disappointed, especially when I thought I would use their service instead of going online and booking a holiday myself.

Negative experience: Pay more, get less, wait longer. Their business model is to get between you and the airline, break things, ignore you, then charge you. Don’t risk your holiday with mess of an organisation.

Negative experience: We bought tickets to Vietnam (short trip) & Europe trip (7wks) from The pines branch, I had to ask for our itinerary to be emailed for both trips, I couldn’t get in contact with Amy (was on annual leave for 2wks) or Any staff member in the office. The phone kept ringing out and no return calls, even when I mentioned URGENT in an email to our consultant or voicemails. Plus we ended up paying $500 ea for our visa for Vietnam as our consultant wasn’t sure.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been overseas plenty of times but never have I been treated more professionally than flight centres senior consultant Tina Gain she is someone who dots every i n crosses every t highly recommended

Fantastic experience: We booked a major travel itinerary with Cheryl Mana and her service and attention to detail was excellent. It involved flights, accommodation and a cruise and we had the most wonderful time. We booked well in advance and Cheryl was later able to come up with some better flight details which allowed us to benefit from having included the Captains Premium Package in our travel package. Now we have some credits for another trip. Nothing was too much trouble for Cheryl, responding to all our questions and queries throughout the lead up to our trip. Would definitely recommend Cheryl for any travel planning.

Negative experience: Terrible service by a very arrogant young woman. Didn't listen to my Mum and I and what we wanted from our Italian trip in 2018. We didn't use this Flight Centre and instead booked our flights with a friend in Brisbane who works at a different Flight Centre.

Negative experience: Be aware of their lies about availability, the manager Amy is a manipulative person and would ruin your plans for fun from the looks of it, I wanted a stress free holiday, now I am looks at court for to get compensation

Fantastic experience: So, I had Tina Gane plan my whole trip and I was super impressed by her enthusiasm, knowledge but mainly trying to get me the best deal. She was AMAZING and soo so helpful and super friendly and seemed genuinely excited for us! I would highly recommend her to anyone and have done so to all my family and friends!!!

I would've kicked us out of the shop. I really thought customer satisfaction was a thing of the past but if you want to experience the real thing make a booking through this young lady. Negative experience: Attended their shop, was referred to a consultant that quit a week after everything was organised and paid for for a trip to Melbourne. Thank God we booked the majority of our holiday ourselves as the car the consultant apparently booked wasn't paid for and the consultant told us we were staying at the wrong hotel, we apparently booked the crown but she booked us in the metropol.

Flight Centre make the mistakes and then they pass the buck to other companies like the airline. They will take no accountability for their mistakes which will cost the traveller $$$$. Go elsewhere or do it yourself.
