Fantastic experience: I was privileged enough to score Tarn as my travel consultant, she was exceptional. After having some trouble with another travel consultant (a different flight centre location), I decided to try my luck at another centre. It made a world of difference. She was extremely helpful. From her friendly demeanour, her helpful tips and her ability to turn travel fantasies into reality. I set an ambitious itinerary spanning over various countries with a solid amount of flights (domestic and international) aswell as trying to co-ordinate this with car hire in multiple countries. She was able to lock everything in with perfection. All flights and bookings were organised as to maximise efficiency but also not illicit rushing or panic. She truly went above and beyond (I'm talking multiple printed itineraries containing all travel information in individually labelled folders that helped break down the trip into easy to digest sections as to not overwhelm or over complicate). I will only be seeking Tarn's services from now on when it comes to future trip planning. I can not thank her enough for doing all the work that ensured my trip went exactly as according to plan.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Molly from Flight Centre, Morayfield highly enough. I had already done most of the legwork myself, finding cheaper airfares, accommodation, insurance, etc for our trip to Europe than had been recommended to me by another travel agent, but I decided to also get a quote from Molly, to see if she could achieve a better price. To my surprise, her price WAS better! What really impressed me was that rather than try to sell me alternative package options more readily available to Flight Centre, Molly worked with me and sourced the same (or very close) options I had chosen, to ensure we stayed within our strict budget!! Thank you, Molly!!

Fantastic experience: Courteous and helpful without any reproach, especially when we had to cancel an overseas trip due to unexpected illness. However, not happy with the travel insurance. We cancelled as soon as we could, and these people took a chunk from the insurance for no reason but sheer greed. The refunds take months to get through. The thing is. If we pay anything to anyone, then they are responsible for the refund, it is not up to the customer to chase, because we do not deal with them. But, it is just too common when it comes to returningany goods or services.

Fantastic experience: This is our second trip organised by Flight Centre in particular Craig Watson and Kiristen Rankin and honestly it's been the easiest and best experience. Both Craig and Kristen were always on top of the travel requirements, bookings, flight changes , sundry details all of which were communicated to us in a timely manner. As a result the preparation for our travel needs was easy and we felt reassured that all was taken care of. We have more trips planned in the future and are using these consultants in the future

Fantastic experience: As a solo female world traveller, Flight Centre, provides me with - prompt service, affordable holiday deals, friendly staff, peace of mind and security. Flight Centre is a travellers dream with its one stop shopping i.e., hotels, flights, day tours, travel insurance, transfers and currency conversion. What more could a solo female traveller ask for. I would not go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I didn’t find it an experience that was inspiring or that filled me with confidence. The travel agent told me the same story twice on why there was no progress within 3 weeks then sent me links to their website to say look through these. I could have done that from the beginning if I had wanted to organise it myself. Probably won’t go back there.

Negative experience: Leanne Maik - at a minimum, you should respond to questions without having to resend them more than 2 two weeks later, and you should advocate for reasonable outcomes within the booking conditions, and it would be nice to be told how much something will cost! Not good - I had such a great experience with Anthony Potter and handing over to Leanne after he left has been awful.

We do highly recommend popping in-store if you originally booked in-store, to make an appointment with your original agent, so you can go through your holiday plans. Positive experience: Went on a Sunday and only two staff. They were somewhat knowledgeable but only found the same flight I had found myself cheaper online. No additional perks for using them, just pay more money for them pressing search.

Negative experience: What a terrible travel agency with absolute ignorant staff. I walked in tonight the 15th February 2024 to book a multi leg trip with accommodation. I stood there for a while and there were two staff. Some guy with greying hair and a scowl on his face and a younger woman both working and seated with customers, facing the front of the shop. Neither one acknowledged us. Another girl at a separate counter who wasn’t booking staff, could see we were uncomfortable with the lack of even a nod or a hello, would you like to book? We will be 15 minutes or 30 minutes. These two flight centre staff were pure ignorance personified. To them I say if you don’t want to do your job, get lost and work elsewhere. So,where that has no customers where the pair of you dont creep them out with your nasty ignorance. Anyway, I told the other non flight centre girl that I wasn’t happy with their ignorance and I’ll find another travel agency. Will make sure I see one of flight centres competitors tomorrow to book our family’s holiday. And as for flight centre as a company, you have just blown it. Myself and my family will never set foot in one of your stores again. That’s how I and many others deal with your ignorant staff and non existent customer service. If I could give zero stars I would have. And by the looks of your poor ratings compared to other travel agencies, it’s time you close shop and go out of business.

If the team have availability to see you immediately, they of course will, but they will also be juggling the virtual queue of customers with post appointment follow-ups, booking maintenance, and email enquiry. Negative experience: Frankly, I am not impressed. Twice I tried to ring the Morayfield office, and was cut off because no one could take my call. The next time I tried, I was redirected to the Gladstone branch, and the person I spoke to promised to send "An immediate email" to Leanne at Morayfield telling her of my call and request. Leanne states categorically that she never received such an email. Meantime I am here tapping my fingers in frustration. Unfortunately, you do not have a closer branch (I live near Kingaroy) so cannot voice my frustration in person.

Negative experience: While I would like to make a better review because I feel this is a bit harsh. I gave them this as their service that I have received has been nothing but poor. I am trying to put together a trip for 13 of us, this trip would be worth nearly 40K I asked for prices and want to get it done and dust within the month. It has now been 4 wks. since emailing (5 times) and making an app, then rocking up, to still be waiting. We have decided to go elsewhere, I would hate to be waiting for them to get back to me if I was stuck on the other side of the world.

Negative experience: I would never again book a holiday through Flight Centre following our recent trip. Very vague booking references provided for activities booked even after numerous requests for further detail, incorrect details provided, poor support while overseas and lack of assistance in general following booking of trip.

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a month away in Japan through Glenda. We tried to begin planning our trip ourselves initially and if felt like a full time job and added so much stress. Negative experience: Either hire more staff or organise a waiting area. It's ridiculous how your staff just likes to gas bag and waste time on people who aren't really trying to book a flight or holidays. Prioritise your time on people who are actually trying to book a flight or holidays and not on those who are just window shopping, ask this question first, do you have any intentions on travelling or are you just wasting our time?

Positive experience: Craig Watson Flight Centre Morayfield...you gave done an amazing job in booking our accommodation to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. The Hilton was great with its river views and proximity to shops and restaurants. We have just arrived on Mooloolaba and our apartment is beautiful with lovely sea views. Thank you so very much.

Negative experience: Flight centre disgusting service Today my wife and I are flying back from Canada to Brisbane and not only can we not sit together in the original extra legroom seats that we paid for we now have to sit between strangers in different locations thanks to Flight Centre, dropping the ball despite constant phone calls and emails weeks prior. We could never get a response from the email or return phone calls always had to go into the Flight Centre Morayfield shopping Centre, where the service was still zero They realise the error of their Waze and refunded the extra we had paid for the legroom, but it was too late to change seats, and they told us not to worry that we would be not separated and it’s never happens , Well it’s happened all because of Flight Centre never ever again will you guys get my business?
Positive experience: Booked a trip with them, they gave me wrong time for an activity. The company said they would give me a refund. both me and the company have emailed them to organize my refund but no response. It's been 4 months and I've moved from the area so can't do walk in. I've called but no pick up for over an hour, I've gone up the chain and they've emailed the store too but no response. Better off asking them for advice but not actually booking with them.

Negative experience: My wife and I have been there twice in the last week. We waited 5-10 minutes to be completely ignored! I understand they were talking to people but to not even be acknowledged I believe is quite rude! And not very good customer service!
Fantastic experience: Glenda is absolutely amazing. We had 3 different holiday bookings to different destinations on the go and Glenda managed to navigate and advise on all 3 perfectly. We had pre covid travel credits and she spoke with airlines and hotels on our behalf to make sure we could use these. She always gets back to us in record time and no request or question is too hard. She is so kind, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of booking your holiday. Negative experience: Went in there to ask for assistance booking hard to get tickets in Japan explained that it was a timed thing and sells out very quickly but the team member was just like well you try yourself and then give us a call which wouldn't work due to sell out but she didn't really understand. Glad I'm not booking my holiday with them. so unhelpful and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

Fantastic experience: Hi Tarn, well we are back from our once in a lifetime holiday that you so skilfully put together! An eight week glob trot half way around the world should never be expected to not have at least a single hiccup as ours was no exception! We just wanted to thank you for your patience, the extra hours you put in and the love that you put into the itinerary that you created for us. We booked just after Covid and whilst the travel industry were experiencing a massive skill and experienced staff shortage you covered every corner and base! You are amazing at your job and are one that actually puts everything into it , you took the utmost of care. Thank you for delivering 110% and in making our holiday the once in a lifetime experience full of great memories! Thank you again Tarn, we will see you again.

Negative experience: I went in on the 16th of July which was a Saturday and spoke with Karen who was super helpful. However she told me she would have a quote ready for me by Monday, I emailed on Tuesday the 19th asking her if she yet had a quote ready as we wanted to book ASAP. It’s now the 25th and I still haven’t received a quote or response to my follow up email.

Negative experience: from standing at front of store for 5 minutes and not to be spoken to, to emailing a travel request and as of 2 weeks ago still has not received a response, to not being able to make a booking online(for whatever reason the website wouldn't let me), to ringing and being on hold for 10 minutes only to be transferred to a mailbox to leave a message to be told the mailbox is full, please call back later.. WILL NOT BE USING FLIGHT CENTRE

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Craig Watson.I booked flights through flight centre during the pandemic.I have sent numerous emails to Craig to assist with my vouchers.I had to deal direct with airlines as I have received no response from Craig. Unfortunately I will not book through flight centre again as its so much easier to book myself.

Fantastic experience: Covid-19 came with a lot of uncertainties and border restrictions. The staff were on top of their game and ever ready to adapt to changes and to offer affordable options. Fantastic experience: Jessika was incredible. My husband and I booked our 5 week blissful honeymoon with Jessika. Fantastic experience: Jessika Streat went above and beyond. We had booked a Round the World ticket with Flight Centre and Jessika filled in all the other flights, car rental and accommodation. Everyone that we have dealt with, both Jessika and money exchange has been handled very business like. We have an ongoing problem with Virgin and she quickly offered to try and sort it out for us on our return.
