Fantastic experience: We chose Barrow and Bear to help plan our honeymoon. And what a fantastic job Bec did in helping us decide and plan it. She will now definitely be our go to lady every time. The time she took with us, the communication, the friendly service and also the great chai lattes had while planning was exceptional. Nothing but professional and friendly service. Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to the travel agent Rebeccah who looked after me and answered all my annoying questions after hours!!! I am very thankful for her friendly, professional and caring approach and looking after me so well. I usually book my flights online, but these days with all the scams and extra costs that the "deals" always add on top - it was time to put travel organisation in trusting hands of an agent. And I am more than happy and will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you again, you are amazing, Bec!

Negative experience: Morayfield field shopping centre yesterday around 11am. 3 customers. Young girl serving was rude, unorganized. My filo came out 15 min before my friends toasted sandwich, no drinks for 10 min after my meal came out. Toasted sandwich was burnt. I reminded the girl we had 2 order and she said that she was getting hammered and yer she knew with a scowl on her face. No apology. Just not good enough.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately didn’t get the beautiful ladies names who served me, but their customer service was amazing. They always walk my takeaway food out to me with a smile. Customer service is never an easy job and these ladies should be very proud of themselves. Best ham cheese croissant I’ve ever tasted. Fantastic coffee always here, you can tell the shots are made clean. Cafe is always gorgeous, neat and tidy. Very nice atmosphere. Very happy, thank you team.

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday and had some awesome coffee. Loved the service on both sides of this business. Even on a Sunday when the travel part was closed they still helped us and got our tickets. 1 million percent will use them to book our next holiday.

Fantastic experience: The best coffee and service. First time trying this place today and I walked away with the biggest smile on face. The lady who served me was absolutely a gorgeous soul and the barista made my coffee in under a minute I was actually shocked it was so quick. I did think for a second it was not going to be a great coffee as it was made so fast but boy I was wrong. One of the best coffees I've had from a shop in months. Will be a regular at this coffee shop now. 10 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!!!! I was just walking by in the mall crying my eyes out as we went through the floods and was just trying to get refunds back on insured items destroyed. I was an emotional wreck when this AWESOME LADY CAME OVER AND ASKED IF I WAS OK. OFFERED ME SOME WATER and offered my partner and I a seat at thier coffee shop. With love we were given a free cup of coffee and a Huge chocolate muffin to share! So fresh too it was steaming. This Beautiful lady asked me if i was ok, gave me a Hug and MADE ME HAPPY!! COMPLETELY SAFE AND LOVED. THANK YOU COFFEE SHOP BARROW AND BEAR!!! OMG please support best coffee in my whole lifetime GOD BLESS oxoxoxo
