Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of having Gilary help me organise my first ever (month long) trip to Europe. She was amazing from start to finish. Booking flights, recommending hotels etc. I’d researched some hotels myself, but booked them through her also as she was able to get a better rate, and it kept all our payments in one place, which made things easier as we paid through her just before leaving, so didn’t have to stress about it when checking in/out overseas. She always contacted me right away if there were any changes (eg flight times), and responded just as quickly with any questions or concerns I had. Can’t recommend her enough! Muchas gracias Gilary!

Fantastic experience: I was really struggling to co-ordinate return flights and internal flights in Vietnam recently so went to Flight Centre Pacific Fair for an assist. Fantastic experience: Recently booked a short holiday to New Zealand whilst on holiday here in Brisbane we came over from the UK and met up with JORDAN in the pacific fair flight centre shop . Fantastic experience: From the moment we stepped foot into flight centre Pac Fair we were approached by Lea and we immediately felt comfortable and confident with the agent we were dealing with. We gave Lea an idea of what we wanted to do and he worked on it and turned it into something so much better and at fantastic prices also. Negative experience: A shame I can’t give a negative score because I would if I could. Going on holiday on Wednesday (4 days away) and trying to get some details re our booking. Have been promised information and calls back but they are all empty promises at this stage. Wish we had never booked through them as it seems that now they have our money they don’t want to help us. Extremely disappointed at this point. Note: if you try calling any of the numbers advertised, even though they are supposed to be open until 5pm today, you get a message saying you have called outside of business hours. What a joke this place is!!

Fantastic experience: Met an amazing young man by the name of Tom Hirsch. He was so accommodating and very pleasant nothing was too much trouble. He gave us different scenarios so in the end we were very comfortable in picking the trip we wanted to do. He was excellent in working out the Price making sure we had everything we needed but it also was cost effective. Fantastic experience: So helpful and kind. I planned a trip to Canada to see my elderly siblings. Unfortunately, I got very ill and thought I had to cancel and lose a lot of money. When I talked to Lea I was so ill I could hardly sit up. He rearranged my trip and gave me some tips. I didn't lose any money and will be in Canada later in the year.

Fantastic experience: Gilary Delgado Nieves was amazing with planning my young families holiday to Japan. For example, we were originally thinking of going to Hakaba with a 2 year old and 4 month old, but she suggested going to Naeba. Thank god she did, our hotel was on the footstep of the mountain and had views of the slopes. It made it very easy with the young kids. Gilary was always quick to respond to any emails and was very thorough with her planning. Will definitely recommend chatting to her and I will be seeking her out so that she can plan another holiday for me.

Negative experience: Runaway Bay store entrance was blocked by two desks making it impossible to get into the store and even then when we were in there, not one staff member approached us asking if needed assistance or to say we would be awhile, please come back. Very disappointed and will never give them our business again!! Regardless of staff shortages etc a customer is a customer and should be treated the same across the board!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately absolutely terrible service. Spent over an hour discussing our travel plans in store.. Was told we would hear back in a few days. Heard nothing for two weeks. They never answer their phones or emails when I tried to contact them. Went in store only to be told he accidentally shredded all of our information. What a joke.!! I only gave one star because it wouldn't accept no stars. Do not waste your time dealing with this Branch.

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed in the service from the staff in this store. Olivia had spelt my name wrong in my bookings, and she has been ignoring my several emails since February this year. This caused me a lot of problems with validating my flights, selecting my seats and having to contact airlines to correct my name. She offered no solutions except for me paying name change fees when she was the one to have made the mistake in my booking in the first place. I'm not usually one to complain on a review but I don't want anyone else to experience the same disappointment and stress as I have. My name ended up being fixed by another staff member who didn't charge me anything to correct the booking! Flight centre needs to improve their training to make sure staff are consistent across the board and have adequate customer service skills - the service I experienced from Olivia was quite honestly appalling and I strongly suggest someone teaches her to simply respond to a customer email within a 6 month period... or maybe to apologise when she's made an honest mistake?

Fantastic experience: I’ve just had the most excellent service from Cara regarding an urgent trip back to the UK for myself and 3 children. I think I’ve had her on speed dial for the past 24 hours!! Cara has gone above and beyond to provide me with flight options/quotes and discuss all the details I needed to know before making my decision. She was clear and efficient even helping me to work out how to try and increase my bank card limit when I couldn’t complete the payment!

Negative experience: I am absolutely livid about the horrendous experience I had with a so-called "travel agent" "blonde hair lady" who I had hoped would help me plan my vacation. The service I received was nothing short of appalling, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. After arriving at the travel agency, I was left waiting for an excruciatingly long time before the agent finally decided to acknowledge me. And even then, the agent was downright disinterested in assisting me and didn't even have the decency to apologise for the unacceptable delay. When I finally got the agent's attention, the agent showed a complete lack of interest in my travel plans. It was as if my business was a complete waste of time and not worth any effort on the agent's part. As someone who values top-notch customer service, I am absolutely disgusted by this experience. When I hire a travel agent, I expect them to be eager, attentive, and professional. But this pathetic excuse for an agent fell short on every single front. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how much I advise against using this Flight Centre. If you want to spare yourself a world of frustration and disappointment, find someone else to plan your trip. This agent's complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my time was beyond unacceptable.

Negative experience: Went to book flights for our upcoming trip, gave the girl details of the dates that we wanted to stop in various places, and had set a budget, she gave us a quote with some average flights and way over our budget. So we decided to go home and check out the flights for ourselves. We managed to get way better flights with more reputable airlines at way cheaper prices and through the flight centre website. When we returned 2 1/2 hours before closing time, she said she was busy and couldn't help us (previously told us to go back in afternoon and would be there till closing time) Not at all helpful !

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience booking our honeymoon at Flight Centre. Charles Halford was extremely patient and helpful. Negative experience: Pity that one guy makes you hate the whole place ...one guy with blond hairs who was there this afternoon he said his name is Joe...we already bought flight tickets for over 8000 with flighcenter for overseas trip ...I asked him to book for us as well hotel but that we will pay in few days as we might make some changes later....he said that we should do it online that s it's just waist of his time if we are not paying immediately for the hotel!! Which I know it's not true!! We booked many times hotels with flighcenter and they hold the booking for us for few days till we paid for it....so he definitely should not be at first table to welcome customers nor ne there!!! As customer service is not his skill for sure

Negative experience: We are currently in Vienna Austria and having issues with our return flight. We paid extra for a Captains Choice package and flexible business class airfares Singapore Airlines want to change our return flight time so we would like to change the date as well to match our 12mth requested timeframe. Our contact with FC has been an automated reply to "Pop In" to our local branch and make an appointment. Repeated responses explaining we are in Vienna met with same response. Our original agent is no longer an employee of Flight Centre so we " cannot pop in" nor have an alternate email address to explain our request. Can anyone in FC contact us???

Negative experience: Booked my 2022 June/July honeymoon flights with Brodie Andrews, he was good. When I ended up in hospital in Greece with an injured back and needed assistance to cancel the flights, Brodie was on holiday and I was contacted back by Brooke. She informed me that Brodie would sort the refund process. Approx 3 weeks after retuning I went into store to follow up. Their email had been rejected on the day of sending by the airline and in the junk folder which they did not look at. Brodie was on his final week and told me Brooke would now be looking after it. Months go by with my emailing Booke, mostly with no reply, I even went into store and she couldn't be bothered to come speak to me instead sending another agent back and forth to ask my name and then to say she would follow it up on my behalf, So in other words, do he job. Unfortunately my friend has now booked a group cruise booking with this team and there appears to be nothing but issues in trying to get a response from them via email, can't contact via phone and lines in store. After this cruise is done I will never ever use this company again.

Negative experience: My parents booked a cruise through Flight Centre at Broadbeach and needed to cancel due to medical reasons, we went in to discuss the issue and were advised that the only person who could help would be Brooke, who the cruise was booked through, after hearing nothing we went into the store again 2 weeks later only to be told we needed to submit a letter from the doctor, we submitted the letter the following day. It has now been a further week and they will not return calls or emails. We have contacted the cruise company directly who have been more than helpful but as we have booked through Flight Centre they can't assist us. Will never book through an agent again, so much easier booking direct.

Negative experience: Tried to book a holiday with Flight Centre PAC Fair. Had very specific time line to meet other overseas commitments and selected tour. Plenty of availability and gave go ahead to book. Dealt with Mellany, Charles & Beth as there appeared no continuity of staff. We missed our tour as they did not place booking in time, then inexplicably booked us for different dates. Poor communication, terrible service, unprofessional. Very rare for phone to be answered or to receive a reply. Do your due diligence before using this branch.
Fantastic experience: Mel, booked my flights to Penang and accommodation, everything went so smoothly, the accommodation was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better trip. Mel made everything so easy and clear, my itinerary was easy to follow. I will be back to see Mel for my next adventure

Fantastic experience: Beth McKinley at Flight centre was absolutely outstanding in arranging our flights to Paris and returning to Sydney via Dubai. Nothing was too much trouble for her to help us find the option most suitable for our needs. She was responsive and available at all times during challenging post Covid times when flights were being snapped up before you even had a chance to book them. I don’t know that we would have had such a good outcome in other circumstances without Beth’s expert assistance. I would not hesitate to work with Beth again for our future travel needs. Negative experience: First time using Flight Centre and it has been a total disappointment, I will never use them again. I was so excited booking our trip to Europe but everything started to go wrong right after leaving the store. First we asked the agent to create separate bookings so that we can easily follow them, we received the itinerary with all the flight scrambled making the flights very difficult to understand. On the day of the first flight, we couldn't check in because they forgot to issue the tickets. As you can imagine the stress levels went through the roof trying to figure out how to resolve the issue since the airline will not touch the booking because it was done through an agent. I called the emergency line and after waiting on the phone for long time finally got through and got the tickets issued. We were the last people to check in, leaving us the worst seats in the plane for a long flight. We had the flights cancelled several times while overseas, it was impossible to get through them, lucky that we managed to get the flights changed through the airline. When we booked our flights we requested them to be flexible, we are now trying to change the flights so we can return home. We have sent two emails to the agent without response or even acknowledgement. Tried to call the store but the system hangs up after telling us to go to the store because all the agents are busy, which is very difficult since we are still in Europe. The emergency line will not change our booking because the flight is not within 48 hours. What do we do? Stressful right? This is the biggest thrill that you will experience if you book flights with Flight Centre be prepared.
