Fantastic experience: our connecting flight from Malaysia to Bangkok got canceled within hours of leaving Australia then suddenly Tanisha from flight center Joondalup gave us a call & re-organized all our flights so that we still made our connections in Bangkok to Uttaradit in Thailand, awesome job considering the time of day it was we could never thank you enough Tanisha job well done!

Fantastic experience: Manager Corina has sorted out our 4 flights in an expertly fashion and her confidence and experience made this booking a very pleasant experience. We could not recommend her highly enough. After last year's great experience we returned and Corina provided us with excellent service again.

Negative experience: Although the young man was very chatty and kind, he was not at all helpful. He kept getting the travel dates wrong, not including luggage in the prices I asked for and didn’t seem overly interested in helping me. The flight options were not the same as what was available online (less options) and the prices were significantly MORE! I enquired about doing a group booking with him of between 20-30 people and again he wasn’t interested and said there was no discount available for group bookings. Safe to say, I wanted an hour of my time and ended up booking them myself instead.

Negative experience: My partner popped in today with an enquiry for flights and the consultant was just downright rude and dismissive We'll be booking the flights ourselves and to answer the consultant I'll "take the risk myself" rather than deal with you

Fantastic experience: Booked our honeymoon with FC, in particular Laura - she was so amazing and so patient with our indecisiveness. She managed to get us an almost full refund for cancelled flights and accommodated us through the whole booking process. Will definitely be using Laura for any future trips

Fantastic experience: Sherene of Flight Centre Joondalup has a well focused ability in booking flights, trains and tours, paying attention to the smallest detail. Once I finally left on my holiday I could with belief that all was in order. Sherene is prompt, efficient and exceptional helpful in dealing with an airline regarding a missed flight due to loss of passport after receiving flight passes and baggage sitting on aircraft. Sherene arranged for reimbursement where required and new tickets for my flight after receiving a new passport. Thank you Sherene.

Fantastic experience: Last year we booked flights and some itinerary for Europe with FC Joondalup after popping into the store and by chance seeing Consultant Atareta. Atareta's professionalism and knowledge were what prompted us to book through them. We have since booked a cruise holiday and went straight back to Atereta. She is a great travel consultant. Calm and friendly service always.

Fantastic experience: The last couple of times I’ve booked a small trip, I dealt with a lovely agent called Tiana from Joondalup Flight Centre - SO to book a big trip, I went straight to her again. I wouldn’t have thought to go anywhere else to be honest. She answered my millions of questions, researched different routes to fly for the best price and times until I was satisfied, never making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. She made my booking experience a positive one. I would recommend Tiana to anyone wanting that little bit extra special and friendly assistance when booking! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else thanks to her, and look forward to booking specifically through her again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I changed plans while overseas in France, Shahnaz sorted out tickets for Ireland. Then I changed my plans again, to meet my flight to the USA in London instead of Paris. She sorted that out too feeling maybe if I jut rocked up at Heathrow without boarding at Charles de Gaul in Paris, maybe the whole ticket could get canceled. Negative experience: This organisation is not good. I canceled my ticket with them on 1 September I was promised refund after 30 days . It’s now almost 90 days I have not received a cent . Neither have I been told when to expect the money. I’m going to have to report them to the consumer council and follow up with a class action.

Fantastic experience: Whilst on holiday in the UK I was in need of medical assistance and had to alter my flight. Laura Martin at flight centre Joondalup was tremendous. Laura helped change flights with ease. She made the alteration seem a very easy process to go through. Gave us options to choose from and on the final day to change the flights she guided us through what we needed to do. Secure link for the payment provided and once payment made we just printed out the new E. ticket. We would like to say a big thankyou to Laura for being so helpful.

Fantastic experience: After a stressful time with the online team trying to book a flight without luck, I was advised to go to my nearest flight centre team. I went to Joondalup flight centre frustrated and over the whole process, however Tayla turned a negative experience to a positive one. Fantastic experience: David Beach. Thank you for your extensive support during the planning of my holiday and the in between issues ( Covid … not being able to return back to Perth.. Our Hotel not extending us because we had Covid. Finding another Hotel ( paying out 6 grand for a Hotel another 3 grand to change flights) David sent me an email to ask why we hadn’t boarded our return flights to Perth and was concerned re our situation to find the above had occurred. He not only communicated throughout this time but ensured he booked an appointment in the Flight Centre on return to assist me with the mountain of insurance paperwork. David thank you for your care and compassion for our situation. The best customer service experience we have ever had.

Negative experience: Please employ someone to answer your phone. How do u make an appointment if the phone is not answered.

Negative experience: What a waste of our time! You can’t get in contact with anyone, we paid for exit row seats and ended up getting no exit row seats and having to sit seperate from one another. Good luck calling, they never call back and emailing is at least a day and a half if not longer. Absolutely appalling. I will never ever go through another flight centre again. If I could give 0 out of 5 I would.

Fantastic experience: MARCH 2023 - once again Flight Centre Joondalup really helped us when Virgin cancelled our flight at short notice and couldnt get us on another flight for 2.5 days. Many thanks to Amber and her team for sorting it out and getting us on a Virgin flight the next day. They are fantastic and we will use them again when we travel in the future. Negative experience: Worst customer service. I visit this afternoon and the front office lady doesn't care about us. There are 2 chairs in front of us and she did not say to take a sit and did not respect us. We try to book 7 tickets and we are going with another company.

Positive experience: Understaffed and no one clears the voicemail as its full. Difficult to speak to get hold of any consultants - no one picks up the call! Frustrating.

Negative experience: Have tried to go there twice. The first time we were politely told to wait 45+ mins to be seen..... so we could book a group of couples to go to maldives.... it's OK, don't take my money with the fat commission included. The second time, I went to pick up a $100 gift card and was asked to wait half an hour. It actually took less time to stand in the post office line that went right out the door. If you love waiting in uncomfortable chairs, this is the place for you!

Negative experience: Just wondering what the point of this agency is? You recommend places and book them for people but if there's issues you can't help? If people need an agency to book holidays, how are they expected to be savvy enough to figure out who to contact if there are problems? If not the people who booked it, then who? We have issues with the accommodation Amber booked, it is filthy and it is a health risk. It has caused an insane amount of stress, and there is no help to be found. We have called and called yesterday and today, nobody answers the phones. We have also sent multiple emails with no response. Please read your emails. Thank you

Negative experience: Worst travel experience ever thanks to Flight Centre. Electronic tickets did not come through as promised which led to myself and Air New Zealand staff spending 2 hours on hold with their 24/7 support line who couldn't even help. I had a young person with a disability and 5 yr old travelling with me and we did not know if we would make it with the flight being kept open for us to the last minute and having to rush through. Very stressful. Air New Zealand staff at the airport were AMAZING and made it happen for us ❣️ I will book online next time. Poor apology from Flight Centre given the stress they put us through!!!

Fantastic experience: After waiting weeks for Midland to come back with any travel itinerary. I suggested we attend Joondalup FC. Liane is awesome she was patient as we looked at options and made changes and then she did send us a full quote the following following week and suggested we make appointment to return should we wish to firm up plans. We did so. Definitely recommend making appointment as these ladies are super busy and don't want to dissapoint and have you wait long. 5 for liane service 100%

Negative experience: Went in a spoke to a consultant on a Saturday morning, discussed plans to book a European holiday. Consultant was friendly and helpful at that time, mentioned that she would have to make a few calls on monday and would contact me then. Unfortunately she never got back to me, or replied to emails or phone calls from me over the next week. prices for flights have increased quite a bit in the meantime, so I'm out of pocket. I took my business to Helloworld Joondalup, who were much better to deal with, I suggest you do the same.

Negative experience: Can't get hold of anyone over the phone iv tried 3 different branches no reply can't leave message to call me back, very frustrating

Negative experience: 100% Incompetency by this travel agency. We dealt with a travel agent called Amber. 1st didn’t have time to talk face to face so she asked to do everything by email. We specifically asked for a holiday with three adults and two children. We booked two different hotels and in both hotels appartments there was no enough beds for everyone. In one of the hotel there was only 1 queen side bed room. The hotels booked were average and difficult to reach the main attractions. So we had to rent a car and spend more money. Please avoid flight center in Joondalup. A DYI holiday would be much better. Flight center you better choose competent travel agents.

Negative experience: Website advertised opening hours from 9 to 5:30. NOT SO!!!!! I took time off work just to find out I waisted my time. UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION or at least post the correct business hours at your office.

Negative experience: Discusting service, 2 staff free and let myself and my mother stand In the store obviously needing help both staff would avoid eye contact with us, I got so sick of being ignored I approached one of the lady's desks she looked at me as if I had annoyed her and said, umm sorry I'm busy just go take a seat, we took our money and booked else where, you really need to learn on customer service, very sour cold service.

Positive experience: Not sure how to rate this venue. At first the girl was very professional and friendly. She assured me of my booking back to Melbourne with a hard copy of my ticket. Also an email would be sent Also confirming. However no email was received. I couldn't contact this venue by phone because no one would pick up and it rang out and hung up. Anyway I had no need to worry as my flight went through when I got to the airport.

Negative experience: Flying out in less than a week and they've changed our flight from edinburgh to London and have lost count of the number of emails and phone calls that go unanswered. Can't even get through to the mailbox to leave a message as the mailbox is full so I guess it's common for them to ignore calls Edit: thanks so much owner for the very futile response saying you care. You just don't want bad reviews. My mum has gone down today and we now have to phone the emergency number as you have decided you are closed today when she was going down to sort this terrible service.
