Fantastic experience: It is my pleasure to advise how helpful and professional Celia Russell has been regarding my overseas and domestic air bookings including insurance. Celia is prompt and knowledgeable. There was a situation where my wife and I were changing flights with Qatar at Dohar airport. We had never been there before and too our consternation we found it was a huge sprawling mass with very distant departure gates. As we were no longer in the Spring Chicken category, Celia arranged for a Golf Buggy to transport us. We will be doing further bookings with Celia.

Fantastic experience: Great service today a very helpful Victoria Ziolkowska efficiently handled the process of my impending refund. A year on and no refund from Flight Centre on behalf of Garuda. Was told Garuda had released refunds but would take a few months to process them all. I have now accepted I will not ever get my $700 refund. No follow up from Flight Centre,

Fantastic experience: I wanted to book a return flight from Perth to Paris from 3/11/2024 to 4/12/2024 with Singapore Airlines. However, Amber googled and got me a better fare with Qatar Airway. Am stoked with the deal and booked the return tickets immediately. She also assisted in providing a few options where to stay, holidaying in Paris and the surrounding villages as well as train from Paris to London. These suggestions are truly valuable to me as a first time traveller to France.

Jamie discussed my current needs and preferences, and helped me explore best value options. Jamie worked quickly and attentively.

Negative experience: Do not buy flight centre gift cards or try and use credit vouchers. Today we found a booking online to make for hotel accommodation in Singapore. We have just over $650 in flight centre credits. My husband went into Whitfords to be given a price of nearly $100 per night more in store than their advertised price on the flight centre website. We already knew the flight centre price was higher per night than the price we paid on the hotel website for 5 of our nights but happy to pay little more to use up our credits but this increase in store made the overcharge by flight centre ridiculous. The assistant said the increased charge was due to making the booking in store but confirmed that the vouchers as yet cannot be used online….absolutely rort!

Fantastic experience: My Friends, my daughter and myself have had many holidays planned and booked for us by Celia at Flight Centre Whitfords. She has been amazing at satisfying our many requests and we have had such wonderful times. Flights and hotels have exactly as we wanted and she always makes the time to take care of any questions that we may have and keeps us updated with the latest information. She's a gem.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the "service" we received today. We are looking to go to Singapore as a duaL family holiday... 4 Adults and 4 kids next year. Popped into Whitfords to ask for some information / recommendations and was VERY RUDELY told by Veronica she would not help us as it was a "waste of her time" as we could not book anything on the day! We were so disgusted! We have decided not us use Fight Centre at all for our holiday! She didn't offer any recommendations or even a brochure!!!! As a matter of fact she did not even get up off her chair! Absolutely Disgusted with the attitude we received! We are frequent travellers! Flight Centre Whitfords... VERONICA! SHAME ON YOU.

It became evident to us that Abbie is very experienced and knowledgeable in travel planning. After listening carefully to our needs, she tailored an amazing Europe travel plan for us incorporating flights, trains and accommodation. Over the ensuing months, nothing was ever too difficult for Abbie as she patiently answered umpteen questions and worked tirelessly to organise various aspects of our travels. Unfortunately, due to the threat of war in the Middle East and the Dubai airport flooding, we decided to cancel our trip in April this year. Even then, Abbie did not abandon us.
