Fantastic experience: After a bit of a bumpy ride Debs took over our booking to Ireland, England, Amsterdam, Singapore and Phuket and managed to get us everything we wanted Nothing was to hard for her. Debs is a workaholic and loves a challenge. Her personality is just awesome for this job. Very friendly but also very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of booking a holiday. We fly in 7 weeks and know we are in safe hands

Negative experience: Flight Centre Online. Awful booking experience. If you need to change or update a booking you need to call their call centre. If you get a credit for a flight cancellation you can't use the credit in the online portal, you must call the call centre again to utilise the credit. When taking payments over the phone they need you to read your card details aloud. A more secure method would be to send a secure payment link to the email on record. Won't ever be using Flight Centre again.

Negative experience: Firstly the lady who served us clearly didn't want to be there and it showed. Our cruise was booked and we were ready to pay the deposit then she realised she made a mistake and booked the wrong one. Probably wouldn't of helped that she was texting on her mobile while on the phone making our arrangements. She then proceeded to ask us to come back in a bit which we did then told us it was $1000 more and didnt even bother to give us options!!! None at all. Super unhelpful even though she knew it was our first time in a flight centre. We went home and ended up booking online oursleves and it turned out to be easier and cheaper anyway.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with Joanne yesterday with booking my flights to Adelaide, she was fantastic. She had a lot of patience with me when contacting her several times trying to work out flights.

Negative experience: AVOID FLIGHT CENTRE!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!! We will never use flight centre ever again for anything!! We arranged and paid for a holiday to Japan through Jordan - who was pretty good. But after Jordan left, we had to deal with Jessica, and that’s when our nightmares started! We didn’t receive ANY information from her including for our snow package, despite many attempts to contact her for it. 3 days before leaving Australia WE had to go to HER to ask for our vouchers, rail passes and all other vital information, which she didn’t have ready despite our holiday being booked more than 6 months prior! So we left for our holiday without some of our information. When we got to our snow holiday in Hakuba, we had to pay our own way to the resort despite the resort offering free transfers because vital information wasn’t passed on to us. So now we are OUT OF POCKET for that transfer!! On top of that, Jessica is quite rude!! No customer service skills at all! Shame on you flight centre!! ☹️

Negative experience: It has been months since I am yet to get an update on my flight partial refund. Debs was not available when I needed to change my flight so had to go through such a long process to get approved for someone else to change my flight. This was way back in July. Whenever I call she is always not in office. She responded to my email once when another staff member emailed asking for an update which was really nice. After that Debs sent one email asking for all the details this was back in September I responded and that was the last I ever heard and has not responded to my follow up emails. I work as a Youth Coordinator and have numerous schools, community centres, parents and much more people from different organisations who ask for updates on progress etc and I always have the common curtsey and respect to respond in a timely manner regardless how heavy my workload is. I don’t usually write reviews but this kind of conduct has been so disappointing.

Fantastic experience: We booked our trip to UK and Europe last year and along the way have needed to make changes, Debs has been incredibly helpful and has made the changes straight away. She is an amazing lady and so friendly.

Negative experience: Jessica at Strathpine takes 1 month to return emails - shocking customer service, will never use flightcentre again, not a cheap trip either 2 cruises over 8 week holiday, just glad I arranged our own hotels and flights! The worst part about flightcentre is no else is interested in helping once they have your booking/ money you have to use the initial person that booked your holiday - buyers beware I say!

Fantastic experience: Sudden sickness to my friend overseas required us to cancel our holiday. Deb's assistance was both professional and speedy to refund our accommodation and transfers. Refund of flights are promised but at the behest of the airlines as far as timing is concerned.

Negative experience: Made appointment today to book fares. Was on time and was greeted from there it went down hill because I only wanted to book air fares with no add ons was told that she really couldn't help me I could go on line and do it is this customer service
