I was recommended the Ramada inn and it was the worse hotel I have ever experienced. It was also cheaper to book online. No thanks Reply: they weren’t busy at all. Nothing to do with them being busy.

I felt that I really had support, security, service and kindness, information and motivation to see my trip come true, even when I had last minute problems with my flight. She was not only the best but the most accurate in finding a flight for me and my daughter. She is, for me, the best travel agent I have ever met in my life. Fantastic experience: I had a number of meetings in the Flight Centre office with Lina to plan for our United States holiday and my experience was absolutely first class. Lina is a very experienced, thorough and professional travel agent, with a friendly and empathetic nature. Negative experience: Told my connecting flight was cancelled via email late Friday afternoon/night and then told my agent was going on a month holiday. I replied to the office and asked to come in to talk in person about what my options were and got told oh just come in whenever but you might have to wait a long time because we're very busy atm. I went in store today. I was treated like a nobody. No respect. No care for helping me understand my situation and what that meant. I asked so many questions to get snippets of some resemblance of "information". The information I was getting changed multiple times from the start of the conversation to the end... I left confused, unsure of whether I can get to my destination or not at the time I need to be there, nor what my alternatives would be. I emailed them again (as was told of me to do in consultation with them today) and got the most passive aggressive response I've ever received from a company. I still have no idea what to do and the company I gave my money to is not helping me through multiple interactions.

Fantastic experience: Our family trip to Morocco, Portugal and Italy was organised and booked with Lina. Thanks to Lina we had great accommodation, location rooms and service so good, flights and advice for tours and activities. Lina was always friendly, timely in her follow up with any queries we had, professional, knowledgeable and got us great deals. We had a wonderful time thanks to Lina’s advice and support. Leanne has spent countless hours on phones and email with me sorting out my holiday and i couldnt be more appreciative!! We have said a number of times that we would have cancelled the trip if it wasn’t for Leannes patience!! Highly recommended!!!

Negative experience: Wanted to use a gift card. Was told can’t use on line and have to go in. There is a fee of $25 per person for using their services. This wasn’t explained when buying card. Turns out it was a lie and it was up selling their captains club. I managed to get a refund after speaking to office of fair trading. The lie slid off the agents tongue which leads me to believe other people have been deceived in this manner many times. Has anyone else out there been sold the captains club and been told its a necessity? Manager was proud to tell me that over 99% of people buy the captains club insurance.

Negative experience: If I could mark zero I would. Today I stood at the agency for 15 minutes at midday. There were 2 girls with clients. 1 of the girls was laughing, looking at the clients mobile. At no stage did either agency staff acknowledge and let myself or the other person that was also waiting know ( was there for 20 mins) how long they would be. Very poor service. Never again

I am finishing my 2 month holiday in Europe and have found it necessary to do a few changes to my itinerary and contacted Alyssa via email to arrange changes etc dealing with France during the Olympics. Alyssa made it a seamless service. I cannot recommend Alyssa enough to take care of your travel plans. Definitely 5 star service from this efficient travel agent.

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Renee from Flight Centre Aspley. Renee did an amazing job for us, organising a Viking Rhine River Cruise with pre and post extensions. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, as Renee was all over it! She locked in our airfares, airport/hotel transfers and Travel Insurance and booked excursions for us. Everything went perfectly to plan, no hiccups along the way. We had an amazing time - now back to reality! Would definitely have Renee organise our next adventure. 10/10 service!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I recently had a holiday in the states which Joyce was taking care of us. Was super friendly and made it all so easy organising the holiday. We even had an unfortunate experience at one of the hotels that we booked and we chose to leave it and they promised us a full refund. Knowing that we weren’t from the states they lied to us and never sent the refund. Once back we notified Joyce and night after night she kept contacting the hotel and the managers for weeks until they finally gave up and gave us our full refund back! Could not recommend anymore

Fantastic experience: I had to fly to the UK to pick up my 91 year old mum. Also took the opportunity to have a tour of Europe while my mum was being taken care of by my sister who lives in London. Due to her Age we booked mum Business class and me and my friend economy. Joyce took care of everything and she co-ordinated our seats so well with all the juggling she had to do to make the journey easy and comfortable. The tour of Europe was fantastic! Negative experience: Attended yesterday and spoke to one of the agents. Made an appointment for today. I turn up to find out agent is sick. No calls, no texts no emails nothing prior to let me know. This is very basic courtesy 101. I understand people get sick, but not notifying your appointments isn’t acceptable. Had a big budget for my holiday which they will miss out on now.

I have had the experience of booking flights with her on two occasions - once when she was at Flight Centre Northlake and recently at this branch. Joyce is incredibly approachable and has effortlessly managed to book my flights, completing the entire process online without requiring me to make a single phone call or visit in person. Her availability via email, even outside of business hours, has been truly commendable. I am genuinely grateful for her dedication and would be more than happy to entrust my future holiday bookings to her.

Negative experience: I recently (March 2023) had the unfortunate experience of booking a holiday to Hawaii through Flight Center, (our first ever major overseas holiday), specifically the Aspley branch, and I am utterly disappointed with the level of service and professionalism we received. Our trip was marred by a major mishap that left our family devastated and our children heartbroken. We had booked and confirmed a highly anticipated 3-hour Kualoa Jurassic Valley Zipline Tour, which was supposed to be the highlight of our Hawaiian adventure. However, upon arriving at the tour location, we were informed that there was no record of our family and, shockingly, the tour wasn't even scheduled for that day! The sheer incompetence and negligence displayed by Flight Center is absolutely unacceptable. What followed was an even more distressing ordeal. Despite our urgent attempts to contact Flight Center via emails and messages, they were painfully slow to respond. We were left hanging, desperately seeking answers and assistance, while precious vacation time slipped away. The lack of urgency and care demonstrated by Flight Center during this critical time was nothing short of shocking. To make matters worse, this mix-up had a significant impact on our children, especially my 8-year-old son who is absolutely obsessed with dinosaurs. This tour was his dream come true, as it offered a chance to see the iconic filming location of Jurassic Park. Flight Center's failure not only robbed him of this opportunity but also shattered his innocent excitement. The disappointment on our children's faces was heart-wrenching. Throughout this entire ordeal, Flight Center failed to offer a sincere apology or provide any explanation as to how such a basic booking error could have occurred. Their lack of accountability and disregard for our emotional distress is truly disheartening. This was not just a mere inconvenience; it was a significant disruption to our carefully planned family holiday. Moreover, my wife, who had put so much effort into creating a memorable vacation for our family, was left emotionally upset by Flight Center's incompetence. The disappointment and frustration we experienced due to their negligence is simply inexcusable.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the customer service has been consistently poor in this store. You are never made to feel welcome as no one acknowledges you as you wait. When calling to make an appointment you are re directed to make a booking in store after the wait time lapses and so you end up in a loop of never being served. A kiosk to make bookings or a staff member to field walk ins would be a simple fix. At least acknolwedge someone when they are standing there waiting, general customer service 101.

Negative experience: My experience was not good. The girl who attended me with my cruise from sydney told me my cruise was leaving from circ quay. I heard diffrent and told the girl, she again said the port for the cruise was circ quay, so asked for that imfo in writing. She sent this to me in an email. I then went back in and showed her some evidence the cruise was leaving from white bay. She then said she would look it up again and email me. She did this, found it was white bay and simply just said, your cruise will be leaving from wide bay. Nothing else was said, no apology, and unprofessional. She also told me she got this imfo from the P&O cruise appp. Thankyou.

Negative experience: We made an appointment with one of the staff members and gave them several specific resorts in Fiji we wanted quotes on (we did the homework of what resorts were where and what inclusions they came with as this staff member advised she did not know anything about Fiji). 10 days on and 1 (yes just ONE) quote later we have gone elsewhere to book our holiday. We emailed this staff member a number of times - received nothing! A loss for Flight Centre as we travel overseas regularly however neither of us will use Aspley Flight Centre again.

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous. My parter booked a flight for him and i to go to airlie beach. The flight center chick never answered our emails and continually spelt my name wrong then ended up getting printed wrong on my flight ticket. My parter also obviously said we wanted to sit together and as this day came he was sitting 5 rows behind me.

Negative experience: Absolute rudeness when we politely followed up a flight refund we were waiting to hear info back on for several months. My wife was told by one of the staff that she was wasting her time and that she had more important people to attend too. What kind of customer service is that? Pathetic is what it is. I work in customer service myself so i know how to treat people even if you are having a bad day, there is no excuse. Also not to mention the no replies to several emails and passed off to others to deal with once it got to much. The final straw i had to call customer service hotline just to find out further information on our flight refund as the person we were dealing with at aspley would not reply or take calls or emails over several weeks leading upto when our flights were due to be taken. All we wanted was a simple yes or no answer or to know what was happening so we could make a call. If you simply cannot communicate with your customers, you shouldn’t be in business. Will not be coming back to your franchise again and i hope management invest sometime in customer service training of their staff. Have some accountability.

Negative experience: If I could give this less than one star I would. We went through flight centre for Egypt and Jordan because it was our first time travelling after covid. We expected a service and the stress taken out but instead found ourselves doing everything ourselves. Not only did our travel agent change three times. They never checked their emails or responded to us. This meant when payments were due we were begging to pay to not lose bookings and they never answered us. We ended up finding a lot of our own tours and couldn’t get service to answer a single question until my mother stormed in there in person. Even then, our tour payment was three days overdue and about to be lost so we would have lost half our trip. Nothing was communicated. The phone lines were always busy and when we were overseas, there was no clear direction on any of our paperwork! This was an awful experience and I feel for them being so short staffed but Jamie (our second agent) was absolutely horrible. Do not do it. If you must find a travel agent find a smaller company but don’t go to flight centre. They not only fired half their staff but now they haven’t rehired enough people and their customers are suffering. (Yet they still take on new clients). Abysmal service. Terrible communication. Overall, it was disgusting. (More happened but I’m just over it at this point.) Less than zero/ 5 stars.

Negative experience: Spent 15 minutes waiting. The 2 women were waiting on other customers. Neither staff acknowledged we were there. Good customer service one of them should have stated please wait I will be with you soon or come back in xx minutes. I took my $10,000 to another Flight Centre. They missed an easy commission.
