Fantastic experience: Renee Pound of Flight Centre Sunbury, did an amazing job of helping organise our recent trip through Spain and Portugal. The hotels that she booked for us were all in central areas of the cities so that it was easy for us to explore them. She was also able to organise great transport on trains, planes and a bus which enabled us to see the wonderful countryside in a comfortable and relaxing way. Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience working with Olivia Casson to plan my Europe trip! She was super helpful and really paid attention to every little detail. Olivia put together an amazing itinerary that covered everything perfectly — from flights and hotels to amazing places to visit and things to do. She was friendly, easy to talk to and so accommodating whenever I had questions or wanted to tweak something. I loved all the suggestions she made — some spots I never would’ve thought to check out on my own. Overall, Olivia made the whole planning process so stress-free and enjoyable. If you want someone who genuinely cares about your trip and knows her stuff, Olivia’s definitely the one to go to. I’d happily work with her again anytime!

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service. Failed to give correct information which cause huge amounts of delays and money, then refused to acknowledge any fault. No help to rectify issues. Will never use them again!

Negative experience: Worst customer service in my life. The staff refused to explain I could just pay for the flight by physically attending at the store and using their EFTPOS terminal. Instead sending me faulty attachments by email that didn’t open. Kept me waiting on hold for ages for no reason whatsoever.

Negative experience: They are horrible at communicating, I’ve been waiting to hear back from my travel agent for 2 weeks about receiving a refund and they still haven’t responded. I will never be using flight centre again because I’d much rather do it myself. They only care about acquiring more clients so they earn more money rather than dealing with other problems since they’ve already been paid.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. Arrogance at its peak. Showing busy , when no one is there. We waited 15 min without acknowledgement from the staff( sitting and showing busy). And the result is , "we are very busy today , can we book appointment for next week. "

Negative experience: I waited and waited for my quote to be emailed. I called the office multiple times with no reply from the staff member I spoke too. By the time she got back to me I had gone ahead and booked the holiday myself. Extremely poor service! If this office is too busy for more clients then just say so and don't waste people's time.

Fantastic experience: I like to commend Ruby at Sunbury Flight Centre for her great customer service. She went above and beyond to assist with our travel arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble. She followed up on price matching with an airfare which was showing on their website with what we were quoted. She also followed up with the cruise company with a query I had. Which turned out to be a great outcome. She was able to organise our travel insurance which took the pressure off us sorting out which took the stress out of us trying to organise it. Ruby was an absolute gem. Thank you for helping organise our trip overseas for 2024. I would not hesitate in referring anyone to Flight Centre in Sunbury.

Negative experience: Had a extremely bad experience with this flight Centre. Ended up stuck at the checking desk at the airport for 2 hours while they attempted to work out why my party of 5 had 6 boarding passes. They had booked my youngest daughter 2 boarding passes. Never explained we needed international COVID19 vaccination certificates. She only asked if we were vaccinated so had to rush and organise it all on the spot. Only just made it onto the flight. Happy to name and shame Kristen. She said it wasn't her fault at all and we did not listen to her. We had to pay $275 extra for luggage as she said we did not book luggage for our 3rd adult. She was more than happy to wash her hands clean of it and blame it on us. Will never use flight Centre again after this experience and I recommend people use another booking company.

Negative experience: My experience with Flight Centre started of fantastic and finished with great disappointment, unfortunately will not be using this office again , from not being informed that a flight I booked for myself and my sister was none refundable at all even when only booked two weeks prior and that trip was as still 2 month away , nothing noted in any of my documents, emails not being returned or acted upon, so had to make a trip into the office, one staff telling me the person I was trying to contact was not working on that day when that person contradicts and said yes they where in , accepting cash payments but when funds had to be returned it was going to take about 40 days and funds would go into an account as apparently they don’t deal in cash and mentioned money laundering? To compare that all our bookings that we did online in France and Austria including all our airline bookings with Qatar where handled with professional curtsy and respect within minutes and without any hidden fees .

Negative experience: Shout out to Sunbury flight centre …. Ummm no wait, hold on.. Just lost a customer, who, may I add ,had done her homework and was ready to book flights, would have been happy to wait or make an appointment. I'd done the ground work. It’s the second time I’ve gone in for some Travel books to look at tours and accommodation. Last year I was told, nope non available till next year (2023) Today when I asked for 1 in one country. Was told NO And 1 in another country,was told No…. All they had to do was ask, is there anything else I can help with today.. Up selling is a thing. Would you like fries with that , lolly stands next to you in supermarkets ,along with customer service . The outstanding customer service I received from Donna at Helloworld was AMAZING , I’ve made my appointment, will happily go back and book with them , and happily recommend !!!! If you want people to support local, STEP UP

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer Service. Nicole was wonderful with my 11 year old son being his first plain flight and holiday. She was even good enough to have a photo done with him holding his ticket. Thank you Nicole for being such a lovely person but also having exceptional customer service skills.

Due to the Covid-19 lockdowns our flights, accommodation and car hire had to be continually changed/ cancelled. Jess demonstrated great flexibility and positivity to make our break possible

Fantastic experience: Jessica was really great in helping me sort out flights to Australia for my partner. I am normally very good with travel and flights etc. But Jessica helped that ease of mind because she is a lot more up to date than i am with how rapidly things change. She was attentive and always on top of everything. It's good to see that even during the pandemic, they haven't lost their sprit or commitment. I hope they can continue their excellent service in the future.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff and happy to answer any question I had

Negative experience: My friend and I spent close to $1000 on flights to Japan for March this year. The airline cancelled our flights so when I spoke to an agent in store - they said no dramas they will get the full cost of flights refunded, no mention of any fees. The refund from the airline (full refund - no fees charged by the airline) has come through and NOW they are informing me it will cost us $300pp to get MY money back. How absolutely disgusting. I didn't cancel my flights or holiday, the AIRLINE did, why on earth am I being penalised?? I will never deal with this absolute joke of a company again. Not acceptable. They will not get our return business, or anyone's I can't imagine after this.

Fantastic experience: Flight Centre Sunbury have a fantastic team of very knowledgeable travel consultants. My husband and I have booked our honeymoon to the US with the store manager, Hayley. She helped us find the most competitive prices for flights, accommodation and activities and made a very stressful process seem quick, easy and simple! When Hayley wasn't in-store the rest of the team were all quick to help us with any enquiries we had, nothing is too much for them! We're looking forward to our US adventure next month! Can highly recommend this team :)
