Fantastic experience: We booked a Canada/Alaska cruise and bus trip with Nicole Duthie from flight Centre Victoria point in late 2023. That was followed up by a flight to London and return cruise in mid 2024, also boked through Nicole. On both trips, the flights, accommodation and transfers went without fault. Nicole was able to organise everything and also advise us from her personal experiences. We booked our next major trips for 2025 and 2026 with Nicole today.

We’ve been booking our adventures through Flight Centre Victoria Point for a fair few years now, and honestly, they’ve never missed a beat. Brody Austin sorted our trip to Uluṟu and absolutely nailed it. He gave us great recommendations and the whole holiday went off without a hitch. Everything was so well organised, we barely had to think—just pack the bags and go! It was fabulous. Would 100% recommend him if you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff. And then there’s Donisha Nicola—an absolute legend. We completely flipped our Alaska/Canada itinerary on its head at the last minute. Within 24 hours, she’d reworked the whole thing, booked new flights, locked in all our changes, and somehow still managed to get cancellation fees waived. I was a stress ball, rambling my way through what needed to happen, and she just smiled and said, ‘It’s my job to make things happen.’ And she did—calm, professional, and so damn cheerful the whole time. Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking a trip, do yourself a favour and head to Flight Centre Victoria Point. They’re helpful, efficient, and actually make planning a holiday fun.
