Positive experience: Great travel service. Recommended

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with them(RAA), my car was involved in a collision accident and the other party was at fault, but I was surprised that they took my access even though I was the victim and not the cause of the accident. Unfortunately, I have been their customer for 9 years and I have no accedental history. This insurance company is able to check the cameras and the police, but they are delaying the case for no reason. I am disappointed in them because they treated me unfairly. They did not care that I was not the cause and took money from me which was not their right. Unfortunately, what matters to them is the money, not protecting the customer, as they claim.

Fantastic experience: We had fantastic help from Karen with sorting out an insurance claim. She was very helpful and friendly. She provided exceptional customer service and made the insurance claiming process go smoothly.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed - were returning customers to one of your staff members. Told that we were not important, they were too busy and don’t have the time to take our business. Poor communication not at all interested in your business even when it is worth tens of thousands of dollars. Do not waste your time go elsewhere where you may be valued as a customer.

Negative experience: I spoke with Karen. Extremely rude, and assumed that I did not have comprehensive insurance with another company because I was young. Asked me very minimal questions, also assumed what car I had. She quoted me for the incorrect car. Had no knowledge around licenses, and whether that would impact my insurance. Had much better service over the phone. Would not recommend!

Negative experience: One of the staff that works there was very rude as a gentleman and I was discussing buying a gopher from that shop. We decided not to!!

Negative experience: Have been paying my Dad's membership there for a long time. Its a pity that they don't or won't have a double drivers licence,just in case the original driver has an accident or been disqualified for some reason,the other driver has access to the car. I'm considering having a driver's licence soon but I'm waiting for the fees & charges to drop,so that I can afford it.
