Negative experience: I book a flight to Nepal around 4 5 months ago for two people including myself. I specifically told the agent (Bijay) to put window seat and put us together in the flight. But in the flight we came to know that we were booked in middle row seat. Also while returning back from Nepal we were booked in different seat. We call them before our take off and complained it and asked them to arranged our seats like we mentioned before but it never happened We tried to reach them from messenger too but no response. Horrible service I guess this tour agency is only profit oriented Never booking it again from this agency
