Fantastic experience: Thank you Keeley, you were so helpful, and made planning our sons first solo overseas trip easy. We really appreciate it!

Negative experience: We asked for "business" class tickets from Brisbane to Manchester return through Tweed City Flight centre. Pating for it was never an issue regardless of how.much it cost. We asked for and thought we had paid for business class tickets. We were not offered a range of business classes and didn't know thereweres ranges. What we discovered at the airport - we had received "P" Business class, which meant we could NOT use the lounges anywhere! We were never told that is what the travel agent booked for us. We didn't expect that as we requested BUSINESS class and specified Lounge access. We were assured that that was what we would get. She assured us we could use the lounge at Brisbane (and we assumed everywhere else as we'd asked for business class). She left it to the stewardesses at the airport to tell us we weren't eligible because of our P tickets. We were so disappointed. We will never use flight centre again! We were lied to, false expectations built up and NOT delivered. Following up from this with the cyclone and everyone's travel plans put out, the flight centre never contacted us to change our Con x ion ride home. We made the mistake of assuming that flight centre would follow this up or at least remind us to do this, if we needed to. We did contact Con x ion but they did not reply once we gave them our booking number. We arrived at the airport with no transport home.

Fantastic experience: I met Ebony at Flight Centre Tweed City when the task of arranging a family holiday with our adult daughter and her partner fell in my hands. Organising flights for our kids to meet with us to fly to Sydney then to stay overnight before heading on a cruise together and then the return trip. Ebony was professional and so lovely to deal with from the very first meeting. She contacted me when she said she would, she was organised and had all the information we needed. Within a few days everything was organised - flights, transfers, overnight accommodation, the cruise & insurance. As a very busy business owner it was refreshing to deal with someone of Ebony's’ calibre that was on to everything, experienced, confident but also very approachable. I would highly recommend Ebony and Flight Centre at Tweed City for all your travel requirements. I also hope I get the opportunity to deal with her again should I find the time to head out on another adventure.

Positive experience: My partner and I booked an extended holiday in Thailand and Vietnam, Ebony Plemi at Flight Centre was extremely helpful and patient booking multiple flights and accommodation for our 3-month trip. Fantastic experience: I booked a Contiki(Greek Island Hopping) trip this month through Audrey that included pre and post accommodation, flights, travel insurance and transfers to and from the airport. Negative experience: Hugely disappointing service. When hubby and I arrived at Brisbane airport to fly to Melbourne having booked in person through Flight Centre Tweed City and having paid for a 3rd checked in bag, we found that not only was there no record of a 3rd bag, we were each seated in a middle seat 3 rows apart. Hubby is 6 foot 3. Fortunately the Virgin airport staff were amazing, they shifted our seating to sit together and were horrified at our booking experience advising us to strongly request a refund for payment made for our third checked in bag.

But I challenged them to convince me why I should deviate and Use their services...Lara Teis handled my objections admirably and so I decided to get a quote.. Now I can honestly say that I'm so glad I took notice of the very persuasive ad campaign.. .as the whole experience has been been most enjoyable and professional. DON'T TRY DO IT YOURSELF! you will end up with troublesome oversights.. And that alone is reason enough to allow these friendly people to handle all the details. PLUS.. the fares were actually LOWER! than I had been able to find online. PS. : Having returned from my amazing trip..I cannot praise Lara Enough... She went above and beyond the expected...having made some last minute changes to my return flights...Lara's expertise and perseverance... Resulted in a surprising refund of my cancelled flights! I cannot praise her and Flight Centre enough...DO NOT even think about it.. Do yourself a favour... and use this Flight Centre to handle all your travel needs.
