Your team went above and beyond to ensure that the traveller had a safe and comfortable journey. From arranging wheelchair assistance, in flight medical assistance at the airport to coordinating ground transportation, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It’s not often that we encounter such exceptional service, and we are truly grateful for everything you did to help them from hospital to their destination in India. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Flyworld! Especially recommend travel agent, Kartika (based in Sydney) who went above and beyond to find me a ticket when I had to travel to India unexpectedly due to a medical emergency. This was a time of high demand for tickets but Kartika checked regularly to make sure I was able to find a ticket. I'm forever grateful for her support during a difficult time!

Negative experience: When the fire burns, the banana tree cutters About 10 years ago, their service was good when they started operations. But now….. it has become very bad…. Recently I took a ticket through their office from the local area… a one-way ticket for 63,000 rupees. Due to COVID, I was told that if I needed to change the date, I would only have to pay the difference in the rate. Due to being COVID positive, I had to change the ticket. On the new date, it was indicated on the Singapore Air site that the ticket price was 83,000 rupees. But when they changed it for me, it cost 99,500 rupees… They took an extra 16,000 rupees (more than $300 for a one-way ticket!!!). Additionally, the booked baggage is strange: Cochi to Singapore 25 Kg Singapore to Adelaide 30 Kg. Unlike you, there are many agents in this country who provide responsible service without fuss… I will now buy tickets from there...
