Negative experience: E-cruising Failed. They had 3 jobs, book flights, book accommodation either end of cruise and book cruise. Flight leaving Sydney was stuffed up Accommodation at either end, even though booked for 6 months previous, was changed weeks before cruise adding 30 minutes to travelling time to get to port. Motels were discovered to be cheaper than first quoted hotels. Booking for cruise was ok. Correspondence with e-cruising prior to cruise was poor. Will never use e-cruising again, would never recommend.

Positive experience: Really enjoyed this cruise as smaller ship than last cruise and our cabin was midship so easy access to all facilities and dining for seniors ..Food in dining rooms there however was same menu every night though.. We really enjoyed the music which was in different venues daily.. The Lollies band was particularly good and had everyone up dancing..The Adventure Hotel was great for gigs.. The entertainment shows however we’re of a poorer standard than usual and had to pay for some.

Positive experience: We didn't like Celebrity Cruises Solstice meals in main dinning room had warm not hot i complained received another replaced but again not hot only warm also appetizers didn't change mains were always the same only the entry's changed went to buffets and all food was only warm and over cooked very dry and cakes looked exceptional but again no taste very bland ice cream a lot of choice but again little or no taste should be a competition put all out and ask to tell what is what there would be no winners only food worth eating was the bread rolls and fruit and breakfast cereal and omllette while you wait cabin steward was excellent we had an balcony cabin table was not stained chair arms down to wood and hand rail almost the same complained don't know if fixed over all give three star very disappointed

Negative experience: ECruising cancelled our hotel booking we paid for in London We then had to find and pay for our own accommodation. We also could not get hold of them to resolve as was on a Saturday. They then botched our Paris accommodation booking only 2 nights instead of 3. This is created vs lot of stress. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I thought we would give ecruising.travel a go with booking in a last minute 13 night cruise around the South Pacific. We were promised a cabin with a balcony and no obstruction, unable to choose our cabin which was part of the package which we were fine with our main concern was the balcony. I will mention other travel agents had the same package deal at the time but could not promise the same so we went with ecruising.travel. Once we boarded the ship and found our cabin we were so happy and overwhelmed to see a non obstructed balcony as promised making our cruise enjoyable. A big thank you to Jocelyn Foster for arranging this for us we will definitely book again with ecruising.travel for our next boat cruise adventure

Negative experience: Terrible customer service post cruise booking and deposit payment . Consultant failed to follow up on her commitment to book accommodation and flights even after multiple requests and escalating to supervisor ! Customer Service Manager has also failed in his commitment to resolve the issue and ensure refund of the deposit despite multiple emails and commitments from him to follow up . Waiting 4 months plus for a refund ! Just not good enough and has ruined our holiday plans as we now can’t rebook same holiday and have had to delay our holiday to 2024 !!!! So disappointed!

Fantastic experience: We emailed about booking a last minute cruise while we were in Europe. Pauline was quick to respond to our emails and queries. The process was so quick and easy, all done online, and we received a better price then we could get direct through the cruise line! I have always found them to be spot on with everything from bookings, follow-up, providing feedback and looking after their loyal customers by arranging special events, cruises and outings. I normally deal with Jamie who is fabulous at her job, but as she has been on maternity leave for a considerable period, I am now being serviced by Leah. What can I say about this lady. She is fabulous. Has a fantastic nature and will do everything in her power to ensure customer satisfaction. Both Jamie and Leah are a credit to the Company. The entire staff at ECruising are all professionals, and while I normally only deal with a couple of them, I have had occasions to discuss my business with other team members. I find all of them courteous and professional. The majority of the credit should go to their boss, Brett Dudley. He has built this Company up into what it is today. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. My wife Martha and I have done 54 cruises with various Cruise Lines and been at sea for 646 days. I think our cruise history speaks for itself. We feel really comfortable booking with ECruising because they are the best that we have ever encountered.

Fantastic experience: We are extremely pleased to nominate Scott Docherty as Employee of the Month. Scott handled the bookings of three couples travelling to Europe with great expertise. The process was long, we changed travel dates, upgraded flights and pestered Scott with innumerable questions, and to his credit he responded, swiftly, accurately and with friendly understanding. Then the pandemic hit and we all were fearful that because we had paid in full early in the booking that we would struggle to get refunds totaling close to $100,000 for the three couples. Scott reassured us repeatedly, kept us updated with the process and came through in the end for all of us. Of course he was able to do this because Ecruising.Travel obviously had the systems in place to provide these services, where as some of our friends in our Village community are still struggling for answers from other Travel Companies. Positive experience: Amazing entertainment, staff always smiling and helpful. Ocean view room good size and very well serviced, however vinyl bedhead was very scratched. This was not an issue but looked untidy. Bad weather stopped us from departing Sydney for 24 hours (this was done for safety reasons) and this meant we could not stop at our 1st port of call. The company refunded each cabin $200 as a goodwill gesture. The itinerary I booked originally changed, not sure why, but we ended crossing Bass Strait 4 times. Lucky the weather was kind to us. Overall a great cruise

Here's just a few: * Seamless booking experience - Leah handled everything and kept us informed of every step. * Great price - yes we shopped around. Ecruising is competitively priced, without losing service. * Leah's tip to upgrade to flights - heaps of extra legroom and priority boarding!! Whilst the seating is not fully flat, the roomier seating, quieter cabin , leg rests and more recline made sleeping easy. * Leah's tip to upgrade to the Club Lounge at Hotel Jen Tanglin. Our flight arrived a little late. The Club Lounge put aside some canapes for our late arrival and greeted us with the most amazing gin and tonics ... how is that for service!! After big days exploring Singapore, it is so nice to return to the lounge for cocktails and canapes each afternoon, and a chance to relax. Hubby (aviation geek) loved chatting with the British Airways pilots who use Jen Tanglin Club Lounge as their Singapore base. * Seats A & 1C on the plane .... both ways - I'm not sure how she did it, but we silently thanked Leah a dozen times for best seats on board! * Cabin upgrade - such a lovely surprise! * Private transfers included throughout the holiday. * The peace-of-mind of knowing our holiday was perfectly booked and that we were in great hands! Fantastic experience: The Pacific Dawn Ship is still a wonderful ship despite it's age. Our twin cabin with ocean view was comfortable with large walk-in robe and lots of hanging space. We loved dining at the "waterfront Restaurant; the food was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our evenings listening to a wonderful band named Mojo and the Mops; great talented musicians on guitars, drums and keyboard. Check-in and embarkation and disembarking went smoothly. Great Value.

Fantastic experience: We find ecruising very helpful in finding us the best deals for a particular destination(s). They have always managed to find us the best deals and generally they included added extras as well so we're very happy with their service and we definitely recommend them to others looking to book a cruise.

Fantastic experience: Most impressed at the superb quality of inclusions at almost every stage of our trip to WA and cruise on Queen Elizabeth. Only the trip to Margaret River was unsatisfactory. It was unreasonable to attempt that experience in one day. Leaving at 7.30am and returning at 10.30pm after more than 7 hours of coach travel was exhausting. A shorter tour around Perth and Freemantle would have been much better. Also the accomodation in Barossa Valley was rather remote and isolated. Accommodation in Adelaide would have been preferable. The Daimler tour was magnificent but could possibly have been taken from Adelaide. However overall our trip was excellent value and very enjoyable and I am certainly more than happy to recommend Ecruising Travel to others and hope to take further holidays with you in the future.

Positive experience: Hello, On the whole I had a very good time. The staff were fantastic, always smiling, nothing was a problem for them. Simply wonderful. I just have a couple of issues. There was not enough rubbish bins around the ship. The toilet paper was the cheapest I have seen. I think Carnival can provide much nicer toilet paper than that. And one other matter, the windows were covered in dust and dirt. I did notice they tried to clean them but the dirt didn't wash off and just continued to become caked on. Other that those issues I enjoyed my time on your ship. Thank you.

Positive experience: I am not happy with the performance of the person(s) that "managed" my booking. I felt that the only interest once I had booked and paid the deposit was to ensure the final payment was made. I virtually had to do all the printing, and further research, to feel comfortable with what I expected from the cruise. There was no "friendly" follow-up or information offered. Also, the small gifts that I was given did not match the reality of what was offered by the ship - $32.00 bottle of wine - there is no such thing on Princess cruises so the $32 became a credit and I paid for the bottle I purchased. Similarly there was no photo offer that matched what Ecruising gave me! That said, the cruise was enjoyable and what I expected.

Fantastic experience: Brett, Phillipa and Emily did a fantastic job organising this years Posh club cruise. Thanks also to Lia for her work behind the scenes. The highlight was a double-decker bus to Richmond and then a long lunch at Frogmore Creek winery. A great day. A travel agency that go the extra mile!!

We should have allowed more time to get through US customs so that we could catch our connecting flight, but that was the fault of US customs, not ecreuising. Iceland and The Baltics was amazing, rain was forecast for almost every day and whilst it was pretty cold we did not have a drop of rain. Fantastic experience: We have just completed the Crowns and Princesses (Regal and Crown Princess Ships. The Regal is a beautiful ship and we boarded at Copenhagen after five wonderful days in this beautiful city. The Baltic cruise being very busy was absolutely awesome the highlight of course being the splendour that is the museums and castles of St,Petersberg. Helsinki and Tallin are also a wonderful surprise, even though Helsinki was a bitterly cold day we still did the sightseeing route and loved it. Oslo was of special interest to me with an ancestor leaving this city way back in 1760, joining the navy at the age of 13, was captured by the French and later joined the British Navy and was aboard ships transporting convicts to Tasmania. Where he also settled bringing his English wife and a couple of generations later my great grandmother, bought Norweigan heritage into our family tree.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife had a fantastic time with Pacific Explorer. Will definitely recommend to our friends. Great food and great service. Crew are all very helpful. A lot of activities, you never feel bored in the ship.

Positive experience: All went well while the eCruising people were around but the connecting flight at Santiago was missed due Latam flight from Buenos Aires arriving 1.5 hrs late. So 40+ pax missed the flight to Sydney because Latam did not hold it. It took Latam 4hrs to do vouchers and new boarding passes despite having at least three terminals going and around 8 staff. We got to the hotel provided at 6:30am after arriving in Santiago at 1:30am. We were 24hrs late back into Sydney. I don't know if eCruising could have helped with that situation but with no rep available we will never know. Otherwise the trip was really good and the guides provided were really helpful and readily available. They were also quite knowledgeable on the destinations etc.

Fantastic experience: The trip to Antarctica and Iguazu Falls was absolutely stunning and so well organised with very competent ground staff and guides, great hotels and excursions and the opportunities for extra adventures like jet boating the falls and helicopter flights above, were really fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend the trips and Ecruising as an organisation to anyone. Much appreciated

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from two cruises to South America arranged by Leah Giri of Ecruising. Everything went like clockwork. Leah had arranged a wheelchair for me in Los Angeles and Santiago, where distances are considerable. I have health problems and It was such a help. Personal transfers to and from the Westin Fort Lauderdale hotel and to and from the Sheraton Libertador hotel in Buenos Aires came on time and were comfortable. These hotels had easy access to the ports and we had good rooms. The 5 day cruise to Cuba from Fort Lauderdale, with a 19 day cruise to Buenos Aires leaving on the same day that we arrived back in Fort Lauderdale, had excellent itineraries and we enjoyed them both We have used Leah several times in the past and we have been most impressed with her helpfulness and professionalism. I can certainly recommend Leah if you are thinking of cruising..

Fantastic experience: Well done Ecruising we were upgraded from Ocean view to a balcony, we have cruised with Princess cruises for 136 days from Pacific around Aus and Mediteranian and never an upgrade but first time through Ecruising and an upgrade, Well Done, will be booking through Ecruising for the next Cruise

Positive experience: SOUTHAMPTON TO SINGAPORE – OCTOBER 2018 The whole cruise wasn't particularly good, only the beginning up to Greece. The main reason we took this particular cruise was for Petra, we couldn't go because there was a huge flood the day before. This we can understand and wouldn’t complain about, we were thankful it wasn’t us, but felt sorry for the people that were caught in it after seeing the news of the event. After Aqaba there were a lot of sea days together between ports, which would have been OK if there were other activities, or somewhere to sit and read in a quiet place, but that was a waste of time for most people as there were NO books in the library. Princess over charged for everything they could, wine was more expensive than on other Princess ships and they also charged excessively for shuttle buses (which more than likely had been put on by the ports themselves and charged Princess a fraction of the price). Considering this was a ‘Re-positioning’ cruise, we consider the price to have been rather high for the lack of good entertainment and activities. The shows apparently were rubbish (we didn't go, found better entertainment on the cabin's large TV) other passengers are now complaining on Cruise Critic about how bad things were on the ship. According to those who actually saw the Cruise Director Manager (we presume he was the person who should have organized entertainment and activities, of which there was very little and what there was, was poor) said he was extremely RUDE to his staff and would run-down the female staff. The cruise director staff (apart from the one who joined in Dubai Karen) the ones who are the entertainment hosts, were so loud they didn't really need to use a microphone (but they did). Not all older passengers are deaf, and this is a common misconception with all Princess ships. When we first boarded we went to get a 'Future Cruise Deposit'. We waited 40 minutes to see the female doing them (she was busy trying to talk an older couple into 'booking a cruise' through her, there and then). In the end someone told us we could just put a form in the box outside her door, which we did. Two days later when we hadn't heard from her, we went to check if we had got a FCD, after waiting again (while she tried talking someone else into booking a cruise through her) we finally go into see her. It turned out that our form was still in the box, she hadn't opened it. Then she tried for half an hour to get US to book the cruise we were just 'considering' with her. Two places we will not go back to again, India (the unbelievable cost and trouble to get a Visa - which the Princess 'stuffed up' over, they were taken off us in London, and Princess never collected them, luckily I had copies of ours on a thumb drive). And Singapore, although the hotel was very nice, Singapore itself has lost it quaint charming places, and it is really expensive. Dubai is far more interesting, and the cheapest place for buying things, but again the only shuttle bus available was to a ‘secondary’ mall. Going away we went with Virgin, perfect flight. Coming home it was Qantas, the food was disgusting, I chose a pasta meal for dinner, I took one look at it and put the cover back on, so all I received to eat was a garlic buttered bread roll and an ice cream. There were no further offers of drinks after your first one, and the breakfast snack wasn't much better

Negative experience: Do not use this company, they gave me the wrong dates for final payment then blamed me for the stuff up. They also would not honour the date they gave me so I had to borrow the funds from elsewhere to get the payment in on time due to their stuff up. It was a month between the correct date and the date they gave me and I had budgeted for the later date. Even after I provided them with the proof of their error they still blamed me for it. It made my first cruise lead up an absolute nightmare.

Positive experience: Majestic Princess is the newest and largest Princess ship to home port in Sydney. However it is not without it's faults. It is apparent that it was built to match the company's objective to develop its Chinese market and consequently there are features of the ship that do not match the requirements for the Australian market. I get that it is not aimed at younger people and children and consequently doesn't have the features of other ships such as top class pools and water slides and children's water park. The width of the seating in the theatre and similar venues around the ship doesn't cater for typical American customers and similarly a fair number of Australians. I understand that other ships of this class are better designed for Western clientele. Certainly from my own experience I like Sapphire Princess and Diamond Princess better than this ship. In regard to the service provided by Ecruising with my booking, I must report that I received no ticketing paperwork by mail. Fortunately I only required Princess Cruises paperwork which I was able to download and print from my booking on the Princess website. Otherwise the cruise went well and the ports we visited in New Zealand were interesting even though we had been to most of them before.

Negative experience: Be careful dealing with this company. Get everything in writing as their verbal assurances are worthless. Care factor in dealing with an issue with my booking .......zero!!

Fantastic experience: Just arrive home from a wonderful cruise with all pre and post accommodation and transfers organised in addition to the cruise. Fantastic experience: This is the 4th cruise we have booked with Ecruising, this time on Azamara Quest. We wanted to add on to our holiday and spend some time in Europe after cruise finished. Shelley Richardson arranged everything for us and all went smoothly. We really liked the small ship feel of Azamara and also the hotels that were used, the Times Rome hotel upgraded us to a deluxe suite in one of their "Mood Hotels" nearby. Wonderful way to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Positive experience: Hotels in Dubai and Amsterdam were great as were the transfers However then Barcelona Hotel ( Hilton Diagonal) was very disappointing , as were the transfers in Barcelona. No one came to pick us up from the cruise we had to hitch a ride with another E cruising couple to the Hotel (fortunately they were staying at the same hotel) when we arrived at the hotel they could not find our booking even though we actually had a voucher for the hotel. they gave us a room - worst room of the trip, and put a hold on our credit card for the room - hold is still on our credit card 48 hours after we left Spain - will wait until Monday to see if it is removed. We had a great cruise and lovely hotels except for Barcelona Spain - the hotel itself is located near a beach but a good 25 minutes from the tourist center and old town. I would have given you 4 stars but the last bit put you down to 3 stars

Positive experience: Just spent our first 3 nights on the Pacific Dawn. It was a trial run for us, which had both positives and one main negative. The price was great, service great, things to do was awesome. If you were bored it was your own fault as you could do as little or as much as you choose. We found the prices of food drinks, souvenirs etc comparible to mainland cost. The only bad fault was the food supplied free with ticket. It was horrible and best avoided. We opted to pay at other restaurants were the food was of a much better standard. Even though choices were many and varied it was bland and very off putting. Overall the experience was a positive one and we will cruise again. Now we know the details of things and how it works etc next time will be even easier.

Fantastic experience: 2nd time we've booked a cruise on P&O's Pacific Explorer through Ecruising. We found booking easy and have really enjoyed both our cruises. Looking foward to the next one.

The service from the staff was excellent and mention must be made of the very caring helpfulness of leah Giri. We always enjoy travelling with eCruising. Fantastic experience: Had never heard of this company when I was searching online for a cruise through the Suez Canal. They came up with the itinerary we had been looking for and the perfect ship in Azamara Journey. The booking was seemless and all my questions answered as soon as I asked. Leah Giri is an excellent consultant. I need to contact her by email from Dubai on a small matter relating to a transfer mixup and she immediately put things right. Our trip was wonderful, the ports and itinerary as described. All our documents were in perfect order, nothing was left out. I will use them again as my preferred cruise agent. They had the right trip at the right price for us and the service was exemplorary. Well done ecruising!

Positive experience: The Singapore-Beijing cruise was excellent; great cabin;great service, although Ovation of the Seas is a bit big for our tastes-a bit impersonal. The China land tour was excellent but exhausting; great features like the Forbidden City, Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors; hotels great; guides excellent. It was May Day holiday at the Warriors site with 1 million people queuing to visit - just a bit crowded!! Met some wonderful local people who made us welcome. The air service in China leaves a lot to be desired. Uncomfortable aircraft; every flight up to an hour late departing; little service. Return flight to Australia from Shanghai was only marginally better. [More like a Chinese equivalent to Jetstar!] Actually disgraceful that we had to fly China Air (as a Qantas partner) when a Qantas flight was also at the airport. However overall a wonderful experience, even though we won't be touring Asia again.

Fantastic experience: The Hotels provided by Ecruising in our package at Singapore and Dubai are first class. Especially the Raffles at Dubai is huge and luxurious. All transfers are quite good. The office staff are quite helpful, thank you Leah.

Positive experience: hi jeanette sorry to take so long to let you know we had a great time the cruise was terrific and will have no hesitation to go that ship again. the only problem was the emirates flight was delayed for 4hrs. please let us know if you come across a good deal at any stage in the future? we leave on sunday 22nd cruising to seattle so away about amonth. we did try to get you on this cruise but it was a special 24hr thing but you were not their as it was a sunday. many thanks again hope to hear from you in the near future regards jim and jill harris

Positive experience: We enjoyed the holiday very much. The price was very good and no issue with the cruise, transfer and flight. The only issue we had was receiving all the holiday related documents from you. I had to chase twice to get them sent to my email address in last minute. It was not a good feeling.

Fantastic experience: Top marks, best organised trip Cherry Blossoms 2018. Cruise from Singapore to Tokyo with Norwegian all that could be expected and the land tour of Tokyo and Kyoto simply the best, amazing guide and very well organised sightseeing as well as a great range of cherry blossoms everywhere, we couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic experience: Our cruise and 6 day Best of Japan tour was excellent. Weather was good every day and even Norwegian Jewel Captain congratulated passengers for the excellent management of the weather. All the ports of call were different and offered many aspects of Asia. The add on days in Japan were magical. Our guide AKI made everything work and was full of information and advice. The included meals gave an insight into Japanese culture ,each on different including our dinner with the geisha. Many thanks for all at e-cruising who put the package together. Our group included some couples who were using e-cruising for the first time and they were so impressed they will be coming back as we have done many times. Fantastic experience: I recently cruised on Celebrity Solstice with my husband and friends from Sydney around the islands of New Caledonia and we would all highly recommend this ship as all staff, restaurants, facilities etc were of high standard.

Negative experience: i did not get the promised onboard credit

Positive experience: Cruising delivers again! We have just returned from another Cruising cruise/land content trip sailing from Singapore to Abu Dhabi & then a week in the Golden Triangle in India. The cruise was good (on the Celebrity Constellation - our first time with Celebrity) & the cruise ports were interesting - all new to us except Dubai. However the highlight was the land content. Our first land night was in Abu Dhabi at the wonderful Fairmont Bar Al Bar where our room looked out to the Grand Mosque - probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in & typical of Ecruising's ability to overdeliver. The best Abu Dhabi advice came from the lady who did our transfer from the port to the hotel & that was to visit the Grand Mosque at dusk - spectacular! In India we had a lovely small group of only 8 in a 16-seater bus with an excellent team of three from Indian Holidays - guide, driver & helper. Again the hotels were above expectations & we saw so much in the six days. We will certainly not hesitate to recommend Ecruising's tours to others.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time on our Highlights of India and Golden Triangle Tour. Everything organised by Ecruising ran like clockwork. The hotel they selected for Singapore was very good and the one in Abu Dhabi was exceptional. We enjoyed the cruise segment of the tour on the Celebrity Constellation, our second time on this ship. We found all the ports of call on this cruise to be very interesting, we especially liked Cochin in India. The tour company that Ecruising used for the land content was excellent, we had a marvellous guide, a very safe driver and a courteous helper. India was a fascinating country to visit, fabulous architecture and a completely different way of life.

Negative experience: While this was an excellent holiday based on the itinerary and overall tour organisation, it was spoilt by the size of the tour group which turned out to be 100, The tour companies engaged to provide guiding and transport in both Buenos Aries and Iguazu were unable to cope with the size of the group. Due to this inexperience and or lack of competence, long waits and queuing became a constant part of the tour, I can only attribute this to the greed of Ecruising. They put profits ahead of guest comfort and enjoyment; what should have been the tour of a lifetime was severely impacted by this greed.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Brendon for being our host in South America. I tell everyone it is a must to visit the 3 wonders we did, Machu Picchu, Antarctica and Iguazu Falls.

Positive experience: My wife and I just completed the South America and Antarctica 2018. The booking and payment process via Kara Lane were a breeze and extremely efficient and accurate. We enjoyed the land tour in Peru. The Antarctica cruise by Celebrity Infinity was comfortable but just too many sea days. The visit to Matchu Picchu in Peru, Tango show and the Iguazu Fall were the very enjoyable highlights. We like to thank the tour host Mr. Brenda Murphy from Ecruising for such efficient and well executed co-ordinations during the whole tour.
