Clearly didn’t want the business as i’m still waiting. If you guys didn’t want the business then you just had to let me know. Sorry can’t recommend

Fantastic experience: We had to hastily organise a trip to India recently. I remembered Tania De Andrews from Travel Shine from her past services and contacted her. Tania was fantastic once again. She was always very friendly, courteous and professional. As this was our first trip post Pandemic, we had so many questions about vaccines, CPR test, RAT test and so on. Tania readily contacted the Airline and got them to insert notes on our booking, confirming Airline requirements so that there is no confusion at the Airport. On our return, I had to contact Tania during her Christmas break to seek some clarifications on testing. Despite being on leave, she still contacted us on "Whatsapp" and got the required information. Nothing seemed impossible to Tania and she was always very pleasant to deal with and returned calls promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Tania De Andrews.

Fantastic experience: I was fully convinced by My first experience with TravelShine that I will make all my travel bookings through TravelShine. The main reason is that as soon as contacted during a very busy period, where travel agents were inundated with clients, they came up with prompt and comparative prices for my travel to Sri Lanka. A helpful tip was that if I travelled to leave on a Sunday, I could even lessen the cost by $100 They provided excellent service with minimum transit time breaking journey at Singapore for 3 hours. Whereas other travel agents quoted me $4,000 to travel to Sri Lanka at peak time during Christmas, I was given a quote much lesser. I have great pleasure in recommending TravelShine to all my friends and anyone who is looking forward to travel during this busy season or for that matter at any time of the year. Travel Shine is very very reliable and looks after the interests of the clients.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Travel shine for about 7 years and they provided me with great service. I had to reschedule my air ticket which I bought in 2020 due to the pandemic travel restrictions. Airline wants me to complete my journey on or before 31st December 2022 as per their regulations. But, I asked Travel shine to extend my departure date to the last week of January 2023. Travel shine dealt with the airline and they could get the date as my request without a payment and were able to get the baggage allowance as per original booking. This job was done by the travel consultant "Priyanthi Abeysekara". Priyanthi always contacts me for the update of my request. Priyanthi did a great and fantastic job. Thank you Priyanthi and Pavithri for your great support and for your service. I recommend this travel agent for all your travel requirements.

Negative experience: Dealing with Travel Shine has been the poorest and most frustrating experience by far. I have been trying to liaise with them since the middle of 2020 about my tickets I bought with them in February of 2020 before the pandemic to travel in December 2020. They have been unresponsive for months, I have sent them multiple emails with no response. I have called them and also asked my mum to call and ask for Priyanthi who I have been mainly dealing with, and they have lied and said she is “busy” and will call back, and we never receive a call back. The way they are dealing with this situation is absolutely unprofessional. They should be making this situation easy for customers, but the money I have paid for these tickets are up in the air and they are not assisting me at all to get my money back or even assist me when I give them other options where I lose money but still an able to use my tickets. I have given them multiple options on how I can use my tickets and they have not replied or ignored my emails. They have been extremely unprofessional, incompetent and gruelling to deal with. I do not recommend anyone using them as a travel agent.
