Negative experience: Still waiting from 7 th August for my seat reservation. No responce to email after purchasing the tickets. Call again on 19th octobet to arrange seats and said all of the leg room seats sold out! I have contacted airline direactly to allocate seats! Thank you for organising my uncomfortable journey! Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Never recommend for any of my friend/family again. Never returned the calls with poor customer service communication. Very disappointed. Myself and my siblings bought total of 5 tickets, later they cancelled original scheduled of the ticket and say can’t change or give any other options even it’s cancelled without customer request. We regret big time purchasing and wasting so much money. They are not reliable.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with FlyLanka. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns & they told us lots of lies,When we booked the tickets they said it’s refundable, but when we try to cancel one ticket they are saying they didn’t say like that‍♀️Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, I was met with delays and lack of clear communication. Very frustrating and not the level of service I expected. I wouldn't recommend booking with them if you're looking for a hassle-free experience.

Negative experience: Worst possible customer service imaginable. The agents in Sri Lanka are inept and unable to provide the basic services one would expect when using a travel agency. Beware, do not use Fly Lanka for your travel needs to and from Sri Lanka. Never again! Edit: Your response merely tries to place blame on the Airline. Meanwhile you were unable to follow the Airlines instructions and address the issue. We contacted the Airline directly, and they gladly resolved the issue for us and warned us against using shady travel agency's such as yours. Please read the other 1 star reviews, and you will see poor service is more common than you think with fly lanka.
