Fantastic experience: Short stay in Mount Gambier, City Edge apartments The apartment was great, we enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed & more. It was spacious, modern & well equipped for our needs, would recommend to stay when looking in the south east.

Fantastic experience: Travelling with my Mum who has mobility issues. Found NABSA on the internet and thought it looked good. Was not disappointed. Booked an accessible room which has all the facilities needed for someone to comfortably and safely use the bathroom as well as move around the room in general . Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We certainly enjoyed our stay at Rollers Retreat at Rhyll, Phillip Island. The house was very clean and spacious and there was plenty of fun activities to do( Games/puzzles/ Gaming) We were close to all Local attractions and a beautiful drive to the Beaches. Great Cafe's and Bakeries, and some local Shopping as well. We would definitely recommend Rollers Retreat and Accessible accommodation for all their services to our Family and Friends. Fantastic experience: Accessible Accommodation made it quite easy to book seahaven Inverloch. Beautiful house very accomadated for people with disablities. It has electric bed and hoist plus a bath comode. Very specious for wheelchair access. Thanks Accessible Accommodation we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic experience: 100Hitchcock at Barwon Heads is so good that we keep going back! EASY walking/wheeling distance to all cafe's, shops, jetty, supermarket so not needing to load up into the car all of the time. Large house that has everything available including electric bed, large bath and beach wheelchair. 9.5/10

Fantastic experience: The team at Accessible Accommodation are fantastic! They make the booking and payment process so simple, dealing with NDIS and accommodation providers. I've used them 4 times already, and will again!

Positive experience: Raddison Blu Sydney was very clean, spacious rooms, close to Darling Harbour. Wheelchair lift into hotel, valet parking and good choice on room service. Do not opt for spa room as they do not have shower. Very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Saltwater Torquay accessible accommodation. The house was very clean and functional. The house was fully equipped for a person with a disability. It was wonderful having a house with a ceiling hoist! The carers were very happy with the accessible bathroom space. The family room was comfortable to be in. And the kitchen was lovely and had plenty of natural light. We enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic and relaxing stay at 100 Hitchcock. Great support and communication with the owner, who made sure we had all the accessible equipment needed for a comfortable and safe stay. Very well equipped house. We stayed local the whole time enjoying long walks along the coastline and places to eat and drink close by. Would definitely stay again.

Positive experience: My recent stay at Carinya Byron Bay was wonderfully relaxing, it has great wheelchair accessibility. The photos that you see on the accessible accommodation website are exactly what it looks like. I loved being woken up in the morning by the wonderful sounds of the birds, this place is truly spectacular and I would recommend it to anyone, I did have a few issues, nothing that couldn't be sorted but any problems that can't be solved will be taken care of by sending a text to the caretakers, also I will mention that a car is a must, there is car parking on site.

Positive experience: Saltwater beach house really has all that we needed to enjoy a restful and problem free 4 night stay with our adult son. All disability supports were on hand and well maintained. Loved the outdoor area with a cricket pitch. House is very welcoming. Thank you. Put in a plunge pool. That will give you 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Rollers Retreat in Philip Island provided an amazing getaway for our family. Our time on the island would not have been as enjoyable had it not been for this accommodation. It provided all the necessary ammenities to make our daughters stay comfortable. To the amazing team at Accessible Accommodation, thank you. Dealing with you has been so easy. Your understanding of the difficulties that families like ours face when traveling made the process less stressful….this was our first time holidaying with our complex needs child (17y/o). It’s was amazing, and we are looking forward to our next holiday to Yarrawonga in Feb.

Fantastic experience: If I could give this place 100 stars I would, it meets/exceeds expectations for the disabled without making us feel disabled. Can't recommend it highly enough and make sure when you do stay at his place do yourself a massive favour and have a go on the buggy it is awesome and so is this place. Fantastic experience: The whole house is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The Lotus room has plenty of wheelchair circulation space, as does the living room area. It’s bright and airy with a huge garden that our little dog loved! The owners - Shelley and Dave - were so helpful and friendly and made our stay extremely comfortable.

Fantastic experience: We found all staff so helpful, and 100 Hitchcock Street was the most warm and welcoming and inviting place we could have wished for. It had all the equipment required but due to furnishings, layout and decorations this equipment was not noticed and did not dominate. Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Kerry and the The Accessible Group more. We are renovating one of our four villas to be fully accessible for people with disabilities. We could have done all the research ourselves, spent a lot of money and likely got it not quite right, but we engaged Kerry who came out and walked through the property. Within the day she sent our incredibly detailed personalised report on what is nice to have, strongly recommended and must have's in each room and outside, to say the least I am blown away. Engaging Kerry is money very well spent, she saved us so much time, effort and money. Highly recommend to any property owners looking to be accessible or even advertising with if you have accessible accomodation.

Luxurious, stylish, spacious, fresh, clean and homely. 15yrs it’s taken us to find such fabulous accomodation to suit our family of four. Kerry was super helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful holiday. We will be back!!

Fantastic experience: So delighted with the accommodation provided at Birches on Patricia, in Mt Gambier. The shower area is very well thought out with ample room to wash, dry and dress my husband and the rest of the facility is top class.

Fantastic experience: I have a disability that is exasibated by stressful situations. I am usually able to mobalise to a point where mostly I can independently do things in this sense. However due to the situation I am in, I am now having to use a wheelchair and get people to help with simple tasks like going to the toilet and showering. Liegh was instrumental in helping me not only find a more suitable accommodation option but also advocate on my behalf. I am so extremely grateful for the help and would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is needing to find accessible accommodation for their needs, thank you so much for going above and beyond!

They've been able to get my clients access to very nice, clean hotel rooms, in many locations both metro and rural, for extremely competitive rates. My client's have been shocked at the cheap rates. Also, communication is very responsive and fast. Easy to deal with too

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay at 100 Hitchcock. Usually when we stay somewhere we need to move furniture around to allow for my son to use his wheelchair but not this time. The home is roomy, inviting, warm, comfortable and truely accessible. We had a beautiful short break and can’t wait to return. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay, just a short walk to the shops and beach.

Fantastic experience: I used accessible accommodation to organise my Halls Gap respite stay for a week. Thanks to detailed discription of the property I got perfect place. I am a person with MS, having mobility problems and using a walker and mobility scooter to get around. As for a canon was just perfect for me, I could move easily with a walker, felt safe, the bathroom was good as well, sleeping was very good and the bed had massage insane!. One thing really lacking is a better ramp (the existing one is good but course a lot of mess at the cabin as it is made from sand, gravel etc), however, is fully functional so maybe I am just picky bustard. A carer can be there for you as well which is a huge plus. I am sure that I will be back there many times in years. Surrounding is so beautiful. I become a friend to Rossella parrot, they accepted my presence there, very kind ;-). Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: used accessible accommodation to organise our adelaide stay, they pointed us in the right direction and the accommodation was wonderful, as was our family trip. would book through them again.

Positive experience: Staff were very considerate but the room was overpriced for a small self contained disability apartment, though it was adequately styled and appointed.Managed to get locked onto the balcony during a very cold night and called police for help as night manager wasnt picking up. Dont believe this has been rectified yet as nothing done during the 4 week stay.Confusion with booking organisation for late check out meant being evicted 12 hours prior to flight. Wont stay again or use the booking organisation.
