Fantastic experience: It's my absolute pleasure to recommend Michelle and Billie at Amplify - Accessible Travel Specialists. My Sons thoroughly enjoyed their STA travel away from home and a break away from the stresses of their daily lives. Being Autistic they have never had an STA that has given them pure happiness and made them want to go again. Michelle and her team made this possible at the most shortest possible time literally booked and sorted within an hour notice due to my lack of notice but Michelle made it happen and made a pleasurable experience for the boys not only considerably under our budget but ensured it was a pleasurable experience for the boys! Thank you to Michelle and her team.

Negative experience: I'm a SW and wasnt very impressed with this company organising respite for my participant. Wouldn't answer her calls, text messages or emails. Not very professional at all. When she did respond to emails to either of us, it was only by her first name. We had to do abit of research to find her surname. That is dodgy in itself. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I am a Disability Support Worker from Brisbane, whose client had the good fortune of experiencing a brief respite last week at the Gold Coast organised by Joy and Michelle from Amplify. They organised a half-day fishing charter with BK's Gold Coast Fishing Charters and two nights at Contessa Holiday Apartments at Main Beach. Regrettably I was not able to accompany my client, as I get very seasick. Amplify organised Chrissy to go instead. She contacted my client beforehand, picked him up at the designated time and drove him back to his apartment. Chrissy proved to be a great match and ensured my client was at ease and had a wonderful time. My client was so impressed with his apartment and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching cable TV. The Acting Manager at Contessa was very friendly and helpful. My client said to me that the entire experience was just what he needed. I can't thank Amplify enough for giving my client a much-needed break and so many happy memories.
